Environmental protection paper pulp packaging

The present invention provides an environmental protection paper pulp packaging which comprises an inner bump proof body and an outer bump proof body, where the inner and outer bump proof bodies have an outwards opening recess each and the brim of the wall thereof forms a horizontal outwards stiff lip; when in use, the inner bump proof body is first placed in the recess of the outer bump proof body, followed by binding closely the lip of the inner body to the lip of the outer body to form a packaging, and then placing the article to be packaged into the recess of the inner body for having better cushioning against bumping.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to an environmental protection paper pulp packaging, and relates more particularly to a paper pulp packaging that features environmental protection and properties against bumping.

2. Description of the Prior Art

In general, some more precious goods, for instance: notebook computers, liquid crystal displays (LCD) and the like are furnished with a pair of cushioning packaging 10 along the unoccupied space of two sides, for the prevention of damage by bumping itself against something hard when carrying. As in FIG. 1, a conventional packaging 10 is provided with a recess 11 (shown in FIG. 2) for accommodating an article. When the prior art is in use, first to insert a side of the packaged article 20 into the recess 11 of the packaging 10, followed by inserting the other side of the packaged article 20 into the other packaging 10, and then to put it all into an external package 30; Conventional types of anti-bumping packaging 10 are made of foam substances (for example: polystyrene, PS), which is laborious in dealing with once they are dumped, and that means it fails to conform to the requirements of environmental protection. Paper pulp packaging elements have been progressively boosted recently, but ordinary types of the paper pulp packaging nowadays are of mono-layer, where their thickness is much less than that of the foam substances; therefore, the properties against colliding and bumping are somewhat disappointing, and it does have a considerable room to make further improvement and creation.

Accordingly, the inventor recognized the foregoing described drawbacks and has devoted himself to the further improvement and innovation that eventually brings us this valuable invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide an environmental protection paper pulp packaging which enables the environmental protection and an enhancement in strength against bumping.

The present invention structurally is made up of an inner bump proof body (inner body) and an outer bump proof body (outer body) where the inner and outer bodies possess an outwards opening recess each, and the brim of the wall of each recess forms a horizontal outwards stiff lip; when the invention is in use, the inner body is placed in the recess of the outer body first, followed by having the two lips of the inner and outer bodies adhered closely to each other to form a packaging element. Then, insert the article to be packaged into the recess of the inner body for accommodation.

In the foregoing structure, the inner bump proof body has protrusions on its wall.

In the foregoing structure, the outer bump proof body has protrusions on its wall.

In the foregoing structure, a better accommodation results from incompletely tight bond between the walls of the inner and the outer bodies.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram showing the assembly of a conventional packaging and the packaged article;

FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional view of packaging of conventional foam substance;

FIG. 3 is a three-dimensional exploded view showing the example of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a three-dimensional assembled view showing the example of the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram showing the assembly of the example of the present invention and packaged article.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

To achieve the foregoing objective of the present invention, the adopted techniques and the achievable goals are detailed described with reference to the following preferred embodiment and the accompanying drawings, which will facilitate a fully understand of the present invention by the honorable Examiner.

Please referring to FIG. 3, the overall example of the present invention is a paper pulp packaging 4, which structurally is made up of an inner bump proof body 40 and an outer bump proof body 50, where the inner and outer bodies 40, 50 are paper pulp molds which form an interior recess 401, 501 respectively, and each brim of the wall of the recess forms a horizontal outwards stiff lip 41, 51; both sides of the walls of the inner and outer bodies 40, 50 have a plurality of protrusions 42, 52 as required respectively, capable of augmenting the strength of the bodies 40, 50; the protrusions 42, 52 are not necessarily arranged with symmetry, and the physical structure of the protrusions on the walls of the inner and outer bodies 40, 50 are subject to the shape of the packaged article 20. Also, the two structures of the inner and outer bodies are not completely same. In principle, the inner bump proof body 40 is devised to accommodate a side of the packaged article 20 exactly while the outer bump proof body 40 is for accommodating the inner bump proof body 40 in an incomplete tight bond.

When the invention is in use, the inner bump proof body 40 is placed in the recess 501 of the outer bump proof body 50, followed by binding the horizontal outwards stiff lip 41 of the inner bump proof body 40 tightly to the horizontal outwards stiff lip 51 of the outer bump proof body 50, which enables the inner and outer bodies 40, 50 together to form a packaging (shown in FIG. 4); that is to insert a side of the packaged article 20 right into the recess 401 of the inner bump proof body 40 (one packaging 4 for each of the two sides) and then put it all into an external package 30 (shown in FIG. 5), or just pack the packaging 4 directly over it at both sides.

Since the paper pulp packaging 4 of the present invention is molded by paper substances, it is characterized as conforming to environmental protection (packaging waste is handled easily). While using in packaging an article, the present invention has at least two bump proof layers: an inner and an outer bump proof bodies 40, 50 where an incompletely tight bond between the two bump proof bodies 40, 50 generates a gap which can substantially boost the overall strength against bumping, and apparently superior to the prior art packaging.

In general, the disclosed embodiment of the present invention has been verified to be new with respect to the prior art, which can surely achieve expected objective and function, sufficient to be construed as novelty and non-obvious which means it conforms the requirements for a utility patent; therefore by statute an application for the patent is accordingly to be filed.
