Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a clothes hanger

BACKGROUND ART

The present invention relates to a clothes hanger, and in particular to an auxiliary hanger for a disposable type clothes hanger in which trousers can be hung at a disposable clothes hanger without allowing trousers to have wrinkles.

Generally, a clothes hanger is a tool for hanging clothes and is classified into a stand type hanger, a wall-mounted hanger, and an individual hanger based on their structures.

Here, the individual clothes hanger is a hanger for hanging suits, common clothes or outer clothes.

Namely, it is classified into a hanger for just hanging suits, a hanger for hanging common clothes or shirts or a hanger for hanging outer clothes.

Among the common individual clothes hangers, the common type of clothes hanger which is used at home among common individual clothes hangers may be variously selected based on the need of a user. The clothes hanger, which is used at a laundry, is a disposable type and is given to a user.

Since a disposable clothes hanger, which is used at a laundry, is a consumption type given to a user, it is manufactured at a lower cost. It is generally made by curving a wire covered with a film.

Since the conventional disposable clothes hanger is made of a thin wire, when trousers are hung, wrinkles are formed at a folded line of an engaging portion of trousers, so that customers are not satisfied.

According to the Korean patent registration gazette No. 10-250602 of “a method for manufacturing an auxiliary member of a clothes hanger for a wrinkle prevention”, an auxiliary member for a clothes hanger is engaged at a horizontal member of a clothes hanger, so that it is possible to prevent a wrinkle of trousers hung at a disposable clothes hanger and to prevent a slip down of the same.

The above-described technology is implemented with a paper member, the auxiliary member is easily bent allows the generation of wrinkles. In addition, it is weak to moisture.

In particular, the auxiliary members are packed by the unit of a few hundreds and are delivered to laundry, it may be stacked and pressurized by the weight of stacked members during the delivery of the auxiliary member, so that the auxiliary member may be transformed. Therefore, it is needed to make the wrinkled members unwrinkled.

According to the Korean utility model registration gazette No. 20-0366159, since the conventional auxiliary member is made of polystyrene form, it is possible to overcome the problems of the paper member.

However, since both ends of the auxiliary member are protruded from both ends of the clothes hanger to the outside, when clothes are hung at the clothes hanger along with the upper clothes, the wrinkles may be generated at a shoulder portion of the upper clothes due to the protruded portions.

In addition, since the auxiliary member is designed in such a way that clothes is hung at a horizontal member of the disposable clothes hanger, the auxiliary member may be easily escaped from the horizontal member.

According to the Korean utility model application No. 1993-7574, it is possible to overcome the problems of the paper board by engaging a separate trousers hanger at a disposable clothes hanger.

However, since the trousers hanger is engaged at only the horizontal hanger of the disposable clothes hanger, it may easily rotate about the horizontal member.

When the trousers are hung at the auxiliary member or when the auxiliary is slanted at one side since the weight of the trousers is unbalanced in a state that the trousers are hung, the auxiliary member is rotated from the horizontal member of the disposable clothes hanger, so that the trousers may be slip down.

The body frame is designed so that both ends of the same are extended up to the connection portion between the shoulder member and the horizontal member of the disposable clothes hanger and has a certain length so that it is not protruded to from the both ends of the disposable clothes hanger to the outside.

The outer surfaces of both ends of the body frame is provided with a slant surface which is getting slanted in the lower direction.

The slant surface is rounded.

An interior of the body frame is provided with an escape prevention shoulder for prevention the horizontal member of the disposable clothes hanger from being escaped.

A plurality of sliding prevention grooves are formed along a longitudinal direction of the mounting part at an outer surface of the mounting part.

The sliding prevention groove has a cross section selected among a semicircular shape, an elliptical shape and other shapes.

The auxiliary hanger for a disposable clothes hanger (hereinafter referred to “auxiliary hanger”) according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 through 5.

As shown in FIG. 1, the auxiliary hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body frame 100, and a mounting part 200. The construction of the auxiliary hanger will be described in detail.

A disposable clothes hanger 10 is a disposable standard type clothes hanger, which has been generally used at a laundry and comprises a ring part 11, a shoulder member 12 for supporting an upper clothes (for example, shirts or Y-shaped shirts) and a horizontal member 13 for supporting trousers (for example, trousers, etc).

The body frame 100 corresponds to a body of an auxiliary hanger. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the body frame 100 surrounds the horizontal member 13 among the disposable clothes hanger 10, and both ends of the same surround the connection part between the shoulder member 12 of the disposable clothes hanger 10 and the horizontal member 13.

A mounting groove 110 is formed at an upper surface of both ends of the body frame 100, so that it surrounds the connection part between the shoulder member 12 of the disposable clothes hanger 10 and the horizontal member 13. The depth of the mounting groove 110 is determined with the thickness of the rib of the disposable clothes hanger 10. The depth of the mounting groove 110 may be deeper than the thickness of the rib of the disposable clothes hanger so that the process for engaging the body frame 100 at the horizontal member 13 is efficiently performed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the body frame 100 is formed of an empty tube with a lower side being open, and is preferably made of polyethylene material having certain strength so that it is not bent when clothes are hung.

Here, when viewing the cross section of the body frame 100, the front and rear sides are formed of planes (the surface formed at the right side and, the surface formed at the left side as shown in FIG. 4). With the above constructions, the mounting part 200 engaged at the body frame 100 does not rotate when it is engaged at the body frame 100.

As shown in FIG. 4, the body frame 100 is formed in such a manner that the heights H of the front and rear surfaces are higher than the width W of the upper surface. So, it is possible to prevent the bending transformation when the body frame 100 is provided with the weight of the clothes for a long time.

As shown in FIG. 3, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the body frame 100 is provided with a certain length so that it does not protrude from both sides (connection part between the shoulder member and the horizontal member) of the disposable clothes hanger.

The above construction is provided for the reasons that when the body frame 100 is made with a length so that it does not protrude from both sides of the disposable clothes hanger 10, the upper clothes cannot be concurrently hung at the disposable clothes hanger 10.

The above construction (in which the body frame 100 does not protrude from both side of the disposable clothes hanger 10) is directed to preventing the wrinkles at the shoulder part of the upper clothes owing to the protruded portions.

Both ends of the body frame 100 are provided with length so that it extends to the connection part between the shoulder member 12 and the horizontal member 13 of the disposable clothes hanger 10, so that the connection part between the shoulder member 12 and the horizontal member 13 in the mounting groove 110 formed at, the upper surfaces of the both ends are stably surrounded, and the rotation of the body frame 100 is prevented.

A slant surface 120 is formed at an outer surface of the both ends of the body frame 100, with the slant surface being slanted inwardly in the direction of the lower side.

The slant surface 120 is designed to prevent wrinkles at most when the shoulder parts of the upper clothes supported by the disposable clothes hanger 10 are sunk and caught by the both ends of the body frame 100.

In particular, the slant surface 120 is rounded, so that it is possible to prevent wrinkles of the upper clothes at most.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, an escape prevention shoulder 130 is further formed along the wall sides of the front and back surfaces in the interior of the body frame 100. Here, the escape prevention shoulder 130 is designed so as to prevent the escape in a state that the horizontal member 13 of the disposable clothes hanger 10 is engaged in the body frame 100.

The mounting part 200 will be described.

The mounting part 200 is a portion on which the folded portions of the trousers 20 caught by means of the disposable clothes hanger 10 is placed, for thereby preventing the wrinkles of a corresponding portion.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mounting part 200 allows the upper side of the body frame 100 to be surrounded and fixed and is made of a certain material by which compression transformation owing to the weight of the clothes is prevented. When the trousers 20 is caught by the mounting part 200, the area for supporting the trousers 20 owing to the compression transformation is widened, so that the wrinkles of the trousers 20 are prevented at most.

The mounting part 200 may be made of compressed Styrofoam or compressed sponge.

The outer surface of the mounting part 200 is further provided with a plurality of sliding prevention grooves 210.

At this time, the sliding prevention groove 210 is longitudinally formed along the mounting part 200, the cross section of the same being selected among a semicircular shape, an elliptical shape or other shapes.

When the mounting part 200 is transformed by means of the weight of the clothes, the corners 211 of the sliding prevention groove 210 play a role of the engaging shoulder as shown in FIG. 5, so that the sliding down of the trousers 20 can be effectively prevented.

The operation of the auxiliary prevention member according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 through 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, an auxiliary hanger is engaged at the disposable clothes hanger 10.

The opening of the lower side of the body frame 100 is matched with the upper side of the horizontal member 13 belonging to the disposable clothes hanger 10 and is engaged with the same.

In this case, the horizontal member 13 is inputted into the interior of the body frame 100 of the disposable clothes hanger 10, and the connection part between the horizontal member 13 and the shoulder member 12 is inputted into the mounting groove 110 formed at both ends of the body frame 100. The above construction is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

The horizontal member 13 is inputted to place at the inner side of the escape prevention shoulder 140 formed at the inner wall of the body frame 100 for thereby preventing escape as shown in FIG. 4.

In this state, the trousers 20 are folded in half at the disposable clothes hanger 10 and are hung at the mounting part.

The mounting part 200 is compressed and transformed by the weight of the trousers 20, and each sliding prevention groove 210 formed at the mounting part 200 is transformed so that the corners 211 are inwardly inserted along with the transformation of the mounting part 200. Even when the trousers 20 are slid in one direction (in clockwise direction or counterclockwise direction), it is caught by means of each corner 211 of the sliding prevention groove 210, so that sliding down is prevented as shown in FIG. 5.

Even when trousers slid down, since the mounting groove 110 of the body frame 100 surrounds the connection portion between the shoulder member 12 and the horizontal member 13 of the disposable clothes hanger 10, the rotation of the body frame 100 is prevented, and the sliding down of the trousers is prevented as well.

In a state that the trousers 20 are caught by the mounting part 200, even when the upper clothes are hung at the disposable clothes hanger 10, both ends of the body frame 100 do not protrude from the both ends of the disposable clothes hanger 10, the engagement by the both ends of the body frame 100 is prevented, so that wrinkles do not occur.

Since the rounded slant surface 12 is formed at both ends of the body frame 100 with the slant surface being inwardly slanted in the lower direction, any interference with the shoulder of the upper clothes does not occur for thereby preventing wrinkles at a corresponding portion.

The construction of the auxiliary hanger for a disposable clothes hanger according to the present invention is not limited thereto.

When viewing the cross section of the body frame 100, it may be a circular shape, an elliptical or other polygonal shapes.
