Barrier between two sidewalls
A barrier includes two upright posts and a retractable top rail and a retractable bottom rail are connected between the two posts. A piece of fabric is located in an area enclosed by the two posts, the top rail and the bottom rail. Two suction disks are connected on two ends of each of the top rail and the bottom rail so as to be sucked on two sidewalls between which the barrier is located. Two side pieces are connected to the two posts and extend toward the two sidewalls so as to block the scenes via gaps between the posts and the sidewalls.
The present invention relates to a barrier connected between two sidewalls to prevent babies or pets from going out.

The present invention intends to provide a barrier which is easily assembled and manufactured, the bottom and top rails include suction disks for being securely connected to the sidewalls. Besides, two side pieces are connected to two sides of the fabric to block view of the babies or pets who are not attracted by the scenes separated by the barrier.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a barrier which is located between two sidewalls of hall way or entrance and comprises two upright posts and a retractable top rail and a retractable bottom rail are connected between the two posts. Two suction disks are connected on two ends of the top rail and two suction disks are connected on two ends of the bottom rail. A piece of fabric is located in an area enclosed by the two posts, the top rail and the bottom rail. Two side pieces are connected to the two posts and extend toward the two sidewalls.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

Two suction disks 15 are connected to the threaded rods 14 of the top rail 11 and the bottom rail respectively. Another two suction disks 15 are connected to the outer tubes 12 of the top rail 11 and the bottom rail.

Claims
1. A barrier comprising:
- two posts located upright and adapted located beside two sidewalls;
- a retractable top rail and a retractable bottom rail connected between the two posts, two suction disks connected on two ends of the top rail and two suction disks connected on two ends of the bottom rail;
- a piece of fabric located in an area enclosed by the two posts, the top rail and the bottom rail, and
- two side pieces connected to the two posts and being adapted to extend toward the two sidewalls.
2. The barrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the two posts includes two C-shaped members on two ends thereof and the two C-shaped members are connected to the top rail and the bottom rail.

The barrier as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the top rail and the bottom rail includes an outer tube, an inner tube which has a first end inserted into the outer tube, a V-shaped positioning member received in the inner tube and including a protrusion on one side thereof, the protrusion extending through a first hole defined through the inner tube and engaged with one of second holes defined through the outer tube, a threaded rod inserted into a second end of the inner tube and an adjustment nut threadedly mounted to the threaded rod and contacting the second end of the inner tube.
4. The barrier as claimed in claim 3, wherein one of the suction disks of each of the top rail and the bottom rail is connected to the threaded rod and the other suction disk is connected to the outer tube.
5. The barrier as claimed in claim 3, wherein a wrap member is warped on the threaded rod exposed out from the second end of the inner tube of each of the top rail and the bottom rail.
6. The barrier as claimed in claim 5, wherein the wrap member includes two connection sides and each connection side includes a loop-hook fabric.
