Structure of a make-up container

A make-up container includes a containing body, a soft application device, a rigid reinforcement element for the soft application device, and a cap; the containing body has an opening, and the reinforcement element is positioned on the opening of the containing body; the application device surrounds and covers an annular portion of the reinforcement element at a base portion thereof therefore the base portion of the application device can't change shape easily even if it is subjected to pressure; the application device and the containing body are joined together so as to be inseparable; the application device has a through hole on one end thereof, which communicates with an inside of the containing body; the cap serves to cover the application device.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to make-up container, with a soft application device, and a reinforcement element ininin the soft application device to be closed with a cap.

2. Brief Description of the Prior Art

Things such as foods and make-ups can be prevented from decaying rapidly, and won't be contaminated by a wide variety of pollutions when they are stored in proper containers. Thus, various kinds of containers are necessities of life, providing much convenience to people.

A make-up container is used for packing viscous liquid substance, which includes a hollow containing body, and an application device on the head of the containing body, which is made of a soft material so as to feel comfortable when touching people's skins. Both the cap and the application device have threads; thus, the cap can be threadedly engaged with the application device so as to close the application device and seal the containing body.

After a liquid content is held in the above container, it can be easily extruded because the containing body is squeezable. And, the liquid content can be applied to a person's skin smoothly by means of the application device. As the application is soft, the cap can't be tight on the application device, and is prone to fall off accidentally. And, the liquid make-up will flow out of the container to cause waste and stain outer package.

Therefore, it is a main object of the invention to provide an improvement on a make-up container to overcome the above problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A make-up container according to an embodiment of the invention includes an application device to apply liquid make-up contents, e.g. paste and cream, and emulsion, of the container evenly to the skin.

The application device is made of soft plastic materials therefore it won't scratch the skin when rubbing on the skin to apply the make-up.

The make-up container of the present invention further includes a reinforcement element, which is surrounded and covered with a base portion of the application device. The soft application device, the reinforcement element, and the containing body are welded together to become an inseparable part by means of injection molding or compression molding process; thus, the liquid contents won't leak out after the cap is put on the application device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Shown in FIG. 1 is an improvement on a make-up container structure of the present invention, which is structured so as to be suitable for use with liquid make-up, and includes a containing body 1, an application device 2, and a cap 3.

The containing body 1 is hollow, and is provided for receiving liquid (paste, cream or emulsion) make-up. Further, the containing body 1 has an opening 11.

Referring to FIG. 2 as well, the application device 2 is made of soft plastics, and has one end, which has a through hole 21 thereon. The soft application device 2 is strengthened with a reinforcement element 4, which is made of rigid plastics. The reinforcement element 4 is positioned on the opening 11 of the containing body 1. The soft application device 2 is positioned over the reinforcement element 4 so that a base portion of the application device 2 surrounds and covers an annular portion of the reinforcement element 4, and the inside of the containing body 1 communicates with the through hole 21. The soft application device 2, the reinforcement element 4, and the containing body 1 are secured together to become an inseparable part by means of injection molding or compression molding process. The application device 2 further has a slanted tip 22, on which the through hole 21 is formed; thus, the application device 2 can be closely in touch with the skin of a person by the slanted tip 22 thereof. Furthermore, the reinforcement element 4 has a connecting rim on a base portion thereof, and the application device is tight on the connecting rim.

Shown in FIG. 4 is a make-up container of the present invention with another application device; the application device has a dome-shaped head 23, on which a through hole 21 is formed. Shown in FIG. 5 is a make-up container of the present invention with another application device; the application device has a spatula-shaped head 24, and on which a through hole 21 is provided.

Referring to FIG. 3, the cap 3 is used to cover the application device 2. The cap 3 has a post-shaped portion 31 for prevention of leakage, which will be inserted in the through hole 21 of the application device 2 when the cap 3 is put on the application device 2.

Therefore, after the cap 3 is removed from the application device 2, the make-up content of the containing body 1 can be extruded through the through hole 21 of the application device 2 by means of squeezing the containing body 1. And, the user is allowed to apply soft application device 2 on skin so as to apply the make-up to the skin evenly; because the application device 2 is soft, to provide the comfortable soft touch when the contained make-up is being applied to the skin.

After the user finishes applying the make-up, the cap 3 is screwed on the application device 2; The application device 2 allows the cap 3 to be tightly and securely joined thereto, and the liquid make-up content is closed and cannot flow out from the container unexpectedly.

Shown in FIG. 6 is a make-up container of the present invention with another application device 2; the application device 2 has a slanted tip 22, a through hole 21 on the slanted tip 22, and several massaging protrusions 25 on the slanted tip 22.

From the above description, it can be seen that the make-up container of the present invention has the following advantages:

1. The application device of the make-up container is made of soft material, yet it has the reinforcement element on the inner side of the base portion thereof. Therefore, the cap can be tightly and securely joined to the application device without possibility of overrun.

2. The structure of the make-up container includes the additional reinforcement element to allow the cap to be tight on the application device, yet it is still very simple. Therefore, the make-up container is convenient to use, and easy and inexpensive to manufacture.

3. The application device of the make-up container of the invention has several styles thereon to help to spread liquid make-up on the skin as user friendly designs.

Claims

1. An improvement on a structure of a make-up container, comprising

a containing body, the containing body being hollow; the containing body having an opening;
a reinforcement element positioned on the opening of the containing body;
an application device, the application device surrounding and covering an annular portion of the reinforcement element at a base portion thereof; the application device and the containing body being welded together; the application device having a through hole on one end thereof; the through hole of the application device communicating with an inside of the containing body; and
a cap to cover the application device.

2. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said end of the application device has a slanted tip.

3. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said end of the application device has a plurality of massaging protrusions thereon.

4. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said end of the application device has a dome-shaped head.

5. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said end of the application device has a spatula-shaped head.

6. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cap has a pintel being inserted in the through hole of the application device when the cap is put on the application device.

7. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcement element has a connecting rim on a base portion thereof; the application device being tight on the connecting rim.

8. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcement element is a rigid plastic part.

9. The improvement on a make-up container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the application device is a soft material part.
