Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a seal and saver container, particularly to one able to keep its bottle sealed tightly with its cover. The bottle has an opening bored at its top and a blocking ring positioned around its inner wall. The cover placed on the top of the bottle is provided with a first upper cover, a second upper cover, a compression spring, a sleeve, an anti-leaking ring and a grip. In using, place the cover on the bottle and move the grip to keep it tilted aside, so that the sleeve is dragged to move up and simultaneously, and the anti-leaking ring is also moved up to keep its bottom squeezed to project outward so as to lock with the blocking strip of the bottle. So, the opening of the bottle is totally sealed up to prevent the liquid in the bottle from leaking out. Therefore, the invention provides an easy and convenient container for a user to carry out.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Commonly, a conventional thermos (vacuum flask) is provided with a cover used to seal at its top by locking on its bottle or engagement of male and female threads respectively made in the cover and the bottle. Actually, once the conventional thermos falls down, the liquid in it is possible to leak out.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of this invention is to offer a seal and saver container, which can keep the liquid in it from leaking out, making it easy and convenient for a user to carry out.

The main characteristics of the invention are a bottle and a cover. The bottle has an opening bored at its top and a blocking ring positioned around its inner wall. The cover placed on the top of the bottle is provided with a first upper cover, a second upper cover, a compression spring, a sleeve, an anti-leaking ring and a grip. The second upper cover is installed underneath the first upper cover, provided with a through hole and a plugging ring. The sleeve is inserted through the second upper cover to engage with the first upper cover, provided with a pivotal connecting rod extended in the compression spring and out of the first upper cover through the through hole to connect pivotally with the grip by means of a bolt, and a projected ring. The anti-leaking ring is wrapped around the sleeve, provided with a fitting groove formed around its bottom to fit with the projected ring of the sleeve, a deformed portion located outside the fitting groove, and a plugging slot located around its top to correspond with the plugging ring of the second upper cover. And, the grip has a pair of arc-like rims shaped at two sides of its bottom.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

This invention is better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention; and

FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of the preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention, showing it being sealed up.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of a seal and saver container in the present invention is composed of a bottle 1 and a cover 2.

The bottle 1 is provided with an opening 10 opened at its top, a blocking strip 11 positioned on its inner wall, and plural locking edges 12 formed at its top.

The cover 2 is placed on the top of the bottle 1, provided with a first upper cover 20, a second upper cover 21, a compression spring 22, a sleeve 23, an anti-leaking ring 24 and a grip 25. The first upper cover 20 is provided with a through hole 200 bored at its center, and an engaging portion 201 formed at its center, too. The second upper cover 21 installed underneath the first upper cover 20 is provided with a through hole 210 bored at its center for the engaging portion 201 of the first upper cover 20 to pass through, and a plugging ring 211 set around the through hole 210. The sleeve 23 is inserted through the second upper cover 21 to engage with the first upper cover 20, provided with a pivotal connecting rod 230 extended upward from its center and in the compression spring 22 and a flange 231 extending out of its bottom. The pivotal connecting rod 230 is inserted through the through hole 200 to extend out of the first upper cover 20 so as to connect pivotally with the grip 25 by means of a pivotal pin 3. The anti-leaking ring 24 is wrapped around the sleeve 23, provided with a fitting groove 240 formed around the bottom of its inner wall, a deformed portion 241 located around the bottom of its outer wall, and a plugging slot 242 formed around its top to correspond with the plugging ring 211 of the second upper cover 21. And, the grip 25 has a pair of arc-like rims 250 formed at one side of its bottom.

In assembly, as shown in FIGS. 1˜3, wrap the anti-leaking ring 24 around the bottom of the sleeve 23 and keep the fitting groove 240 of the anti-leaking ring 24 fitted with the projected ring 231 of the sleeve, enabling the sleeve 23 tightly wrapped by the anti-leaking ring 24 due to elasticity of the anti-leaking ring 24. Next, mount the compression spring 22 around the pivotal connecting rod 230 of the sleeve 23 and put the second upper cover 21 and the first upper cover 20 on the sleeve 23 in order, keeping the plugging sheet 211 of the second upper cover 21 inserted in the plugging slot 242 of the anti-leaking ring 24 and the sleeve 23 passing through the through hole 210 of the second upper cover 21 to be fitted with the engaging portion 201 of the first upper cover 20. By the time, the pivotal connecting rod 230 is positioned in the through hole 200 to extend out of the first upper cover 20, ready for connecting pivotally with the grip 25 by means of the pivotal pin 3.

In using, as shown in FIGS. 2˜4, first, place the cover 2 on the bottle 1 and keep the inner corners of the second upper cover 21 fixed restrictively with the locking edges 12 of the bottle 1. Next, start to move the grip 25 of the cover 2 to keep it tilted aside along the arc-like rims 250, so that the sleeve 23 is dragged to move up along the engaging portion 201 of the first upper cover 20. Simultaneously, the anti-leaking ring 24 is also pushed to move up by the projected ring 231 of the sleeve 23, enabling the deformed portion 241 squeezed to become projected so as to lock with the blocking ring 11 of the bottle 1. So, the opening 10 of the bottle 1 is totally sealed up to prevent the liquid in the bottle from leaking out.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
