HAVERSACK WITH SAFETY CONSTRUCTION
Disclosed is a haversack with safety guard having an insertion slot with a downwardly faced opening. A saddle with a central tunnel is provided right above the opening by sewn to the surface of the insertion slot. The haversack is provided with a carrying belt which being fastened its one end to an upper portion of the haversack by sewing, while the other end thereof is free to pass through the saddle with a hard insertion tip. A rope is connected to the terminal of the insertion tip. With this structure, after being tunneled through the saddle, the insertion tip is folded back to tuck into the insertion slot from its opening thereby completing a tight and reliable connection between the carrying belt and the haversack. Separation of the carrying belt from the haversack can be easily carried out by pulling the rope.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bag, and more particularly, to a bag equipped with a safely guarded carrying belt which can be easily fastened and conveniently eradicated.

The conventional haversack 1 which has the carrying belt 11 to hook on the metal ring 13 with its metal hook 12 is indeed convenient to handle as its carrying belt 11 is easy to detach and put aside such that the haversack 1 is immediately changed into a handbag. However, the metal hook 12 and ring 13 are precious and rusty that not only increases the haversack cost, but also affects its appearance with the rusty metal parts. Besides, using the metal hook 12 and metal ring 13 to adjust the length of the carrying belt 11 can not be done in a short time.
In order to rectify these noticeable defects on the prior art, the inventor has dedicated great efforts for years to studying and improving these defects and finally come up with the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccordingly, it is the main object of the present invention to provide a haversack with safety guard having an insertion slot formed at each of the two sides thereof, and the opening of the insertion slot is provided at the bottom end thereof. A carrying belt is attached to the upper portion of the haversack with a hard insertion tip provided at the end thereof facing to the insertion slot such that the insertion tip can be folded back and inserted into the insertion slot thereby engaging the carrying belt with the haversack. The length of the carrying belt is adjusted by varying the length of the insertion tip to be inserted. The adjustment is so easy without the need of the extra adjusting device resulting greatly saving the production cost of the haversack.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a haversack with safety guard with several transverse saddles provided on the outer surface of the insertion slot. The saddles are not wholly sewn to the surface of the insertion slot but left a central tunnel so as to let through the insertion tip and then turn around and tuck into the insertion slot thereby resulting in snap but reliable and secure engagement between the carrying belt and the haversack without the fear of loosening.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a haversack with safety guard having a soft rope connected to the end of the insertion tip such that when the insertion tip enters the insertion slot, part of the rope goes into the insertion slot along with the insertion tip but rest of the rope remains outside. This facilitates separation of the carrying belt from the haversack by pulling the rope outside.
It is one more object of the present invention to provide a haversack with safety guard to have a multiple usage serving as a haversack, handbag, rucksack, girdle or the like.
It is still one more object of the present invention to provide a haversack with safety guard when it is used as a girdle, it can be taken off from the user's body easily without releasing the carrying belt.
The above objects and other advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings below.

When assembling, the insertion tips 71 and 81 of the hangers 7 and 8 are tucked into the insertion slot 53 with a length at least passing through the saddle 63 located right above the opening of the insertion slot 53, and then the insertion tips 71, 81 are folded back and tucked into the insertion slot 53 from its opening, then the saddle 63 and the opening of the insertion slot 52 are superposed by pulling up the upper ends of the hangers 7, 8. Such that the insertion tips 71, 81 are tightly confined in the insertion slot 53. Similarly, tightness of the insertion tips 71, 81 is proportional to the load weight of girdle 5. The heavier the girdle 5 is, the tighter and safer the insertion tips 71, 81 will be without the worry of loosening. In case the hangers 7, 8 are to be taken off and put aside, the only thing to do is to pull the ropes 73, 83 emerging outside so as to pull out the insertion tips 71, 81 together with the ropes 73, 83 thereby attaining the effect of rapid assembling and detaching.

Claims
1. A haversack with safety construction comprising a carrying belt fastened to the upper portion thereof, a pad provided at one side of said haversack forming an insertion slot between said pad and the main body of said haversack;
- Wherein said insertion slot has a downwardly faced opening, at least one saddle is provided on the surface of said insertion slot, and a tunnel is formed between said saddle and said insertion slot; said carrying belt has at least one free end to pass through said tunnel formed in said saddle and then fold back to tuck into said insertion slot thereby connecting said carrying belt with said haversack.
2. The haversack as in claim 1, wherein the number of said saddles is variable according to the size of said pad, and are separately formed with a partition one another.
3. The haversack as in claim 1, wherein one of said saddles is located right above the opening of said insertion slot.
4. The haversack as in claim 1, wherein an insertion tip of predetermined hardness is formed at the free end of said carrying belt using a hard material.
5. The haversack as in claim 1, wherein a rope is connected to the terminal of the free end of said carrying belt.
6. The haversack as in claim 1, wherein when said haversack is used to serve as a girdle, said pad, said saddle and said insertion slot are provided at the rear surface of said girdle, and a hanger is further provided there to pass through said saddle and then cambered to tuck into said insertion slot.
