Stiffy bag
The bag is made from a durable metallic foil bubble wrap material with a strong plastic lining. It is strong, light and fire resistant offering a very high level of product protection. It is highly cost-effective because it can be used over and over again. The bag can be made in any size to fit any frame.
The Stiffy Bag is made from aluminium foil back bubble, It is cut to size folded and welded using a heat sealing tool along two sides to leave an opening at one end to create a bag.
These sheets can be cut to any size to make any size of bag.
This assembly can be carried out by one individual.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bag which provides better protection for art and graphics products whilst in transit or in storage.
2. Description of the Prior Art
The traditional way of protecting art and graphics products has been the use of bubble wrap, cardboard, paper, string. blanket material and tape.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn view of the significant disadvantages in the known types of protection currently available, these materials are clumsy to use, take time and effort and are often thrown away after one use. The invention is also environmentally friendly as it is not disposed of after use.
The present invention provides an improved level of protection for art and graphics products.
To attain this, the present invention consists of using strong heat resistant foil backed bubble with a strong plastic liner. The bag provides greater protection, is quick and easy to use.
The bag is made from a durable metallic foil bubble wrap material with a strong plastic lining to prevent snagging when inserting or removing products.
It is strong, light and fire resistant offering a very high level of product protection. The bag can be used over and over again making it highly cost-effective.
The products are simply placed in the bag and removed without fuss, thus saving time and money compared with other known methods.
It is understood that the bag is not limited to art and graphics products alone.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a new and improved way of protecting art, to provide a fast and efficient way of protecting art, to provide a product that can be used over and over again.
The low cost of manufacture with regard to materials and labour, and which accordingly is then susceptible of low prices to the consuming public, thereby making such bags economically available to the buying public.

1. A new and improved way of protecting art and graphics products A first section of foil bubble wrap is cut to length and width folded and heat welded on 2 seams to create an open envelope.
