CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSAL IN SOCKET OF FLOOR
Constructive disposal in socket of floor, or more particularly the present Utility Model, which includes technical and functional improvement specially developed for characterizing a system of socket of floors, shaped by a laminate part (1), preferably made in a material such as plywood, agglomerated or any other wood material having both sides smooth, being one top (2) and one bottom (3) while in its sides, said part (1) presents a male kind socket (4) presenting a projection whose bottom face is in curvilinear (5) and shaping a socket (6) in its back portion in which it is contemplated an slant plan (7) to facilitate the socket between the parts (1).
The present invention relates to the field of civil construction and environment decoration, more specific to wood laminates with a specific socket system in between, used to structure floors in general.
BACKGROUND ON THE INVENTIONThe usage of laminate wood floors in residential and commercial buildings is very common and well known. In order to structure such floors it is often used several segments (boards) of specific dimensions, which are mounted in parallel to one another. The floors are, this way, structured in any specific environment.
In order to be possible to structure the floors, this kind of laminate presents a socket system in its side ends. Each of these boards has a male kind socket on one side and one female kind socket on the other side. Therefore, the female kind socket is often made in a guide shape, while the male kind socket presents a drawing that fits the drawing of the female kind socket, requiring the boards to be sideward fitted or displacing them on the guide way.
This kind of socket presents as a great inconvenient the fact that it requires a wide space to work with, thus making it difficult for the mounting of the last parts of the floor, and many times damaging the completion and creating some offscourings.
The current floorings of the prior art present a further inconvenient in their montage. Because it is necessary to use glue in female kind channels in order to lock the parts in between the floorings, this will require the glue to dry out before the floor can suffers any kind of effort, the drying period lasting about 24 hours. If the floor suffers any kind of effort during the drying period fails may occur in the completion, creating spaces between floor parts.
With the use of glue to join the flooring parts, as seen in the prior art, it is necessary to clean any excess of glue from the surface of the floor and from the joins between the parts.
Another inconvenient presented by the floorings currently in use can be identified after natural expansion of the parts takes place. This is due to the fact that certain areas may receive more sunlight than others, the natural expansion of the parts will not be uniform, creating some defects of completion of the floor, such as bending. This kind of problem happens due to the kind of socket used between parts, which do not accept natural expansion and retraction of the parts.
A further inconvenience of the floorings currently in use is that they cannot be reused. When the floor is dismantled, the parts are wasted because the glue and the kind of socket between the parts make them to break when taken off, making them not further useful and preventing their re-usage as floorings.
Considering the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is necessary a laminate flooring with a new kind of laminate sheet having a system with a new specific socket facilitating the floor montage.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention seeks to provide a flooring member comprising a wood laminate sheet or plywood having a system of sidelong sockets. Each sheet is then inserted angled to the socket of another sheet, in order to be put in its final position.
The laminate flooring sheet of the present invention has a sidelong socket system comprising a male kind element and a female kind element. Differently from the sockets found in conventional floorings of the prior art, the socket between the sheets must not necessarily be aligned one to another in order to fit.
In the present invention, the socket between the sheets are appropriate to absorb the natural expansion and retraction of the sheets, improving the completion of the finished floor, preventing bending and displacement between the sheets. The flooring sheets of the present invention does not need glue for joining them when composing the floor, diminishing the work and time used for installing the floorings.
With the socket of the flooring of the present invention the sheets are fitted and interlocked, thus eliminating any kind of completion failure between them. There are no differences among the sheets, maintaining the uniformity and eliminating possible installing failures.
The present invention eliminates the need for glue, and the need for drying out or cleaning the floor before usage. Accordingly, the floors may be immediately used after the installation.
The present invention enables the floorings sheets to be reused. The sheets are not glued but only fitted to one another and possible to be dismantled with no damage. This characteristic will also provide for a simpler maintenance, since in case one of the sheets becomes damaged it is possible to dismantle the floor and change it.
The flooring sheets of the present invention provides a socket system, wherein the male kind socket of one sheet is inserted inside the female kind socket from another sheet, in angle, being then displaced downwards in a way to align and fix one to the other.
The laminate flooring sheets of the present invention has a mounting system which is much simpler in comparison with laminate flooring systems currently used, simplifying the mounting procedure, reducing workmanship time as well as facilitating the mounting even in the last areas of the floor.
The present invention seeks to provide a laminate flooring sheet comprising: (a) a top side; (b) a bottom side; (c) a first side end including a male kind socket having a projection with a bottom curvilinear face and a bottom socket in a back portion, the bottom socket contemplating a slant plan, and (d) a second side end including female kind socket having a bottom projection having a socket projection including a curvilinear wall finding a parallel plan with top and bottom sides. The flooring may also include a diagonal plan at one end of the curvilinear wall.

The laminate sheet further comprises a first and a second side ends. In one of the side ends, the flooring sheet (1) includes a male kind socket (4) having a projection, the projection having a bottom curvilinear face (5) and a bottom socket (6) in its back portion in which it is contemplated a slant plan (7) to facilitate the socket between the sheets.
A female kind socket (8) is comprised at the other side end of the sheet (1). The female kind socket (8) has a bottom projection (9) having a socket projection (10). The socket projection (10) includes a curvilinear wall (11) that finds a parallel plan with top side (2) and bottom side (3), the projection (10) further including a diagonal plan (13) at one end of the curvilinear wall, to facilitate the socket between the sheets. After this installation, the second laminate sheet (1′) is displaced downwards making the curvilinear face (5) of projection to displace over the bottom projection (9) in a way that the bottom curvilinear face (5) becomes aligned with the curvilinear wall (11), and the diagonal plan (13) facilitates such setting.
With both sheets aligned (1 and 1′), the bottom projection (9) receives the male kind socket (4) so that the socket projection (10) becomes properly locked in the bottom socket (6) fixing sheets (1 and 1′) together.
As sheets (1 and 1′) are properly locked one to the other, natural dilation and retraction processes do not provoke bending or displacement of the sheets, thus improving the completion of the floor and providing it a longer life cycle.
Additionally, as sheets (1 and 1′) are joined by sockets, it is not necessary the usage of glue, reason by which it is possible to promote its dismantle, unfitting sheets (1 and 1′), thus facilitating its re-usage, as s well as facilitating eventual maintenance works.

3. A laminate flooring sheet comprising:
- (a) a top side;
- (b) a bottom side;
- (c) a first side end including a male kind socket having a projection with a bottom curvilinear face and a bottom socket in a back portion, the bottom socket contemplating a slant plan, and
- (d) a second side end including female kind socket having a bottom projection having a socket projection including a curvilinear wall finding a parallel plan with top and bottom sides, and including a diagonal plan at one end of the curvilinear wall.
4. A laminate flooring sheet comprising:
- (a) a top side;
- (b) a bottom side;
- (c) a first side end including a male kind socket having a projection with a bottom curvilinear face and a bottom socket in a back portion, and
- (d) a second side end including female kind socket having a bottom projection having a socket projection including a curvilinear wall finding a parallel plan with top and bottom sides.
5. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 1, wherein the laminate is a wood material.
6. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 1, wherein the laminate is plywood or agglomerated.
7. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 1, wherein the top and bottom sides receive different kinds of completion and finishing imitating different kinds of wood or any other desired materials.
8. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 2, wherein the laminate is a wood material.
9. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 2, wherein the laminate is plywood or agglomerated.
10. The laminate flooring sheet according to claim 2, wherein the top and bottom sides receive different kinds of completion and finishing imitating different kinds of wood or any other desired materials.
