Housing bag
There is provided a housing bag which does not require a closing means, and facilitates the handling by the user while preventing the widening of the opening portion, and enabling the prevention of the dropping out of the housed article. The housing bag A is such that the internal configuration thereof is made approximately the same as the external configuration of the article to be housed while the bag has a bag-like configuration having an opening on one side. On the internal circumference of the opening portion 2, a cushion material 3 and an auxiliary material having a higher elasticity, stability and a endurance than the material constituting the main body 1 of the bag are overlapped to be arranged thereon. The opening portion 2 is formed with a thickness having an extension and the aforementioned auxiliary material 4 is constituted of a tape-like thermo-plastic urethane resin.
1. Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a housing bag, and more particularly to a housing bag which prevents an easy dropping out of an article which is housed therein and which prevents the widening of an opening portion thereof even when the housed article is taken in and out repeatedly.
2. Related Art
Generally, a housing bag used is provided with a closing means (such as a string, a button, a fastener or the like) for closing the opening portion so that dropping out of the contents is prevented by closing the opening portion.
The problem which the present invention is intended to solve is that the closing means must be operated to open the opening portion while preventing the dropping out of the housed article because the opening portion of the aforementioned housing bag is closed with the closing means with the result that there arises a disadvantage in that the user cannot swiftly take out the housed article. In addition, an attachment work for attaching the closing means onto the opening portion must be added to the manufacturing process.
An object of the present invention is to provide a housing bag which solves the aforementioned problem with the result that the housing bag, does not require any closing means, facilitate the handling by the user and the manufacture thereof while preventing the dropping out of the housed article and the widening of the opening portion.
In order to solve the aforementioned problem, the housing bag according to the present invention has an internal configuration which is approximately the same as an external configuration of an article to be housed therein, and a bag-like configuration having an opening at one side thereof; the bag being characterized by comprising:
a cushion material; and
an auxiliary material having an elasticity, a stability and an endurance higher than the cushion material and the material constituting the main portion of the bag;
wherein the cushion material and auxiliary material are arranged in an overlapping manner on the internal circumference of the opening portion along the internal circumference thereof with the result that the opening portion is formed in a thick manner with an elasticity.
Incidentally, preferably, the aforementioned auxiliary material is a thermo-plastic urethane resin-made sheet.
According to the present invention, it is possible to realize a housing bag wherein the opening portion is formed of a cushion material in a thick manner instead of providing the closing means for closing the opening portion, so that the housed article is pressed to the internal circumference of the opening portion to prevent an easy dropping out of the housed article and the taking out of the housed article is facilitated.
Furthermore, an auxiliary material with a high elasticity, stability and endurance is used together with the cushion material with the result that it is possible to prevent the widening of the opening portion and an easy dropping out of the housed article.
BEST MODE OF EMBODYING THE INVENTIONIn
A main body 1 of the bag which constitutes the housing bag A is provided with a surface processing with polyurethane in order to protect a cloth (Tetron cotton) from stains, moisture or the like, and the bag is formed in such a manner that the width W1 is approximately the same as the thickness W2 of the article to be housed and the depth L1 is made approximately the same as the height L2 of the housed article so that the internal configuration of the bag is made approximately the same as the external configuration of the article. The main body thereof is formed in an approximately rectangular bag-like configuration having an open one end. On an internal circumference of the opening portion 2, as shown in
In this housing bag A, as shown in
Incidentally, when both end portions of the cloth 5 are stitched along the “b line”, it is preferable that the portions be stitched in the state in which the auxiliary material 4 is extended to some extent. As a consequence, when the auxiliary material 4 is restored after the stitching, the inner circumference of the opening portion 2 can be made somewhat smaller than the external circumference of the housed article.
The housing bag A which is formed as described above is such that the depth L1 is made approximately the same as the height L2 of the housed article B and the width W1 is made approximately the same as the thickness W2 of the housed article B with the result that the configuration of the inside is made approximately in the same configuration as the housed article. (see
In housing the article B to be housed in the aforementioned housing bag A, as shown in
As shown in
At the time of taking in or out of the housed article B, the opening portion 2 is forcibly widened with the result that there is a possibility that the closing state of the opening portion 2 is not maintained by reason that the cushion material 3 has gone slack by taking in and out of the housed article B repeatedly. However, the auxiliary material 4 which is soft like rubber and which is formed of strong thermo-plastic urethane resin such as plastics and metal maintains the state of the opening portion 2. Consequently, a housing bag A can be realized which is capable of maintaining the closed state of the opening 2 forever by recovering the expansion and slack of the cushion material 3 and which is capable of preventing the dropping out of the housed article B without using a closing means such as a button and a fastener for closing the opening portion while being capable of taking out the housed article B without operating the closing means, the bag being effective both for the manufacturer side and for the user side.
Claims
