Paper pulp mold and pulp molded articles thereof
The invention provides a mold of paper pulp and paper pulp articles shaped by the mold, where the mold of the paper pulp is made up of top mold body and bottom mold body. A space appears as both bodies are combined together, where the top and bottom bodies have corresponding protrusions and hollows respectively. Each has a plurality of through holes, which are set at the surfaces and the lateral sides of the top and bottom mold bodies for accommodating pulp flowing in and pulp pumping pipes plugging in and further for the shaft to hold the mold for rotation, which helps in lifting the average covering in the space encircled by the top and bottom mold bodies, to shape solid paper pulp articles.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to molds of paper pulp and paper pulp articles shaped according to the mold, specifically to a mold of paper pulp available for inserting a pumping pipe from its top side or laterals, so as to favor pumping pulp into the mold, and further to facilitate the mold to accumulate more pulp by rotating the mold, to promptly manufacture quality paper pulp articles that feature copious hollows and protrusions in appearance and powerful in strength and bearing capability.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Paper pulp articles are made of and shaped from paper pulp; therefore, good for recycling and reproducing, and especially conforming to the favorable traits of environmental protection and reusing. That's the reasons that pulp articles gradually gain popularity from industries and have those industrial users' delight in adopting. Paper pulp articles, weighed light, can be used for the supplies as bowls, plates and the like. Pulp articles, weighted heavy, can be the pallets for bearing merchandise. For the moderate weight, molded articles can be used as the packaging containers for loading commodities or the separating stuff in the containers which were used as packing material or dividing material. The categories and applications of pulp molded products are growing diversified.
Paper pulp articles are generally shaped by having the mold to pump in paper pulp. The most common way is shown in
The objective of the present invention is to provide a mold of paper pulp that embodies a molded article a copious numbers of hollows and protrusions on its surface with a potent strength and to provide paper products molded by the mold.
The paper pulp mold of the present invention is made of integral parts: top mold body and bottom mold body. The top mold body and bottom mold body correspond to convex structure and concave structure respectively. A hollow is formed by the combination of the top mold and bottom mold bodies, where through holes are set up at corresponding locations of the two surfaces, for providing pulp flowing in and for pumping pipes inserting in. The pumping pipe pumps in the pulp from outside the mold to uniformly spread in the space encircled by the top and bottom bodies, to shape into a solid paper product.
As in the foregoing structure, holes are established at the laterals of the body combined by the top and bottom bodies to provide pulp flowing in and pulp pumping pipes inserting in.
In the present invention, the holes offer control axles for plugging in and holding, where the mold can then be rotating in the pulp, which furthers the spreading of the pulp effectively.
In the present invention, a paper pulp product that was molded by the combination of the top and bottom bodies through the pulp pumping process is the same product shaped by the mold.
To achieve the foregoing objective of the present invention, the adopted techniques and the achievable goals are detailed described with reference to the following preferred example and the accompanying drawings, which will help to comprehend the present invention.
The example of the present invention is a mold 30 of paper pulp, assemble by a top mold body 31 and a bottom mold body 32, where the top and bottom bodies 31, 32 are separable into a stand alone mode, or are combinable into a whole—a finished mold 30. The top mold body 31 is shown in
The combination of the top mold body 31 with the bottom mold body 32 is shown in
The top and bottom mold bodies 31, 32 form a stable combinational structure by plugging the support groups in the dented concavities 321 and by crossing the downward projections 312 with the upward projections 322. There is some space kept between the top and bottom mold bodies 31, 32, where the mold, immerged in the liquid thick pulp, absorbs pulp in mass by using pulp pumping pipe through the through hole 313, 323 or the hole combined by the semicircular holes 315, 325, to the space encircled by the top and bottom mold bodies, such that the space are filled with the pulp enough and evenly. Once the pulp gets dried, a paper pulp article of copious hollows and protrusions (to have better bearing ability) and of wide in thickness (to have great strength), can be obtained by dividing apart the top and bottom mold bodies 31,32. The paper products are produced by all-in-one molding (not an assembly of separated parts).
The motions of the mold 30 immerged in the liquid thick pulp are controlled by another machine are shown in
Accordingly, the mold for the paper products of the present invention is made up of top and bottom mold bodies, where the top and bottom bodies have corresponding protrusions and hollows respectively. A space appears as both bodies combine together. A plurality of through holes are set at the surfaces and the lateral sides of the top and bottom mold bodies for accommodating pulp pumping pipes and for the shaft to hold the mold for rotation, which helps in lifting the average covering in the space encircled by the top and bottom mold bodies. Once opening the mold, a paper pulp article in an exceptional bearing capability and strength is gained in an all-in-one molding.
In general, the disclosed paper pulp mold and molded paper products thereof of the present invention are not presented in any of a publication or paper, and are a brand new apparatus and articles without public use, which fully compliant to the requirement of absolute novelty. Moreover, the present invention adopts all-in-one molding for producing paper pulp products that feature exceptional strength and bearing ability, a relatively shortened production time and a lift of yield rate, which will substantially lower the cost. It means the invention is compliant to the requirements of non-obviousness and usefulness which by U.S. Patent Statue is entitled to utility patent.
The foregoing description is the preferred example of the present invention, which is not restrictive for the claims of the present invention, and the equivalent structural variances by the technical principles of the present invention, are construed as covered by the claims of the present invention.
