1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a notebook computer bag, and more particularly, to a notebook computer bag having superior cooling capabilities and ease of access.
2. Description of the Related Art
Computers have become a necessary element for modern life, and portable notebook computers are even more popular with road warriors and students. For travel purposes, users often buy a specific type of bag to carry the notebook computer. Cooling is a primary operational factor for notebook computers, and most of the cooling vents in a notebook computer are located along the bottom or the sides of the notebook computer. As a result, when a notebook computer is placed in the prior art bag, the cooling vents are covered by the bag, and there may be insufficient space in the bag for proper cooling, both of which can cause the notebook computer to overheat.
Additionally, while using the notebook computer, a user may need to connect the notebook computer to a peripheral device, such as a mouse, a power supply, a projector or a memory stick. Generally, a battery of the notebook computer or the various ports for theses peripheral devices are located on the back of the notebook computer, and there is insufficient space between the bag and the notebook computer to position the wires for these peripheral devices. Hence, the user must remove the notebook computer from the bag to establish the desired connections or change the battery, which is very inconvenient for the user.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a notebook computer bag that provides superior cooling capabilities and ease of access to mitigate and/or obviate the aforementioned problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONA main objective of the present invention is to provide a notebook computer bag that provides superior cooling capabilities and ease of access.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the notebook computer bag of the present invention comprises: an upper cover comprises an upper-interior surface and an upper-exterior surface; a lower cover comprises a lower-interior surface and a lower-exterior surface; a connection portion connected to the upper cover and the lower cover; a fastener positioned between the upper cover and the lower cover for fastening the upper cover and the lower cover or unfastening the upper cover and the lower cover; and at least one elevating element disposed on the lower-interior surface. Furthermore, the at least one elevated element can be detachable and able to provide different height.
The connection portion of the notebook computer bag further comprises an opening. The opening is openable and can provide access to the notebook computer to the slots or ports for connecting to various to peripheral devices or to change a battery of the notebook computer.
The upper cover or the lower cover of the notebook computer bag may further comprise heat conducting material so that heat generated by the notebook computer may be conducted away from the notebook computer by the heat conducting material.
The upper cover or the lower cover of the notebook computer bag may further comprise an electromagnetic pulse-proof material, and the electromagnetic pulse-proof material may be coated on the upper-interior surface, the upper-exterior surface, the lower-interior surface or the lower-exterior surface or may be inserted into the upper cover or the lower cover. With this structure, most of electromagnetic pulses are contained within the notebook computer bag.
Other objects, advantages, and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

The at least one elevating element 50 of the notebook computer bag 10a may be detachable from the lower-interior surface 31. In this embodiment, the at least one elevating element 50 is attached to the lower-interior surface 31 using Velcro; therefore, the lower-interior surface 31 may be partially or entirely covered with Velcro. With Velcro, the user may freely adjust the location of the at least one elevating element 50 on the lower-interior surface 31 so as to avoid obstructing the cooling vents on the bottom of the notebook computer. Moreover, the at least one elevating element 50 may be corresponded to the bottom structures of different notebooks to adjust the location. It means that the at least one elevating element 50 may be adjusted to the elevating portions of the bottom of the notebook, accordingly, providing a better elevating effect for the notebook. Under the circumstances, the thickness of the at least one elevating element 50 may be decrease and is substantially greater than 0.15 cm.
To steadily position the notebook computer 90 within the notebook computer bag 10, the upper-interior surface 21 of the notebook computer bag 10 further comprises a plurality of screen fastening elements 23 disposed on the left corner and the right corner of the upper-interior surface 21. After placing the notebook computer 90 at the proper position, the plurality of screen fastening elements 23 are used to engage the screen of the notebook computer 90 with the upper cover 20. The plurality of screen fastening elements 23 may be attached to the upper-interior surface 21 by any suitable means, such as sewing, gluing or using Velcro. Additionally, a plurality of elastic cushion elements may be disposed in the four corner positions of the lower-interior surface 31, and provide shock-resistance to the notebook computer bag 10 during travel. One or several pockets may also be added to the upper cover 20 or the lower cover 30 that provide space into which the user may place documents or other computer peripheries.

The upper cover 20 or the lower cover 30 of the notebook computer bag 10 may further comprise a heat conducting material. When the notebook computer 90 is placed in the notebook computer bag 10, to improve cooling, the upper cover 20 or the lower cover 30 may further partially or entirely include the heat conducting material so that heat generated by the notebook computer 90 can be conducted away from the notebook computer by the heat conducting material; the heat conducting material may thus serve as a heat sink to be used as cooling area to avoid poor cooling effects caused by concentrated heating.
To shield a user from electromagnetic pulses, the upper cover 20 or the lower cover 30 of the notebook computer bag 10 may further comprise an electromagnetic pulse-proof material, and the electromagnetic pulse-proof material may be coated on the upper-interior surface 21, the upper-exterior surface 22, the lower-interior surface 31 or the lower-exterior surface 32, or may be inserted into the upper cover 20 or the lower cover 30. With this structure, most of electromagnetic pulses are contained within the notebook computer bag 10.
