Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to shoes, and particularly to a telescopic assembly of a shoe, wherein the present invention is suitable of different sizes of the shoes and legs of the users. It is unnecessary to make different modes for suiting the size of the users.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Skiing shoes are widely used in skiing, which can be assembled with skiing knives, or skiing plates. In one prior art about the skiing shoe, the shoe case is assembled to a skiing knife or skiing plate, but the size of the shoe is fixed so that the user must take time to select a desired one, even no suitable one is selected. As a result, due to the unsuitable size of the shoe, the user's leg will hurt or feel uncomfortable.

Thus, there is an eager demand for a novel design which makes the size of the shoe is adjustable easily so as to overcome the defect in the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic assembly of a shoe, wherein engagement of the teeth bank of the sliding block and the teeth of the detachable unit causes the shoe is adjustable at different stages. The head is locked to the sole so as to adjust the size of the telescopic assembly of the present invention. Thereby the present invention is suitable of different sizes of the shoes and legs of the users. It is unnecessary to make different modes for suiting the size of the users.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a telescopic assembly of a shoe comprising: a sole having a sliding groove at an upper side thereof and an opened groove at one side of the sliding groove; the opened groove being communicated to the sliding groove and being opened at one side of the sole; a head; a lower side of the head being formed with a sliding block; a teeth bank being formed on the sliding block; the sliding block being engageable to the sliding groove of the sole; the sliding block having a teeth bank; and a detachable unit being made of soft and elastic material; one side of the detachable unit being formed with teeth; another end of the detachable unit being formed with a movable unit having a form like a fork. By changing engagement of teeth bank of the sliding block and the teeth of the head, a relative position of the head to the sole is changeable so as to adjust a size of the telescopic assembly.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is another exploded perspective view of the present invention.

FIGS. 3 to 5 are schematic views showing the adjustment of the head with respect to the sole according to the present invention.

FIG. 6 shows one application of the present invention, in that the present invention is assembly to a skiing plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the telescopic assembly 1 of a shoe of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A sole 10 has a sliding groove 11 at an upper side thereof and an opened groove 12 at one side of the sliding groove 11. The opened groove 12 is communicated to the sliding groove 11 and is opened at one side of the sole 10. One side of the opened groove 12 is formed with a recess 121. Three threaded holes 13 are arranged on the upper side of the sole 10 and are around the sliding groove 11.

A head 20 has three adjusting holes 21 positioned corresponding to the threaded holes 13 of the sole 10. A lower side of the head 20 is formed with a sliding block 22. A teeth bank 221 is formed on the sliding block 22. The sliding block 22 is engageable to the sliding groove 11 of the sole 10.

A detachable unit 30 is made of soft and elastic material. One side of the detachable unit 30 is formed with four teeth 31. Another end of the detachable unit 30 is formed with a movable unit 32 having a form like a fork. A limiting unit 33 is formed in the detachable unit 30. The limiting unit 33 is formed by an elastic unit 331 and a ball 332 which resists against the elastic unit 331. The ball 332 exposes out from the detachable unit 30.

In assembly, the detachable unit 30 is placed into the opened groove 12 of the sole 10 to cause the movable unit 32 of the detachable unit 30 exposed out from the opened groove 12. The teeth 31 of the detachable unit 30 is positioned at the connection of the sliding groove 11 and the sliding groove 11 and is flushed to one side of the sliding groove 11. The sliding block 22 is engaged to the sliding groove 11 of the sole 10. The adjusting holes 21 of the head 20 are aligned to the threaded holes 13 of the sole 10. The teeth 31 of the detachable unit 30 are engaged with the teeth bank 221 of the sliding block 22. The ball 332 of the limiting unit 33 of the detachable unit 30 will be received in the recess 121 of the opened groove 12. Furthermore because the space of the opened groove 12 is grated than the volume of the detachable unit 30, the detachable unit 30 is movable in the opened groove 12. The outer sides of the detachable unit 30 resist against the wall of the opened groove 12 so that the detachable unit 30 is positioned in the opened groove 12 without falling out of the sole 10.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, the effect of the present invention will be described herein. When the assembly is complete, the teeth 31 of the detachable unit 30 is engaged to the teeth bank 221 of the sliding block 22 of the head 20 so that the head 20 is locked to the sole 10.

When it is desired to adjust the size of the telescopic assembly 1 of a shoe, the movable unit 32 is moved so that the limiting unit 33 retracts from the recess 121 of the opened groove 12 and the detachable unit 30 can freely move in the opened groove 12. Then the detachable unit 30 is pulled backwards slightly so that the teeth 31 retracts from the teeth bank 221. Thus the sole 10 is disengaged from the head 20. Because the teeth bank 221 of the sliding block 22 is adjusted with respect to the teeth of the detachable unit 30 at different stages. The head 20 is slideable in the sliding groove 11 of the sole 10 to adjust the position of the head 20 with respect to the sole 10. Then the teeth bank 221 is engaged to the teeth 31 of the detachable unit 30 at different position. The limiting unit 33 is re-embedded into the recess 121 of the opened groove 12 for locking the head 20 to the sole 10.

Referring to FIG. 6, screws passes through the adjusting holes 21 and threaded holes 13 so as to lock the sole 10 to the head 20. The present invention can be used to different kinds of shoes, such as skiing shoes, skiing plates, skating shoes, and skiing plates, etc. The adjusting holes 21 are long holes for suiting the positions of the head 20 and the sole 10.

Therefore, in the present invention, the sliding block 22 and sliding groove 11 have the effect of enhancing the structure of the telescopic assembly of a shoe of the present invention. The engagement of the teeth bank 221 of the sliding block 22 and the teeth 31 of the detachable unit 30 at different stages. The head 20 is locked to the sole 10 so as to adjust the size of the telescopic assembly 1 of the present invention. Thereby the present invention is suitable of different sizes of the shoes and legs of the users. It is unnecessary to make different modes for suiting the size of the users.

Furthermore it should understand that the numbers of the adjusting holes 21 and threaded holes 13 are adjustable and are not used to limit the scope of the present invention.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
