ALL-IN-ONE GOLF BELT

The invention provides an all-in-one golf belt for attaching objects. In an embodiment, the all-in-all golf belt includes: a flat strip having inner and outer surfaces, which is configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer's body; fasteners provided on the outer surface of the flat strip, one or more of the fasteners being configured to engage at least one of the objects; and holding portions provided in each of the objects, each of the holding portions being configured to hold a portion of at least one of the fasteners. The holding portions of the objects are configured to hold the at least one of the fasteners with force of a predetermined magnitude. The fasteners may include hook-and-loop fasteners and magnets. The objects may be a glove, a ball marker, a ball mark repair tool, and a golf ball pouch.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an all-in-one golf belt. More particularly, this invention relates to a belt, to which small items can be attached and thus well organized around a person, and which can be worn and used by a golfer.

Golf is a popular sport. A person enjoying a sport usually needs a lot of tools or devices. Some of the tools or devices are indispensable things such as balls in a ball game, and others just for facilitating the play and fun, and sometimes for good maintenance of the tools or environments. Especially in gold, a golfer needs many helping tools, some of which are small items. A regular golfer, for instance, carries a ball marker, ball mark repair tool, tees, extra golf balls, and many others. People say that golf is a tricky game and the play can be affected from almost everything around the ball. Carrying the small items around the games and being tidy can be quite challenging.

Accordingly, a need for a golf belt for organizing small tools and devices for sports has been present for a long time considering the endless demands from the various sports. This invention is directed to solve these problems and satisfy the long-felt need.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention contrives to solve the disadvantages of the prior art.

An objective of the invention is to provide an all-in-one golf belt.

Another object of the invention is to provide an all-in-one golf belt, which is used to attach and organize small items for golfing.

Still another object of the invention is to provide an all-in-one golf belt, which uses hook-and-loop fasteners or magnetism.

An aspect of the invention provides a golf belt for attaching objects, which includes: a flat strip comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the flat strip being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the flat strip touching the golfer; a plurality of fasteners provided on the outer surface of the flat strip, one or more of the plurality of fasteners being configured to hold or engage at least one of the objects; and a plurality of holding portions provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of holding portions being configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of fasteners. The plurality of holding portions of the objects are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of fasteners with force of a predetermined magnitude.

The outer surface of the flat strip may be substantially on a same plane as a surface defined by top surfaces of the plurality of fasteners.

At least one of the plurality of fasteners may be embedded in the flat strip.

One of the objects may be attached to one of the plurality of fasteners. Alternatively, one of the objects may be attached to two or more of the plurality of fasteners.

The plurality of fasteners may be disposed apart from one another by predetermined intervals.

In certain embodiments, one of the plurality of fasteners may include a hook-and-loop fastener. The plurality of holding portions of each of the objects may be provided on outer surface of the each of the objects, and wherein one of the plurality of holding portions comprises a surface comprising a plurality of hooks or a plurality of loops. Alternatively, the plurality of fasteners may be connected to one another so as to comprise a fastener strip which extends substantially the full length of the flat strip covering a substantial portion of the outer surface of the flat strip. The objects may include a glove, a fabric, a pouch configured to store a golf ball, and a receptor configured to hold one or more golf tees.

In another embodiments, one of the plurality of fasteners may include a magnet, and the plurality of holding portion of the objects may include magnets or magnetizing material. The magnet may be studded in the outer surface of the flat strip. The top surface of the magnet may be substantially in an even level with the outer surface of the flat strip. Also, in these embodiments, the objects may include a ball marker, a ball mark repair tool, a pouch configured to store a golf ball, and a receptor configured to hold one or more golf tees.

Another aspect of the invention provides a golf belt for attaching objects, which includes: a belt comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the belt being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the belt touching the golfer; a plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the outer surface of the belt; and a plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners being configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners. The plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners of the objects are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners with force of a predetermined magnitude.

The plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners may be provided along the back portion of the belt when the belt is worn by the golfer such that the objects held on the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners do not interfere the movement of the golfer.

The plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners may be integrated into one strip which extends substantially the full length of the belt.

Still another aspect of the invention provides a golf belt for attaching objects, which includes: a belt comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the belt being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the belt touching the golfer; a plurality of magnetizing studs provided on the outer surface of the belt; and a plurality of magnetizing portions provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of magnetizing portions being configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs. The plurality of magnetizing portions of the objects are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs with force of a predetermined magnitude.

Each of the magnetizing studs may include permanent magnets, and wherein each of the magnetizing portions comprises material having ferromagnetism.

The advantages of the present invention are: (1) the golf belt is conveniently used to organize small items for golfing; (2) Using hook-and-loop mechanism and magnetism, many kinds of items can be attached easily to the belt; and (3) the small items attached to the golf belt do not hinder the golfer's movement or motion.

 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a golf belt 10 worn around a waist by a person 90.

In certain embodiment of the invention, the golf belt 10 may be worn around other portions of a human body or any other things including a golf bag.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show perspective top views of the golf belts 10. The golf belt 10 for attaching objects 91 includes a flat strip 12, a plurality of fasteners 14, 16, and a plurality of holding portions 26 (refer to FIGS. 6 and 7).

The flat strip 12 includes an inner surface 15 and an outer surface 13, and the flat strip 12 is configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer 90 with the inner surface 15 of the flat strip 12 touching the golfer 90. The plurality of fasteners 14, 16 are provided on the outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12. One or more of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16 are configured to hold at least one of the objects 91. The plurality of holding portions 26 are provided in each of the objects 91. Each of the plurality of holding portions 26 are configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16. The plurality of holding portions 26 of the objects 91 are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16 with force of a predetermined magnitude.

The outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12 may be substantially on a same plane as a surface defined by top surfaces of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16.

At least one of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16 may be embedded in the flat strip 12 as shown in FIG. 14. In certain embodiments, the flat strip 12 can be made of fabric, and one of the plurality of fasteners 16 can be contained or embedded in the fabric as shown in the illustrated embodiment.

In still another embodiments, at least one of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16 may be embedded in the flat strip 12 as shown in FIG. 15, in which the fastener 14, 16 can be a part of the flat strip 12, or two parts 81, 82 of the flat strip 12 can be connected by the fastener 14, 16.

One of the objects may be attached to one of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16. Alternatively, one of the objects may be attached to two or more of the plurality of fasteners 14, 16.

The plurality of fasteners 14, 16 may be disposed apart from one another by predetermined intervals.

In certain embodiments shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 6, one of the plurality of fasteners 14 may include a hook-and-loop fastener. The plurality of holding portions 26 of each of the objects 91 may be provided on outer surface of the each of the objects 91, and one of the plurality of holding portions 26 may include a surface having a plurality of hooks or a plurality of loops.

In another embodiments shown in FIG. 8, the plurality of fasteners 14 may be connected to one another so as to form a fastener strip 18 which extends substantially the full length of the flat strip 12 covering a substantial portion of the outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12. The objects 91 may include a glove, a glove, a pouch 24 (refer to FIGS. 10 and 11) configured to store a golf ball 92, and a receptor 28 (refer to FIGS. 12 and 13) configured to hold one or more golf tees 94.

In still another embodiments shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 7, one of the plurality of fasteners 16 may include a magnet, and the plurality of holding portion 26 of the objects 91 may include magnets or magnetizing material. The magnet may be studded in the outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12. The top surface of the magnet may be substantially in an even level with the outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12. Also, in these embodiments, the objects 91, 20, 22 may include a ball marker, a ball mark repair tool, a pouch configured to store a golf ball, and a receptor configured to hold one or more golf tees.

Referring FIGS. 2, 4, and 6, another aspect of the invention provides a golf belt 10 for attaching objects 91, which includes a belt 12, a plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14, and a plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners 26. The belt 12 has an inner surface 15 and an outer surface 13, and the belt 10 is configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer 90 with the inner surface 15 of the belt 12 touching the golfer 90. The plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 are provided on the outer surface 13 of the belt 12. The plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners 26 are provided in each of the objects 91. Each of the plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners 26 is configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14. The plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners 26 of the objects 91 are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 with force of a predetermined magnitude.

The plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 may be provided along the back portion of the belt 12 when the belt 10 is worn by the golfer 90 such that the objects 91 held on the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 do not interfere the movement of the golfer 90.

The plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 may be integrated into one strip 18 which extends substantially the full length of the belt as shown in FIG. 8. Alternatively, the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners 14 may be integrated into two strips 18 which extends substantially the full length of the belt as shown in FIG. 9.

Referring to FIGS. 3, 5, and 7, still another aspect of the invention provides a golf belt for attaching objects, which includes a belt 12, a plurality of magnetizing studs 16, and a plurality of magnetizing portions 26. The belt 12 has an inner surface 15 and an outer surface 13, and the belt 12 is configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer 90 with the inner surface 15 of the belt 12 touching the golfer 90. The plurality of magnetizing studs 16 are provided on the outer surface 13 of the belt 12. The plurality of magnetizing portions 26 are provided in each of the objects 91, 20, 22. Each of the plurality of magnetizing portions 26 is configured to hold a portion of at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs 16. The plurality of magnetizing portions 26 of the objects 91, 20, 22 are configured to hold the at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs 16 with force of a predetermined magnitude.

Each of the magnetizing studs 16 may include permanent magnets, and each of the magnetizing portions 26 may include material having ferromagnetism.

In certain embodiments, the objects 91 themselves work as the magnetizing portions 26 especially when the objects 91 are made of magnetizing material.

In certain embodiments, the golf belt 10 can be used to wear around not only the waist but also an upper arm or an upper leg. The flat strip or the belt 12 can be made of flexible material including leather, fabric, and plastic. The fastener 14, 16 can be of any shape including circle, rectangle, triangle, lozenge, and the like. The fastener 14, 16 can have shape of a plurality of small buttons strewn over the outer surface 13 of the flat strip 12.

The golf belt 10 is all-in-one golf belt because a plurality of objects or small items for golfing can be attached and organized in one belt.

While the invention has been shown and described with reference to different embodiments thereof, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that variations in form, detail, compositions and operation may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the accompanying claims.

Claims

1. A golf belt for attaching objects, the golf belt comprising:

a flat strip comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the flat strip being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the flat strip touching the golfer;
a plurality of fasteners provided on the outer surface of the flat strip, one or more of the plurality of fasteners being configured to hold at least one of the objects; and
a plurality of holding portions provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of holding portions being configured to engage a portion of at least one of the plurality of fasteners,
wherein the plurality of holding portions of the objects are configured to engage the at least one of the plurality of fasteners with force of a predetermined magnitude.

2. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the flat strip is substantially on a same plane as a surface defined by top surfaces of the plurality of fasteners.

3. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of fasteners is embedded in the flat strip.

4. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein one of the objects is attached to one of the plurality of fasteners.

5. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein one of the objects is attached to two or more of the plurality of fasteners.

6. The golf belt of claim 5, wherein the plurality of fasteners are disposed apart from one another by predetermined intervals.

7. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein one of the plurality of fasteners comprises a hook-and-loop fastener.

8. The golf belt of claim 7, wherein the plurality of holding portions of each of the objects are provided on outer surface of the each of the objects, and wherein at least one of the plurality of holding portions comprises a surface comprising a plurality of hooks or a plurality of loops.

9. The golf belt of claim 7, wherein the plurality of fasteners are connected to one another so as to comprise a fastener strip which extends substantially the full length of the flat strip covering a substantial portion of the outer surface of the flat strip.

10. The golf belt of claim 7, wherein the objects comprise a glove, a fabric, a pouch configured to store a golf ball, and a receptor configured to hold one or more golf tees.

11. The golf belt of claim 1, wherein one of the plurality of fasteners comprises a magnet, and wherein the plurality of holding portion of the objects comprise magnets or magnetizing material.

12. The golf belt of claim 11, wherein the magnet is studded in the outer surface of the flat strip.

13. The golf belt of claim 12, wherein a top surface of the magnet is substantially in an even level with the outer surface of the flat strip.

14. The golf belt of claim 11, wherein the objects comprise a ball marker, a ball mark repair tool, a pouch configured to store a golf ball, and a receptor configured to hold one or more golf tees.

15. A golf belt for attaching objects, the golf belt comprising:

a belt comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the belt being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the belt touching the golfer;
a plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners provided on the outer surface of the belt; and
a plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners being configured to engage a portion of at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners,
wherein the plurality of second hook-and-loop fasteners of the objects are configured to engage the at least one of the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners with force of a predetermined magnitude.

16. The golf belt of claim 15, wherein the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners are provided along the back portion of the belt when the belt is worn by the golfer such that the objects held on the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners do not interfere the movement of the golfer.

17. The golf belt of claim 15, wherein the plurality of first hook-and-loop fasteners are integrated into one strip which extends substantially the full length of the belt.

18. A golf belt for attaching objects, the golf belt comprising:

a belt comprising an inner surface and an outer surface, the belt being configured to be disposed around a portion of a golfer with the inner surface of the belt touching the golfer;
a plurality of magnetizing studs provided on the outer surface of the belt; and
a plurality of magnetizing portions provided in each of the objects, each of the plurality of magnetizing portions being configured to engage a portion of at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs,
wherein the plurality of magnetizing portions of the objects are configured to engage the at least one of the plurality of magnetizing studs with force of a predetermined magnitude.

19. The golf belt of claim 18, wherein each of the magnetizing studs comprises permanent magnets, and wherein each of the magnetizing portions comprises material having ferromagnetism.
