LIQUID LIFTING ASSEMBLY FOR SUCKING LIQUID TO HIGHER PLACE

A liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place, comprises a suction portion having a body, check valves, a suction head, and a pressure tank; the body being formed by a plurality of tubes; a pressure end, a suction end and a releasing end being extended from the body; the suction end and the releasing end are installed with check valves; the pressure end of the body being communicated to a pressure tank; the pressure tank being a hollow tank with air therein; a first check valve being installed between the releasing end and the body; the suction end being connected to a suction head through a second check valve. In use, the suction device sucks the liquid to the body; and the liquid in the pressure tank will give a pressure to push the liquid to flow through the check valve to the releasing end.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to power devices, and particularly to a liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place, wherein the pressure tanks are arranged in several different stages. As liquid is filled into the pressure tank, the pressure tank will provide power to lift liquid to a higher place.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In one prior art suction device for sucking water from a lower place to a higher place, a water control device is connected to a motor. A casing, a front seat and a rear seat are formed as a tight enclosing space by using water as sealing units. An internal of the casing has a receiving space. An axial hole is at a center of the rear seat for receiving a spindle of a motor. The front seat is installed with a water input tube and a water output tube. A base is at the receiving space of the casing. A center thereof has a round hole. An interior is a water receiving chamber. A reduced portion of the receiving chamber is formed with inlets and outlets corresponding to the water input tubes and water outlet tubes. A rotary body is made of rubber and is a rotary wheel with a plurality of rotating wheels. A center thereof has an axial hole corresponding to the spindle of the motor for pivotally installing the spindle of the motor so that it can be driven to rotate. Moreover, it is received in the base and thus is pressed by the base so that each gear will divide the water receiving chamber as different spaces.

However the above mentioned structure needs a great power and an expensive motor. Thus it is not practical in use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place, wherein the pressure tanks are arranged in several different stages. As liquid is filled into the pressure tank, the pressure tank will provide power to lift liquid to a higher place.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place, comprising: a suction portion having a body, check valves, a suction head, and a pressure tank; the body being formed by a plurality of tubes which are connected by stub tubes; a pressure end, a suction end and a releasing end being extended from the body; the suction end and the releasing end are installed with check valves; the pressure end of the body being communicated to a pressure tank; the pressure tank being a hollow tank with air therein; a first check valve being installed between the releasing end and the body; the suction end being connected to a suction head through a second check valve. In use, the suction head is placed in the liquid; the suction device sucks the liquid to the body; when the liquid flows into the pressure tank, the air pressure in the pressure tank will increase to a saturation value; if liquid is further sucked into the body, the liquid in the pressure tank will give a pressure to push the liquid to flow through the check valve to the releasing end.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the structure 1 of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.

A suction portion 11 has a body 111, a check valve 5, a suction head 115, and a pressure tank 4. The body 111 is formed by a plurality of tubes 2 which are connected by stub tubes 3. A pressure end 112, a suction end 114 and a releasing end 113 are extended from the body 111. The suction end 114 and the releasing end 113 are installed with check valves 5.

The check valves allow liquid to flow uni-directionally. This is known in the prior art and thus the detail will not be further described herein.

The pressure end 112 of the body 111 is communicated to a pressure tank 4. The pressure tank 4 is a hollow tank with air therein.

A check valve 5 is installed between the releasing end 113 and the body 111. The suction end 114 is connected to a suction head 115 through a check valve 5. The suction head 115 is a trumpet structure with a great outer end. A suction device 6 is installed in the suction head 115.

In use, the suction head 115 is placed in the liquid. The suction device 6 sucks the liquid to the body 111. When the liquid flows into the pressure tank 4, the air pressure in the pressure tank 4 will increase to a saturation value. If liquid is further sucked into the body 111, the liquid in the pressure tank 4 will give a pressure to push the liquid to flow through the check valve 5 to the releasing end 113. Referring to FIG. 7, the releasing end 113 is further connected to an extension portion 12 with a distance of 7 to 12 meters between the body 111 and the extension portion 12. The extension portion 12 is installed with a check valve 5. One end of the extension portion 12 is connected to the body 111 and another end of the extension portion 12 is connected to a further pressure tank 4 by using a stub tube 3 (three opening tube). A branch tube 121 is extended from the extension portion 12. Two ends of the branch tube 121 are communicated to the extension portion 12. The branch tube 121 has an approximate U shape. A switch 122 is installed in the branch tube 121 so that the branch tube 121 can be used as a standby tube by controlling the opening and closing of the branch tube 121. Normally, the switch 122 is closed so as not to affect the flow in the extension portion 12. As needed, the switch 122 can be opened so that the flow can flow through the branch tube 121.

As discussed above, liquid flows through the check valve 5 and then flows through the extension portion 12. Some liquid is filled into the pressure tank 4 so as to increase the air pressure in the pressure tank 4. As the air pressure in the pressure tank 4 achieves to a saturation value. The pressure in the pressure tank 4 will be helpful to push the liquid flowing through the check valve 5 to a higher place.

Referring to FIG. 3, it illustrates the application of the present invention with the body 111 being sunk into liquid.

Referring to FIG. 4, it illustrated that use of the extension portion 12 of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5, it is illustrated that the application of the present invention with the body 111 and the extension portion 12 being used at the same time. A body 111 is connected with a plurality of extension portions 12 which are connected in series. The distance between the body 111 and the extension portion 12 or between two extension portions 12 are from 7 meters to 10 meters. The arrangement is equipped in a mountain from a lower place to a higher place. Water is sucked from the lower place to the higher place step by step. Thus by the arrangement of the present invention, liquid can be transferred through a long distance. No high power suction device is used.

However in the present invention, the position of the suction device 6 can be installed at other position. All these are within the scope of the present invention.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place, comprising:

a suction portion having a body, check valves, a suction head, and a pressure tank; the body being formed by a plurality of tubes which are connected by stub tubes; a pressure end, a suction end and a releasing end being extended from the body; the suction end and the releasing end are installed with check valves;
the pressure end of the body being communicated to a pressure tank; the pressure tank being a hollow tank with air therein;
a first check valve being installed between the releasing end and the body; the suction end being connected to a suction head through a second check valve; and
a suction device being installed in the suction head;
wherein in use, the suction head is placed in liquid; the suction device sucks the liquid to the body; when the liquid flows into the pressure tank, the air pressure in the pressure tank will increase to a saturation value; if liquid is further sucked into the body, the liquid in the pressure tank will give a pressure to push the liquid to flow through the check valve to the releasing end.

2. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suction head is a trumpet structure with a great outer end.

3. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 1, wherein a suction device is installed in the suction head.

The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: an extension portion; the releasing end is further connected to an extension portion; the extension portion is installed with a check valve; one end of the extension portion is connected to the body and another end of the extension portion is connected to a further pressure tank by using a stub tube.

5. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 4, wherein a branch tube is extended from the extension portion; two ends of the branch tube are communicated to the extension portion.

The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 5, wherein the branch tube has an approximate U shape; and a switch is installed in the branch tube so that the branch tube can be used as a standby tube by controlling opening and closing operations of the branch tube.

7. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 4, wherein the releasing end is connected to the extension portion with a distance of 7 to 12 meters between the body and the extension portion.

8. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extension portion is further connected to another extension portion.

9. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place; comprising: an extension portion; the extension portion is installed with a check valve; one end of the extension portion is connected to the body and another end of the extension portion is connected to a pressure tank by using a stub tube.

10. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 9, wherein a branch tube is extended from the extension portion; two ends of the branch tube are communicated to the extension portion.

11. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 10, wherein the branch tube has an approximate U shape; and a switch is installed in the branch tube so that the branch tube can be used as a standby tube by controlling opening and closing operations of the branch tube.

12. The liquid lifting assembly for sucking liquid to a higher place as claimed in claim 9, wherein the extension portion is further connected to another extension portion.
