Koolonu
The Koolonu is a combination scarf with a pocket that can be drawn up from the chest over the head to become a headpiece/ear cover. Invert the Koolonu on the head and the pocket becomes a visor. It is new by virtue of the width variation and the manner with which it is folded and sewn at its ends forming a storage pocket. This unique process creates a convertible apparel item for fashion and utility. Made of knitted yarn or any such flexible material, It begins with a square, tapers in equally 45 degrees to the neckband width (50% of square end width). Neckband length (determined by neck circumference) continues then tapers out equally 45 degrees to form a second square of identical size to the first. The squares are sewn together on two sides at 90 degree angles to each other forming the pocket. The Koolonu can be made for any age or gender, of lighter or heavier materials and for dolls, teddy bears or other toys. It can be worn around the neck, ears and head.

1. The Koolonu convertible combination apparel item which may be used as a scarf/pocket, headpiece/earcover, inverted on the head for a visor/pocket to serve as utility or fashion by virtue of it's varying band width, length and manner by which the ends are sewn together to form a square pocket.
