Zipper head structure
The present invention relates to a zipper head, and more particularly, to a zipper head with a pull tag that can be set and fixed to a predetermined angle. The zipper head of the present invention comprises a top plank and on the top plank there is a proboscis enclosing the pull tag, the characteristics are: the pull tag has an engaging hole; the top plank extending and forming a block corresponding to the engaging hole; when the pull tag is put down, the pull tag is engaged with the blocker by means of the engaging hole.
The present invention relates to a zipper head structure wherein the pull tag of the zipper head can be set and fixed to a predetermined angle.
2. THE PRIOR ARTSPlease refer to

In order to improve the inconvenience of using the zipper head when its pull tag hangs and at the same time to enable users to pinch the pull tag quickly when using the zipper. The invention provides a zipper head structure which can be pinched easily. By fixing the pull tag to a predetermined angle, the user can quickly get/pinch pull tag; and by the angle of the pull tag close to or higher than horizontal, the user can pinch it easily and thereby improve the inconvenience which users have to pick the pull tag slightly off the zipper first before pulling the zipper head to move it.
In order to achieve above objectives, the invention provides a zipper head structure, comprising a top plank, on the top plank having a proboscis enclosing a pull tag. The characteristics are: the pull tag has an engaging hole; the top plank extends and forms a blocker corresponding to the engaging hole; the pull tag engages with said blocker by means of the engaging hole and thereby engages the pull tag at an angle close to horizontal or at an upward angle. Wherein, the blocker can be a wedge shape which gradually becomes wider from top to bottom, or the blocker can have a first inclined surface which inclines to the rear side of the zipper head or the combination of both. However, the structures are not limited to the above mentioned, and other similar structures that have engagement effects are also applicable.
By using the zipper head structure of the present invention, after pinching the pull tag to pull it forwards and backwards, users can put release the pull tag to engage with the blocker at an angle close to the horizontal or towards the vertical. Therefore, to pull the zipper head, the pull tag can be easily and quickly grasped, hence there is no need to waste time pinching the pull tag and the usage becomes more convenient.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated hereinafter with the attached drawings. The below embodiments are merely illustrative. Further modification of the invention hereinafter disclosed will occur to those skilled in the respective arts and all such modifications are deemed to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTPlease refer to
The characteristics of the present invention are: the top plank 21 extends and forms a blocker 24 corresponding to the engaging hole 231. When the pull tag 23 is released, it engages with the blocker 24 by means of the engaging hole 231, and therefore the pull tag 23 will not hang on the top plank 21 but will be engaged at a horizontal or upward angle. Thereby, it is easier and labor-saving to grasp/pinch pull tag 23 in order to slide the zipper head 20 along the zipper track. There is no need to waste time finding the pull tag 23. The operation becomes more convenient than before.

Besides engaging the pull tag 23 and tilting it on the blocker 24, other applicable engagement structures are shown in
The blocker 24 can also be disposed on any zipper head structure. The zipper head structure doesn't have special limits. The blocker 24 can be disposed on any zipper head structure whose pull tag need to be fixed and set in a certain degree. Therefore, it can also be disposed on the gastight zipper head 30, which is shown in the embodiment of
Please refer to
On the other hand, in order to engage the pull tag 33 on the blocker 34 directly, a round shaft can be disposed in the location where the pull tag 33 and the proboscis 32 engage with each other. By means of the round shaft, the pull tag 33 can only rotate from front to back, and the pivoting path become fixed. When the pull tag 33 is putting down toward to the blocker 34, the pull tag 33 is able to enclose the blocker 34 accurately for engagement effect. Besides this embodiment, the round shaft can also apply to other above mentioned embodiments.
