Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to an improved shape of a headwear, and more particularly, to a headwear manufactured by directly adhering to connect panels covering a crown part and a visor part of the headwear without an existing sewing operation so as to increase effects of wrinkle prevention and aesthetic feeling in connecting portions of the panels.

2. Description of the Related Art

In general, a headwear refers a cap style headwear and is constructed with a crown part, a main body of the headwear which is put on a user's head, a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part to protect a user's face from a sunlight, a size adjusting device attached to a rear bottom portion of the crown part to adjust a size of the headwear to a size of the user's head and a headband attached to an inner peripheral bottom portion of the crown part to absorb sweat on the user's head. The crown part, the visor part, the size adjusting device and the headband which construct the headwear are generally attached to each other by a sewing operation; the crown part is composed of a plurality of panels and each of the panels are conventionally connected by a sewing operation and, between each of the inner panels of the crown part, an elongate thin fabric, which is called as a bias tape, covers the sewing portion connecting between the panels for sewing a margin and a sewing operation is carried out so that the bias tape covers and connects between each of the panels.

However, there was a problem that a wrinkle occurs in a connecting portion between panels of the crown part as connecting between the panels of the crown part and connecting the bias tape by the sewing operation above described.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an aspect of the present invention to prevent a wrinkle in a connecting portion of the panels by overlapping the panels and adhering them.

It is another aspect of the present invention to express some connected portion of the panels of the headwear in various shapes thereby giving an effect of a aesthetic feeling to the headwear.

The foregoing and/or other aspects of the present invention can be achieved by providing a headwear constructed with a crown part or a main body of the headwear which is composed of a plurality of panels and a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part, in which the panels constructing the crown part and the visor part are manufactured so as to be overlapped and attached not by an existing sewing operation but by an adhesive tape or an adhesive sheet.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The above and/or other aspects and advantages of the prevent invention will become apparent and more readily appreciated from the following description of the exemplary embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompany drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a partially broken side view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom view illustrating the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATIVE, NON-LIMITING EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below so as to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.

FIG. 1 is a partially broken side view illustrating a headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 is a bottom view illustrating the headwear according to an embodiment of the present invention. The headwear according to the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is constructed with a crown part 1 or a main body of the headwear, a visor part 2 attached to a front lower portion of the crown part 1 and a headband 3 attached to an inner peripheral bottom portion of the crown part 1. A material of the panels of the crown part 1 is a woven fabric or a knit fabric and some panels 3 and 4 of the panels of the crown part 1 are overlapped and attached in a predetermined width. At this time, they are attached not by an existing sewing operation but by an adhesive sheet 5 which is inserted between the overlapped panels, and the outer panel 3 of the crown part of the overlapped panels 3 and 4 is previously manufactured and has a shape in which a central portion is cut in triangular form, and the inner panel 4 of the crown part of the overlapped panels is appeared to an outside of the headwear through the cut portion. The outer panel 3 of the crown part may be previously manufactured in various shapes besides the triangular shape according to a manufacturer's intension. As referred above, the adhesive sheet 5 is inserted between the outer crown panel 3 and the inner crown panel 4 as the outer crown panel 3 of which the central portion is cut in triangular form and the inner crown panel 4 of the panels 3 and 4 of the crown are connected not by a sewing method but by the adhesive method, and an adhesive tape may be usable as an adhesive material besides the adhesive sheet. The connected portion of the outer crown panel 3 and the inner crown panel 4 which is connected by an adhesion does not shows a wrinkle which has been shown by a sewing operation, and there is an effect of a aesthetic feeling by which a user feels a sense of beauty as the outer crown panel 3 and the inner crown panel 4 are manufactured in different materials and colors and thus the outer crown panel 3 and the inner crown panel 4 between the cut portion of the outer panel are shown simultaneously from an outside. Further, even in connecting of detailed portions which were difficult in the panels connected by the existing sewing operation, the operation can be smoothly carried out without a wrinkle by using the adhesive method. In this embodiment, manufacturing of one portion of the panels constructing the crown part is described, but such method and shape are applicable to all the panels constructing the crown part and also applicable to panels constructing the visor part besides the crown part of the headwear. Further, a cap style headwear is described in this embodiment, but the present invention is applicable to all shapes of headwear having a crown part manufactured with a plurality of panels such as a sun visor and a hat etc.

The present invention is constructed with a crown part, a main body of the headwear which is composed of a plurality of panels and a visor part attached to a front lower portion of the crown part, in which the panels constructing the crown part and the visor part are manufactured so as to be overlapped and attached not by an existing sewing operation but by an adhesive tape or an adhesive sheet, and there is an advantage of increasing effects of wrinkle prevention and aesthetic feeling in connecting portions of the panels by directly adhering to connect panels covering a crown part and a visor part of the headwear without an existing sewing operation.

Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
