The present invention relates to the Anti Release (A/R) treating method of cap net for wig, particularly, to the A/R treating method of the cap net for the wig which is capable of the natural connection between nets by binding the thread for anti releasing with a given portion of the net, enhancing the touch feeling in touching with the skin at the location including the girth of the cap net for wig, the connection portion between cap nets, and the front line of cap net, and preventing the releasing of the net in net cutting.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to the Anti Release (hereinafter, A/R) treating method of cap net for wig, particularly, to the A/R treating method of cap net for wig, in which the net is not released while the net cutting is generated at the front line of the net (mesh network) of a complete cap for wig or at the girth or the connection portion, furthermore, the touch feeling in touching with the skin is improved.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, as to the net of the complete cap for wig of the related art, in case the net is cut down at the portion in which nets are overlapped to be combined, or at the girth of the net, or at the front line portion of the net, the knot of the fixed net becomes chapped and the net is unbound. In this way, when the net is unbound in the net cut portion, the firmness of the wig product is lowered and the wig wearing period is reduced, so that the lifetime of the product becomes reduced. To prevent this problem, in the related art, an arbitrary sculpture is inserted or the adherence surface is additionally formed so that the double sided tape or the clip may be attached by using the material such as polyurethanes in the front portion of the wig so as to attach the wig to the skin. However, the above-described method of the related art had the disadvantage in that the product is not so natural and the weight is increased. In the related art, in order to overcome such problem, the method for attaching by using just only the net without using the polyurethanes or other material at the front portion of the wig has been developed. However, as to the improved method of the related art, there has been a problem in that the long-term use is impossible since the warp is unbound at the net portion of the product as the texture of cap net is not firm and the size of the cap net texture is large due to the wig product characteristic, and the lifetime of a product is shortened due to frequent repairs, further, the dissatisfaction of a client is caused due to the discomfort according to the repair.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems occurring in the related art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a A/R treating method of cap net for wig as the natural connection method between nets, in which the touch feeling in touching with the skin is enhanced, and the net is not released, by performing the A/R treating at the location including the girth of the cap net for wig, the connection portion between cap nets, and the front line of cap net.

To achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an anti-releasing treating method of cap net for wig, which comprises performing a prior marking task for anti-releasing task into a given position of a complete cap net by adjusting to the size of the cap; binding a thread with circulating top to bottom according to a texture of a base net of the cap, by using a thread for anti-releasing task in the marked work area; welding the bound thread for anti-releasing task with the base net, by using a supersonic wave welding machine; and shaping the cap where the welding is completed, by putting the cap into a drier, furthermore, which is capable of enhancing the touch feeling in touching with the skin at the location including the girth of the cap net for wig, the connection portion between cap nets, and the front line of cap net, and preventing the releasing of the net in net cutting of the cap net for wig.

The shaping the cap comprises a first shaping step of shaping the cap having the state where the welding is completed in the drier; and a second shaping step of re-arranging the contour of the cap of the first shaping step and, by using an adhesive which is specially manufactured, attaching the adhesive to a product in a given temperature for shaping.

The thread used in the prior marking task for the anti-releasing task is a thin nylon thread which can be easily distinguished by naked eye, for example, a thin nylon thread of black color. The prior marking task for the anti-releasing task is two pieces of threads which are plaited in zigzag type, and comes out about 2 mm-3 mm than an actual product size. The thread for anti-releasing task is moved to bound, approximately, in a diagonal direction of the base net so as to facilitate the binding of thread. The anti-releasing task of the net is applied to any one portion among a connection portion between complete cap nets for wig, a front line portion of the cap net, a side portion of the cap net, a top portion of the cap net, and a back portion of the cap net, moreover, the task of the straight line and curve can be accomplished.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings in which like numerals refer to like elements. The accompany drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a portion of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention. In the drawings:

FIG. 1a is a drawing showing the state of the cap in which the initial work for the A/R treating of the present invention is progressed in a complete cap which is the net for wig manufacture;

FIG. 1b is a drawing showing the state in which the A/R treating according to the present invention is performed in a complete cap for wig manufacture of FIG. 1a;

FIG. 2, FIG. 3 are a drawing showing another embodiment of the complete cap in which the A/R treating of the net for wig according to the present invention is performed; and

FIG. 4a to FIG. 4d are a drawing showing the process where the thread for A/R task is bound with net according to the kind of the lower portion base net.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in a more detailed manner with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1a is a drawing showing the initial work state for the A/R treating of the present invention in a complete cap which is the net for wig manufacture.

As shown, firstly, in a completed cap 50, the prior marking task is performed on the portion in which the A/R treating of the present invention is performed, by using a thread 20 while fitting with the size of the cap 50. When marking by using the thread 20, it is desirable to use a color which is easily distinguishable by the naked eye, for example, to use a thin nylon thread of black color.

In addition, it is preferable that it comes out about 2 mm-3 mm than the actual product size in consideration of the size of the cap 50. For example, two pieces of threads 21, 23 are plaited in zigzags and the portion in which the A/R task has to be accomplished is marked. At this time, the marking the area in which the A/R task has to be accomplished with two pieces of threads 21, 23 is performed in advance so as to prevent the whole shape (contour) of the cap 50 from being transformed.

FIG. 1b is a drawing showing the state of the cap 70 in which the A/R treating of the present invention is performed in a complete cap 50 which is the net for wig manufacture of FIG. 1a.

An A/R treating portion 60a exemplified in the drawing shows the case in which the treating is performed on the portion in which a lower portion base net 10 and an upper portion net 30 are overlapped. At this time, the upper portion net 30 maintains the shape which is extended to the outer side from the A/R treating portion 60a with a given length. And the releasing of nets 10, 30 is prevented due to the formation of the A/R treating portion 60a although a given length is cut down in the overlapped portion with the lower portion base net 10. In FIGS. 1a and 1b, the numeral 40 indicates the hand joint portion, in which the width is about 5 mm. The numeral 13 is the MP (Micro Point) line, and it is the portion in which the clip or the tape is fixed, while the width is maintained with about 15 mm.

In the meantime, FIG. 2, FIG. 3 are a drawing showing another embodiment of the A/R treating of the net for wig according to the present invention, FIG. 2 shows the case in which an A/R treating portion 60b is formed along to the edge of the upper portion net 30 in FIG. 1a, and FIG. 1b, FIG. 3 shows the case in which an A/R treating portion 60c is formed along to the portion in which the base net 10 and the upper portion net 30 on it are overlapped in FIG. 1a, and FIG. 1b.

As to the A/R treating portion 60b of FIG. 2, the upper portion net 30 of FIG. 1b is used as the lower portion base net, while the A/R work is accomplished in the upper portion net 30, thereby, the A/R work is accomplished along to the edge of the upper portion net 30. Moreover, differently with the case of FIG. 1b and FIG. 2, the A/R treating portion 60c of FIG. 3 is formed along to the portion in which the base net 10 and the upper portion net 30 are mutually overlapped. That is, it not formed along to the edge of the base net 10, but the edge is formed with the shape that is inserted to the inside of the base net 10 at some length in consideration of the request characteristics of a user.

FIG. 4a to FIG. 4d are a drawing showing the process where a thread for A/R task 61, 63, 65 is bound with net 10a, 10b, 10c according to the kind of the lower portion base net 10a, 10b, 10c. FIG. 4a is the drawing in which the base net 10a has the shape which is approximately similar to a circular.

In this case, the thread 61 which is used for the A/R treating is the nylon thread which is specially processed. For example, the thread 61 binds according to the texture of the base net 10a of the complete cap for wig while circulating top to bottom so that the task is performed through the previously marked A/R work area. At this time, the binding method of the thread 61 for A/R task is changed according to the shape of the base net 10a. For reference, the binding state of the thread 61 for A/R task is illustrated in the drawing in which the A portion on the net 10a is enlarged.

In case of FIG. 4b, the shape of the base net 10b of the cap for wig is the square shape. In this case, the thread 63 for A/R task is bound according to the conformation (square shape) of the net 10b while also circulating top to bottom through the given area of the net 10b, so that the A/R task is performed through the previously marked A/R work area. In this case, the thread 63 for A/R task is bound approximately in the diagonal direction of the net 10b.

In case of FIG. 4c, the shape of the base net 10c of the cap is the hexagonal shape. And, as shown in the enlarged portion of B portion and C portion on the base net 10c, the thread 65 for A/R task is bound according to the conformation (square shape) of the net 10c while also circulating top to bottom, so that the A/R task is performed through the previously marked A/R work area. The thread 65 for A/R task is also bound approximately in the diagonal direction of the base net 10c.

As to the base net 10c in which the unit texture of net is the hexagonal shape, five portions P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 in which the thread 65 for A/R task is bound in the unit texture of hexagon are formed within the outermost unit texture net (B portion) among the area in which the A/R task is accomplished. In addition, four portions P2, P3, P4, P5 in which the thread 65 for A/R task is bound are formed in the unit texture net of hexagon (C portion) positioned at the center. The fixation shape of the thread 65 for A/R task is not restricted to the exemplified case, and other arbitrary shape can be differently formed.

FIG. 4d is a drawing showing the example in which the thread 67 for A/R task is bound with the base net 10d in the shape of “HOS NET VERTICAL”.

As illustrated in the above, in case the process that the thread 61, 63, 65, 67 for A/R task, for example, the nylon thread 61, 63, 65, 67 which is specially processed is bound through the A/R work area on cap net 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d for wig is finished, the thread 61, 63, 65, 67 for A/R task and the cap net 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d are together strongly welded by using the supersonic wave welding machine. Then, a first shaping step is accomplished by drying caps 70, 80, 90 of the state where the welding is completed. At this time, the drying at the first shaping step is performed by putting the caps 70, 80, 90 of the state where the welding is completed into the drier (not shown) under the condition of about (50° C.-70° C.)/(25 min-35 min).

Thereafter, the shape (contour) of caps 70, 80, 90 having the state where the first shaping is completed is rearranged, and an adhesive (not shown) which is specially manufactured, for example, a silicone adhesive is coated to accomplish a second shaping under the given condition. At this time, in the second shaping step, the caps 70, 80, 90 having the state where the first shaping step is completed are treated under the condition of about (80° C.-100° C.)/(55 min-65 min) in a given drier. In addition, the coated special adhesive is fixed to the product. The caps 70, 80, 90 having the state where the first shaping has completed by the above described process are shaped secondly.

The silicone adhesive is specially manufactured in consideration of the adhesion characteristic of the net so as to make the adhesion between nets to be facilitated. It is preferable to naturally dry in a room temperature since the A/R treating portions 60a, 60b, 60c can be transformed by the sudden temperature difference after the second shaping of caps 70, 80, 90 in which the first shaping is completed is completed. In the meantime, the A/R treating method of the present invention can be applied not only to the connection portion between the nets of the complete cap for wig, but also to any one portion among the front line portion of the cap net, the side portion of the cap net, the top portion of the cap net, and the back portion of the cap net. Moreover, the task of the straight line and curve can be accomplished.

According to the A/R treating method of cap net for wig of the present invention, the natural connection between nets can be accomplished, and the touch feeling in touching with the skin at the location including the girth of the cap net for wig, the connection portion between cap nets, and the front line of cap net is enhanced, and the net is not released in the net cutting.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variation can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. An anti-releasing treating method of cap net for wig, comprising:

performing a prior marking task for anti-releasing task into a given position of a complete cap net by adjusting to the size of the cap;
binding a thread with circulating top to bottom according to a texture of a base net of the cap, by using a thread for anti-releasing task in the marked work area;
welding the bound thread for anti-releasing task with the base net, by using a supersonic wave welding machine; and
shaping the cap where the welding is completed, by putting the cap into a drier.

2. The anti-releasing treating method of claim 1, wherein shaping the cap comprises:

a first shaping step of shaping the cap having the state where the welding is completed in the drier; and
a second shaping step of re-arranging the contour of the cap of the first shaping step and, by using a silicone adhesive, attaching the adhesive to a product in a given temperature for shaping.

3. The anti-releasing treating method of claim 1, wherein the thread used in the prior marking task for the anti-releasing task is a thin nylon thread which can be easily distinguished by naked eye.

4. The anti-releasing treating method of claim 1, wherein the thread used in the prior marking task for the anti-releasing task is two pieces of threads which are plaited in zigzag type, and comes out about 2 mm-3 mm than an actual product size.

5. The anti-releasing treating method of claim 1, wherein the thread for anti-releasing task is bound, approximately, in a diagonal direction of the base net.

The anti-releasing treating method of claim 1, wherein the anti-releasing task of the cap net is applied to any one portion among a connection portion between cap nets, a front line portion of the cap net, a side portion of the cap net, a top portion of the cap net, and a back portion of the cap net.
