Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a blowing machine which includes a curved inner surface composed of several curvatures so as to increase the pressure of the air flow in the blowing machine.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A conventional blowing machine is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and generally includes a casing 1 composed of a peripheral wall 10 and two sidewalls 12 connected to two sides of the peripheral wall 10 so as to form a hollow interior 13 in the casing 1. An inner surface of the peripheral wall 10 is composed of several curvatures that gradually become larger in counter clockwise direction along the inner surface of the peripheral wall 10. The first curvature includes the radius “A” which is the distance from the left inside of the opening 14 of the casing 1 to the center of the inlet 120 defined in one of the two sidewalls 12. The motor 20 and the fan 25 are respectively engaged with the outlet 120. The second curvature includes the radius “B” which is the distance from the most left point of the casing 1 to the center of the inlet 120. The third curvature includes the radius “C” which is a distance from the left lower point of the casing 1 to the center of the inlet 120. The four curvature includes the radius “D” which is a distance from the bottom point of the casing 1 to the center of the inlet 120. The fifth curvature includes the radius “E” which is a distance from the most right point of the casing 1 to the center of the inlet 120. The relationship between the distances “A” to “E” is that A<B<C<D<E. The air is sucked from the inlet 120 and flows along the inner surface of the casing 1 so as to escape from the opening 40. The purpose is to obtain a high volume of air flow and a hose is connected with the opening 40 to send the air flow to a distance. However, it is experienced that if the hose includes multiple elbow or curved sections, the pressure of the air flow will be reduced so that the air cannot be successfully sent to a desired distance.

The present invention intends to provide an air blowing machine that includes several curvatures in the inner surface of the casing of the air blowing machine and the curvatures are arranged to include a converge portion to increase the pressure in the casing so that the pressure of the air flow at the opening can be increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an air blowing machine which includes a casing composed of a peripheral wall and at least one sidewall through which an inlet is defined. A hollow interior is defined in the casing and an opening is defined in a top of the casing. The casing has an inner surface which includes a first curvature with a first radius “A1”, a second curvature with a second radius “B1”, a third curvature with a third radius “C1”, a fourth curvature with a fourth radius “D1” and a fifth curvature with a fifth radius “E1” in counter clockwise direction from the opening. A relationship among the radiuses is A1<B1>C1<D1<E1.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 2 shows the motor and the fan are installed to the casing of the conventional air blowing machine;

FIG. 3 shows the radiuses of the curvatures of the air blowing machine of the present invention;

FIG. 4 shows the motor and the fan are installed to the casing of the air blowing machine of the present invention, and

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the air blowing machine of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the air blowing machine of the present invention comprises a casing 3 composed of a peripheral wall 30 and at least one sidewall 32 through which an inlet 320 is defined. A hollow interior 33 is defined in the casing 3 and an opening 34 defined in a top of the casing 3. The opening 34 communicates with the interior 33. A motor 40 and a fan 45 are respectively engaged with the inlet 320 so that air is sucked into the casing 3 via the inlet 320 and flows along the inner surface of the casing 3 and flows out from the opening 34. The peripheral wall 30 of the casing 3 is composed of a first part and a second part. Two respective first ends of the first part and the second part are connected to connection neck of the opening 34 and a connection plate is connected between two respective second ends of the first and second parts in substantially radial direction. In other words, there is a step formed by the connection plate. The inner surface of the casing 3 includes a first curvature with a first radius “A1”, a second curvature with a second radius “B1”, a third curvature with a third radius “C1”, a fourth curvature with a fourth radius “D1” and a fifth curvature with a fifth radius “E1” in counter clockwise direction from the opening 34. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth radiuses have a common center which is a center of the inlet 320.

The first radius “A1” is a distance from a left inside of the opening 34 of the casing 3 to the center of the inlet 320. The second radius “B1” is a distance from most left point of the casing 3 to the center of the inlet 320. The third radius “C1” is a distance from a left lower point of the casing 3 to the center of the inlet 320. The fourth radius “D1” is a distance from the bottom point of the casing 3 to the center of the inlet 320. The fifth radius “E” is a distance from most right point of the casing 3 to the center of the inlet 320. A relationship among the radiuses being A1<B1>C1<D1<E1. A converge portion is formed at the third curvature with the third radius “C1” so that the pressure of the ail flow is increased and the air flow with high pressure blows to the areas with the fourth curvature and the fifth curvature and then blows out from the opening 34.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the air blowing machine of the present invention, wherein the peripheral wall 30 is composed of a first part and a second part, two respective first ends of the first part and the second part are connected to connection neck of the opening 34 and a tube is connected between two respective second ends of the first and second parts in substantially radial direction. There is no step formed between the two respective second ends of the first and second parts.

It is noted that the inner surface of the casing 3 of the present invention may be composed of the same curvatures at different centers or different curvatures at different centers.

While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
