Description
TECHNOLOGY AREA

This invention makes it easy to put on and off the shoes by simply opening and closing the upper with one motion of operating the band which is connected to a zipper that is connected on the upper.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

Shoes are made to protect the wearer's foot so they are usually designed to cover the whole foot. Thus it accompanies certain discomfort when wearing and taking off the shoes. To make this task of wearing and taking off the shoes easier sandal type shoes were created but a sandal does not protect the foot well.

Generally the process of putting shoes on and off is a difficult task for many people especially children and the elderly. Therefore, there have been many suggested methods to make the task easy but none so far have been practical.

According to Korean open practical patent 2000-0017330, it suggests that a shoe has the function of separating the upper and the sole. Another patent under 85-6987 has a zipper mounted on the upper so that it can open and close the upper easily but the shoe still presents discomfort when wearing and taking it off since some part of the incised area is still connected to the inner part of the shoe. A patent 89-18608 invented a shoe that has a zipper connected on the outside of the upper that could separate or combine the upper and the sole.

Korean open practical patent No. 1994-0006514 presents an invented shoe that has a U-shaped incision on the heel from the sides of the upper for better ventilation and easy wearing. Another shoe under the patent No. 20-0281351 invented a shoe with an easy detachable and attachable function at the upper portion of the shoe. Yet another invention under the patent No. 20-0310652 has a winter boot that has a zipper from the upper to the upper portion of the boot.

All the inventions mentioned above have some portion of the upper incised to help putting on and off the shoe easier but the user must go through the discomfort of unzipping and zipping each time he wears the shoes. Also water proof function may be weakened in the area that connects the sole and the upper.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION Technical Task

This invention has been derived to solve the problems that were mentioned above. The invention focuses to provide a simple function to a shoe that would aid the user to wear and take off the shoe easily and comfortably by opening the portion of the upper by one touch movement to a band that is attached to the upper.

Technical Task Solved

To meet the task above, this invention has created a shoe that has the incised upper and a mechanism that combine the upper which is directly connected to the band that stabilizes the upper.

This invention has a shoe with the portion of the upper incised and has a mechanism to open and close the incised upper area. A zipper may be used for the function of opening and closing the area.

On the upper portion of the shoe there is a shoe stabilizing band, and this band is connected to the top of the opening area of the upper. Therefore, when the user removes the band outward, the incised upper is opened automatically. This function will allow the user to wear and take off the shoe very comfortably.

Advantageous Effect

According to the invention described above, the upper incision can be opened and closed as needed and the incision is connected to the stabilized band which would perform the opening and the closing of the incised area so that a user may be able to put on and off the shoe easily and comfortably.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

To further explain the invention, please refer to the attached figures.

The FIG. 2 is a drawing of the invention, and the FIG. 3 is a drawing of a shoe that has the upper incised as the result of the invention.

As described in the FIG. 2, there is a shoe stabilizing band (30) on the top portion of the upper (10) of the shoe. This invention constitutes the incision of the upper and the incised upper may open or close by joining the incised line with the mechanism(50). The mechanism(50) that combine the upper is directly connected to the band(30) that stabilizes the upper. The mechanism(50) open and close the incised upper area

It is possible to use a zipper to close the incised line(50), and the zipper shall be installed along the line of the incised upper (20) to the fullest incised length. One end of the zipper shall be connected to the end point of the incised upper (21) and the other end of the zipper shall be connected to the other end point of the incised upper (22). It is possible to connect the zipper to the upper (20) with sewing or heat solder.

The upper incised upper is connected to the shoe stabilizing band (30) and therefore the opening of the band will also open the incised upper in one operation. It is possible to connect the band and the incised upper permanently or simply separate them at the choice of the user.

It is possible to use a plastic connector such as a zipper (eg. Zipper lock) to close the incised line (50) and this connector should be the same length as the full length of the incised upper (20).

To put on and off the shoe comfortably, it is advantageous to incise the upper from the flank. The special feature of this shoe is that the upper connecting line that is constructed in the whole surface of the upper in the shape of a curved line.

Claims

2. A shoe according to claim 1, wherein the mechanism that closes the incised area can be a zipper or a zip lock.

3. A shoe according to claim 1, wherein the upper is incised from top frank (22) to the end(21) of upper.

4. A shoe according to claim 1, wherein the mechanism(50) to open and close the incised upper is detachable from band(30).

5. A shoe according to claim 1, wherein the special feature of this shoe is that the upper connecting line that is constructed in the whole surface of the upper in the shape of a curved line.
