Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a kind of refill pack, and more particularly to a refill pack that has a pour stuff located inside the pouch circumference. When the pour stuff is torn off from the pouch, it may be used as a funnel, besides, the open space of the torn off pour stuff in the pouch may be used as a carry handle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 11, a conventional refill pack is in a pouch 40 structure that is hollow inside with appropriate capacity for varieties of contents to be accommodated. Users would have to use scissors to cut a corner out of the pouch 40 to form a diagonal pouch outlet 41, such that the content inside the pouch 40 can be poured out from the pouch outlet 41.

As shown in FIG. 12, practically the conventional way of operation would be that users holding the pouch 40 slantwise on top of a container 30 and positioning the pouch outlet 41 of the pouch 40 to the container inlet 31, the content inside the pouch 40 then would be poured out of the pouch outlet 41 through the container inlet 31 to the container 30. Nevertheless, the conventional way of operation has shortcomings as follows.

Generally container 30 has its container inlet 31 not big enough in size; when a user cuts a bigger pouch outlet 41 on the pouch 40, pouring the content out of the pouch 40 would be easy to spread out to exterior of the container inlet 31, which makes the content spattered, a mess for cleaning and a waste. On the contrary, when the pouch outlet 41 is cut smaller, the content inside the pouch 40 would be uneasy to be poured out.

To resolve the shortcomings in conventional operation mentioned above, some users will use funnel 50. The operation would be to put the funnel 50 inside the container inlet 31 of the container 30 and then hold the pouch 40 slantwise on top of a container 30 as shown in FIG. 13. Thereof, no matter how big or small the pouch outlet 41 of the pouch 40 is cut, it would be easy to pour the content into of the container 30. Nevertheless, the operation of pouring content out of a refill pack 40 to a container 30 is not often happening at home, so the additionally purchased funnel 50 would be set aside most of the time, inconvenience of storage would be raised, and sometimes users would be bothered finding the funnel 50 when it is needed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a kind of refill pack with functions of funnel and carry handle. The refill pack is in a pouch structure that is hollow inside with capacity to accommodate, an easy tear is provided on the pouch and a pouch outlet is formed on the easy tear line. A pour stuff is provided on the pouch, which has a primary side, a secondary side and two lateral sides that form a polygon. The primary side is an inlet of the pour stuff that is bigger than the pouch outlet. The pour stuff has the primary side, the secondary side and the sealed lateral sides connected to the pouch with easy tears, such that the pour stuff is located inside the pouch circumference. When the pour stuff is torn off from the pouch, it may be used as a funnel, besides, the open space of the torn off pour stuff in the pouch may be used as a carry handle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the refill pack of the present invention is basically structured as a pouch 10 that is hollow inside with capacity to accommodate, an easy tear 12 is disposed on the pouch 10 and a pouch outlet 120 is formed on the line of the easy tear 12. A pour stuff 20 is disposed on the pouch 10, which has a primary side 21, a secondary side 22 and two lateral sides 23, 24 that form a polygon. In the embodiment, the pour stuff 20 is a trapezium of which the primary side 21 is an opening as an inlet 210 that is bigger than the pouch outlet 120. The pour stuff 20 has the primary side 21, the secondary side 22 and the sealed lateral sides 23, 24 connected to the pouch 10 with easy tears 25, 26, 27, 28, such that the pour stuff 20 is located inside the pouch 10 circumference.

One preferable embodiment of the present invention is that the inlet 210 of the pour stuff 20 is connected with the pouch 10, such that when the pour stuff 20 is torn off from the pouch 10, the inlet 210 would be opened.

Another preferable embodiment of the present invention is that an outlet 220 is provided on the secondary side 22 of the pour stuff 20, the outlet 220 is smaller than the pouch outlet 120. The best embodiment is that the outlet 220 is located on the line of the easy tear 26 and connected with the pouch 10, such that when the pour stuff 20 is torn off from the pouch 10, the outlet 220 would be opened.

Referring to FIG. 4, for the operation of pouring, the torn off pour stuff 20 may be inserted into a container inlet 31 of a container 30 such that the outlet 220 of the pour stuff 20 is immersed into the container inlet 31, and then hold the pouch 10 slantwise on top of the inlet 210 of the pour stuff 20. Since the inlet 210 of the pour stuff 20 is bigger than the pouch outlet 120 of the pouch 10, the content in the pouch 10 would be easy to be poured out of the pouch outlet 120, flowing through the inlet 210 and outlet 220 of the pour stuff 20, and then poured into the container 30, which is the function of the invention and one of the objectives of the present invention. Furthermore, an open space 13 of the torn off pour stuff 20 in the pouch 10 may be used as a carry handle of the pouch 10 for users to hold the pouch 10, which is another function of the present invention and second objective of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5, the second embodiment of the present invention is that the pour stuff 20 is designed to be located on the other side opposite to the pouch outlet 120 on the pouch 10. The open space 13 of the torn off pour stuff 20 in the pouch 10 would be used as a carry handle, users will find easy to keep balance and hold on to the pouch 10 when they are operating pouring content out.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the third embodiment of the present invention is that the two lateral sides 23, 24 of the pour stuff 20 are provided with extrusions 230, 240 respectively, such that when the pour stuff 20 is torn off from the pouch 10 and put onto the container 30, the extrusions 230, 240 will sit on the rim of the container inlet 31 of the container 30, the pour stuff 20 will be thereof sit on the container inlet 31 of the container 30 firmly.

Referring to FIG. 8, the fourth embodiment of the present invention is that an easy tear 29 is provided on the pour stuff 20 near the secondary side 22, when the secondary side 22 is torn off from the line of the easy tear 29, the outlet 220 will be formed at secondary side 22 on the pour stuff 20.

Referring to FIG. 9, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is that the pour stuff 20 has at least one reinforcement strip 40, with which the pour stuff 20 will be pushed open. Wherein, the reinforcement strip 40 may be on either outside of the pour stuff 20 or inside of the pour stuff 20, this embodiment shows the reinforcement strip 40 located on inside of the pour stuff 20.

Referring to FIG. 10, the sixth embodiment of the present invention is that the pour stuff 20 is provided with a reinforcement strip 41 on the inlet 210, with which the pour stuff 20 will be pushed open. In addition, a reinforcement strip 42 may be provided on the outlet 220 of the pour stuff 20. The reinforcement strips 41, 42 will reinforce the inlet 210 and outlet 220 of the pour stuff 20 in degree of opening. When users squeeze the pour stuff 20 on both sides of the reinforcement strips 41, 42, the reinforcement strips 41, 42 will help to make the inlet 210 and outlet 220 open further and kept open round, and then the operation of pouring will be done conveniently.

While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
