JACKET HAVING WARM POCKET

Disclosed is a jacket having a warm pocket capable of warming hands of a user without interrupting user's activity in the field. The jacket has a dual-layer structure of an inner skin and an outer skin so as to accommodate a warmer therein. A pocket is formed at a front part or a rear part of the jacket by sewing the inner skin with the outer skin in the form of a pocket. The pocket is formed at both sides thereof with openings so as to allow a user to put both hands into the pocket. An inner pocket formed at one side thereof with a hand warmer receiving section is coupled to an outer surface of the inner skin.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a jacket having a warm pocket. More particularly, the present invention relates to a jacket having a warm pocket capable of warming hands of a user without interrupting user's activity in the field.

Some sports games, such as golf, inline skating, etc., must be played outdoors due to their characteristics.

Particularly, in the case of golf, golfers rarely wear heavy gloves because it is important to precisely grip the golf club. Even in the winter season, golfers may wear thin jackets adhering to bodies of the golfers so as to smoothly perform swing action. Since it is necessary to simplify the thin jacket, the thin jacket is only formed with a small pocket suitable for storing small golf equipment, such as a tee. Thus, the golfer may not easily put their hands in the small pocket. If the golfer plays golf while wearing a thin golf glove in the winter season, sensibility of fingers may be lowered, so that the golfer cannot play his/her best game.

BACKGROUND ART

In order to solve the above problem, a warming device as shown in FIG. 50 has been suggested.

FIG. 50 is a view illustrating a conventional warming device.

As shown in FIG. 50, the conventional warming device is a warming glove 10 capable of receiving a user's hand 1 wearing a golf glove 2.

The warming glove 10 is fabricated in the form of a mitten so as to easily receive the user's hand 1 wearing the golf glove 2. The user may put on or take off the warming glove 10 through an opening 12 formed in the warming glove 10.

However, since the warming glove 10 must be connected to the jacket of the user using a string, it may interrupt swing action of the user. In addition, it is inconvenient to use the warming glove 10 because the user must hold the warming glove 10 using one hand in order to put the other hand into the warming glove 10.

In order to solve the above problem, another warming device as shown in FIGS. 51 and 52 has been suggested.

FIG. 51 is a perspective view illustrating another conventional warming device and FIG. 52 is a view illustrating the usage state of another conventional warming device.

As shown in FIG. 51, another conventional warming device is a warming bag 20, which adheres to the waist of the user through a waist strap 24. The warming bag 20 is formed at an inner portion thereof with a pocket 22 extending lengthwise along the warming bag 20 while forming openings at both side end portions of the warming bag 20 so that the user can put both hands into the pocket 22 of the warming bag 20. In addition, an insertion portion 26 and a receiving portion 28 of a buckle are provided at both end portions of the waist strap 24.

As shown in FIG. 51, the user can attach the warming bag 20 having the above structure around the waist of the user's jacket 30 using the waist strap 24.

However, since the pocket 22 formed in the warming bag 20 has a cylindrical structure so as to allow the user to easily put or pull the user's hands into or out of the pocket 22, the pocket 22 may interrupt the user's activity and the aesthetic appearance of the warming bag 20 may be degraded. In addition, when the user wears a coat, the user must remove and store the warming bag 20 in a separate place, causing inconvenience of use for the warming bag 20.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a jacket having a warm pocket capable of warming hands of a user without interrupting user's swing action and activity in the outdoor field.

Another object of the present invention to provide a jacket having a warm pocket, which does not degrade the style of dressing even if the user wears a coat over the jacket.

Technical Solution

In the following description of the present invention, the term “Jacket” may include various types of upper clothes, such as a vest, etc.

To accomplish the above objects, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein the attachable member is coupled to an outer surface of an outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the outer surface of the outer skin of the jacket, or the attachable member is coupled to an inner surface of the outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the inner surface of the outer skin of the jacket, in which openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

An intermediate member is interposed between the attachable member and a pre-determined portion of the jacket corresponding to the attachable member, and the attachable member is coupled to the jacket by means of the intermediate member.

The attachable member is closely coupled to the outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at a lateral side of the attachable member such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein the attachable member is coupled to an outer surface of an inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the outer surface of the inner skin of the jacket, or the attachable member is coupled to an inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket, in which openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

An intermediate member is interposed between the attachable member and a pre-determined portion of the jacket corresponding to the attachable member, and the attachable member is coupled to the jacket and the inner skin is coupled to an outer skin by means of the intermediate member.

The attachable member is closely coupled to the inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at a lateral side of the attachable member such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein the attachable member is coupled to one of an outer surface of an outer skin, an inner surface of the outer skin, an outer surface of an inner skin, and an inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket, the attachable member has a box shape, and openings are formed at both sides of the attachable member to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

According to still yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a jacket having a dual-layer structure of an inner skin and an outer skin, wherein the inner skin is coupled to the outer skin to form a warm pocket, and openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

An intermediate member is interposed between the inner and outer skins constituting the warm pocket, and the inner skin is coupled to the outer skin by means of the intermediate member.

The inner skin is closely coupled to the outer skin to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at lateral side sections of the inner and outer skins such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

An inner pocket formed at one side thereof with an opening port for receiving a warmer is coupled to an inner surface of the warmer pocket.

The warm pocket, the inner skin of the jacket, or a part of the inner skin includes a flexible material.

The inner skin is divided into a front inner skin corresponding to an abdomen of a user and a rear inner skin corresponding to a back of the user, and the front inner skin is coupled to the rear inner skin by means of a Velcro tape.

A lateral opening section equipped with an opening/closing unit is formed at a lateral side section of the jacket where a front part meets a rear part of the jacket, in such a manner that a user is able to couple the front inner skin to the rear inner skin by putting a hand into the lateral opening section.

A length adjustment member capable of adjusting a length thereof is further coupled to one of both sides of the warm pocket of the jacket, the outer surface of the outer skin, the inner surface of the outer skin, the outer surface of the inner skin, and the inner surface of the inner skin so as to closely apply the warm pocket around a waist of the user.

The length adjustment member is detachably coupled to one of both sides of the warm pocket of the jacket, the outer surface of the outer skin, the inner surface of the outer skin, the outer surface of the inner skin, and the inner surface of the inner skin.

A lateral opening section equipped with an opening/closing unit is formed at a lateral side section of the jacket where a front part meets a rear part of the jacket, in such a manner that a user is able to adjust the length adjustment member by putting a hand into the lateral opening section.

A detachable member is provided at a lower portion of the attachable member or a lower portion of the inner pocket of the jacket in such a manner that the attachable member or the inner pocket is detachably coupled to the jacket or the warm pocket, respectively.

A fastening member is formed in the opening of the warm pocket or in an inlet of the inner pocket so as to selectively open/close the warm pocket or the inner pocket.

The fastening member includes one selected from the group consisting of a slide fastener, a Velcro fastener, and a button.

A lateral inner portion of the outer skin of the jacket is opened such that the user is able to put a hand into the jacket from a front inner portion to a rear inner portion of the jacket through the opening of the warm pocket.

The warm pocket is selectively formed on a front part or a rear part of the jacket, or simultaneously formed on both front and rear parts of the jacket.

The warm pocket is formed with a sewing section, which divides the warm pocket into left and right pocket sections.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the warm pocket is closely coupled to the jacket, so the warm pocket does not interrupt the user's activity in the field.

That is, the warm pocket can be formed in the jacket having the dual-layer structure by combining the outer skin with the inner skin, or the warm pocket can be formed in the jacket having the single-layer or dual-layer structure by coupling the attachment member to the inner or outer surface of the inner or outer skin of the jacket. In addition, the warm pocket can be formed by coupling the attachment member having a box shape to the inner or outer surface of the inner or outer skin of the jacket. Thus, it is possible to provide the jacket having various pockets.

In the case where the intermediate member is interposed between the attachment member and the jacket or between the inner skin and the outer skin of the jacket having the dual-layer structure, the jacket can be coupled with the attachment member or the inner skin can be coupled with the outer skin through the intermediate member, so the sewing line may not be exposed to the exterior so that the jacket has a simple design. In addition, an inner pocket can be stably supported by the intermediated member regardless of the materials of the jacket.

In addition, according to the present invention, when the jacket has the dual-layer structure or when the attachment member is closely coupled to the jacket, the inner skin is closely coupled to the outer skin so that it is possible to provide the jacket having the slim and simple structure. If a height adjustment section is provided between the jacket and the attachment member and between the inner and outer skins, the user can easily insert user's hand into the warm pocket and a casual jacket can be realized.

In particular, when the opening of the pocket is sealed by means of a Velcro fastener or a slide fastener, the jacket may have the structure substantially identical to that of a jacket having no pocket. Thus, the pocket does not sag downward, so that the pocket will not interrupt swing action of the user.

In addition, since the inner pocket formed at one side thereof with the hand warmer receiving section is coupled to the outer surface of the inner skin, it is possible to accommodate the warmer in the inner pocket as required by the user. In this case, the warming efficiency of the jacket can be improved.

Furthermore, since the inner pocket is detachably coupled to the inner skin by means of the detachable member, the user can selectively employ the inner pocket when the warmer is necessary, for example, in the winter season. Thus, the structure of the jacket can be simplified and the weight of the jacket can be reduced.

In addition, since the inner pocket is made from a flexible material, such as spandex, the inner pocket is adaptable for receiving the warmer having various sizes. If the inner pocket is made from the flexible material, the warmer can be prevented from being unintentionally separated from the warmer receiving section even if a separate fastening member is not provided at the inlet of the warmer receiving section.

Meanwhile, a fastening member, such as a zipper, a button, a Velcro fastener, or a snap, can be provided at the inlet of the inner pocket so as to perfectly prevent the warmer from being separated from the warmer receiving section.

In addition, if the whole inner skin or a part of the inner skin formed with the inner pocket is made from the flexible material, it is possible to further prevent the pocket from sagging downward due to the weight of the warmer.

The inner skin can be divided into the front inner skin formed at the abdominal part of the jacket and the rear inner skin formed at the back part of the jacket while coupling the front inner skin with the rear inner skin using a Velcro tape. In addition, the length adjustment member, such as the elastic band, can be coupled to the lateral portion of the inner skin. In this case, it is possible to further prevent the pocket from sagging downward due to the weight of the warmer.

In addition, the warmer may closely adhere to the body of the user, so that the aesthetic appearance of the jacket may not be deteriorated. Since the warmer closely adheres to the body of the user, the body of the user may be warmed in addition to the hands of the user.

Meanwhile, lateral openings having opening/closing units are formed at lateral side sections of the jacket at which a front part of the jacket meets a rear part of the jacket, so the user can couple the front inner skin, the rear inner skin and a length adjustment member with each other by putting user's hand into the lateral openings.

According to the present invention, the sewing section can be formed at the center portion of the warm pocket in order to divide the warm pocket into left and right pocket parts. In this case, the warm pocket has the structure identical to that of a pocket generally formed in the typical jacket, so the warm pocket may satisfy the preference of the user.

In addition, the warm pocket according to the present invention can be formed at the front part and/or the rear part of the jacket. Thus, when the user performs swing action, the user may use only the warm pocket formed at the rear part of the jacket while fastening the warm pocket formed at the front part of the jacket using a zipper or a Velcro tape such that the warm pocket may not interrupt the swing action of the user. In addition, the user can use the warm pocket formed at the front part of the jacket when the user performs other activities.

According to the present invention, a detachable member is provided at the lower surface of the pocket having the hand warmer therein in such a manner that the pocket can be detachably coupled to the outer skin of the jacket. In this case, the user can selectively use the pocket as required by the user.

In addition, according to the present invention, the inner pocket as well as the warm pocket and the length adjustment member can be detachably attached to the single-layered or dual-layered jacket, so that the user can remove the inner pocket, the warm pocket and the length adjustment member from the jacket if warming the hands of the user is not necessary. Accordingly, the user can wear the jacket having the simple structure without degrading the style of dressing when warming the hands of a user is not necessary.

Furthermore, the length adjustment member of the present invention can be coupled to the inner surface or the outer surface of the outer skin, the inner skin, or the warm pocket of the dual-layered jacket, or can be coupled to the outer surface or the inner surface of the outer skin or the warm pocket of the single-layered jacket. Thus, the length adjustment member adheres to the human body so that the warming efficiency can be further improved. In addition, since the length adjustment member can be coupled to the inner portion of the jacket, it may not degrade the style of dressing. Also, the length adjustment member can be coupled to the outer portion of the jacket. In this case, the manufacturing cost of the jacket equipped with the length adjustment member can be reduced while improving convenience of use for the length adjustment member. That is, the length adjustment member can be coupled to the jacket in various manners according to the preference of the user.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.

In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear. In addition, terms used in the present invention are selected by taking the functions thereof into consideration. Such terms may vary depending on the intention of manufacturers or the custom, so the definition of the terms must be determined based on the whole context of the specification.

Embodiment 1

Hereinafter, a jacket having a warm pocket according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.

FIG. 1 is a partially-cut front perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially-cut rear perspective view illustrating the jacket according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line I-I shown in FIG. 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the jacket 100 having the warm pocket (hereinafter, simply referred to as a jacket if there is no special comment) according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a single-layer structure including only an outer skin 110. However, the jacket 100 may have a dual-layer structure including an inner skin in addition to the outer skin 110.

The warm pocket is formed on an abdominal part and/or a back part of the jacket 100. In this embodiment, an attachable outer skin 110a is closely coupled to an outer skin 110 of the jacket 100.

In order to form the warm pocket, the attachable outer skin 110a is sewed to an outer surface of the outer skin 110 of the jacket 100. Thus, the outer skin 110 of the jacket 100 becomes an inner skin of the warm pocket and the attachable outer skin 110a becomes an outer skin of the warm pocket.

Openings 112 are formed at both sides of the warm pocket so as to allow the user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

An inner pocket 120 having an inlet 122 (hereinafter, referred to as an inner pocket if there is no special comment) for receiving a warmer 140, such as a hand warmer, is coupled to the inner skin of the warm pocket.

Mode for the Invention Embodiment 2

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

FIG. 4 is a partially-cut front perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line II-II shown in FIG. 4.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the jacket 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes an attachable outer skin 210a coupled to an outer skin 210 of the jacket 200 and an intermediate member 215 interposed between the attachable outer skin 210a and the outer skin 210. Thus, the attachable outer skin 210a and the outer skin 210 are coupled with each other through the intermediate member 215.

Due to the intermediate member 215, the warm pocket can be stably coupled to the jacket 200 regardless of the material for the jacket 200.

Meanwhile, the second embodiment of the present invention is also applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure including the outer skin only. Elements the same as those of the first embodiment will not be further described below.

Embodiment 3

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.

FIG. 6 is a partially-cut front perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line III-III shown in FIG. 6.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the jacket 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes an attachable outer skin 310a coupled to an outer skin 310 of the jacket 300. The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a height adjustment section 317 is provided at a lateral section of the warm pocket.

That is, different from the first embodiment in which the attachable outer skin 110a is closely attached to the outer skin 110, according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the height adjustment section 317 is provided at the lateral section of the warm pocket such that the warm pocket can be spaced apart from the jacket 300 by a predetermined distance.

Meanwhile, the third embodiment of the present invention is also applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure including the outer skin only. Elements the same as those of the first embodiment will not be further described below.

Embodiment 4

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

FIG. 8 is a partially-cut front perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV shown in FIG. 8.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, an attachable inner skin 430a is coupled to an inner surface of an outer skin 410 of the jacket 400. Thus, an outer skin 410 of the jacket 400 becomes an outer skin of the warm pocket and the attachable inn skin 430a becomes an inner skin of the warm pocket.

The attachable inner skin 430a closely coupled to the outer skin 410, and the warm pocket 420 having an opening port 422 for receiving a warmer is coupled to the attachable inner skin 430a. Openings 412 are formed at both sides of the warm pocket 420 so as to allow the user to put both hands into the warm pocket 420.

Meanwhile, the fourth embodiment of the present invention is also applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure.

Embodiment 5

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11.

FIG. 10 is a partially-cut front perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a sectional view taken along line V-V shown in FIG. 10.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the jacket 500 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention includes an attachable inner skin 530a coupled to an inner surface of an outer skin 510 of the jacket 500 and an intermediate member 515 interposed between the attachable inner skin 530a and the outer skin 510 of the jacket 500. Thus, the attachable inner skin 530a and the outer skin 510 of the jacket 500 are coupled with each other through the intermediate member 515.

Due to the intermediate member 515, the sewing line may not be exposed to the exterior so that the jacket 500 has a simple design and the warm pocket can be stably coupled to the jacket 500 regardless of the material for the jacket 500.

The intermediate member 515 can be coupled over the whole area of the outer skin 510. According to this embodiment, the intermediate member 515 is coupled to a pre-determined portion of the outer skin 510 where openings 512 are formed.

Meanwhile, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is also applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure including the outer skin only. Elements the same as those of the fourth embodiment will not be further described below.

Embodiment 6

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.

As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the jacket 600 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention includes an attachable inner skin 630a coupled to an inner surface of an outer skin 610 of the jacket 600. The sixth embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that a height adjustment section 617 is provided at a lateral section of the warm pocket.

Meanwhile, the sixth embodiment of the present invention is also applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure including the outer skin only. Elements the same as those of the fourth embodiment will not be further described below.

Embodiment 7

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the jacket 700 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention includes an outer skin 710 and an inner skin 730, in which an attachable outer skin 710a is coupled to an outer surface of the inner skin 730 of the jacket 700. Thus, the attachable outer skin 710a becomes an outer skin of the warm pocket and the inner skin 730 of the jacket 700 becomes an inner skin of the warm pocket.

Openings 712 are formed at both sides of the warm pocket so as to allow the user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

An inner pocket 720 having an opening port 722 for receiving a warmer 740 is coupled to the inner skin of the warm pocket.

According to this embodiment, the attachable outer skin 710a is closely coupled to the inner skin 730 of the jacket 700 to form the warm pocket, so the warm pocket is spaced apart from the outer skin 710 of the jacket 700. The outer skin 710 of the jacket 700 is coupled to the openings 712 of the attachable outer skin 710a such that the user can put both hands into the warm pocket.

In addition, lateral openings 750 having opening/closing units 752 are formed at lateral side sections located between the front and rear parts of the jacket 700 such that the user can put both hands into the lateral openings 750. The detailed structure of the lateral openings 750 will be described later with reference to other embodiments.

Embodiment 8

Hereinafter, a jacket according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 16 and 17.

The jacket 800 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention has a dual-layer structure including an attachable outer skin 810a coupled to an inner surface of an inner skin 830 of the jacket 800 and an intermediate member 815 interposed between the attachable outer skin 810a and the inner skin 830 of the jacket 800. Thus, the attachable outer skin 810a and the inner skin 830 of the jacket 800 are coupled with each other through the intermediate member 815.

Due to the intermediate member 815, the warm pocket can be stably coupled to the jacket 800 regardless of the material for the jacket 800.

Embodiment 9

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 and 19.

Embodiment 10

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a tenth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 20 and 21.

As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the jacket 1000 according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention includes an outer skin 1010 and an inner skin 1030, in which an attachable inner skin 1030a is coupled to an inner surface of the inner skin 1030 of the jacket 1000. Thus, the inner skin 1030 of the jacket 1000 becomes an outer skin of the warm pocket and the attachable inner skin 1030a becomes an inner skin of the warm pocket.

Structures of openings 1012 and an inner pocket 1020 for receiving a warmer are identical to those of other embodiments.

According to this embodiment, the attachable inner skin 1030a is closely coupled to the inner skin 1030 of the jacket 1000 to form the warm pocket, so the warm pocket is spaced apart from the outer skin 1010 of the jacket 1000. The structures of lateral openings 1050 and the outer skin 1010 of the jacket 1000, which is coupled to openings 1012 of an attachable outer skin 1010a, are identical to those of the seventh embodiment.

Embodiment 11

Hereinafter, a jacket according to an eleventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 22 and 23.

As shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the jacket 1100 according to the eleventh embodiment of the present invention has a dual-layer structure including an attachable inner skin 1130a coupled to an inner surface of an inner skin 1130 of the jacket 1100 and an intermediate member 1115 interposed between the attachable inner skin 1130a and the inner skin 1130 of the jacket 1100. Thus, the attachable inner skin 1130a and the inner skin 1130 of the jacket 1100 are coupled with each other through the intermediate member 1115.

Due to the intermediate member 1115, the warm pocket can be stably coupled to the jacket 1100 regardless of the material for the jacket 1100.

The attachable member has a box shape and includes an attachable outer skin 1310a and an attachable inner skin 1330a.

An inner pocket 1320 having an opening port 1322 for receiving a warmer is coupled to the outer surface of the attachable inner skin 1330a. Openings 1312 are formed at both sides of the attachable outer skin 1310a so as to allow the user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

The box-shaped attachable member can be fixedly coupled to the outer skin 1310 of the jacket 1300. According to this embodiment, the box-shaped attachable member is detachably coupled to the outer skin 1310 of the jacket 1300 by means of Velcro tapes 1318 and 1338.

Meanwhile, the thirteenth embodiment of the present invention is applicable for the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure including the outer skin only.

Embodiment 14

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a fourteenth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 28 and 29.

Different from the first embodiment, in which openings 113 are separately formed at both sides of the attachable outer skin 110a, upper and lower portions of the attachable outer skin 2010a are coupled to the outer skin 2010 of the jacket 2000 such that lateral portions thereof can be opened, thereby forming openings 2017.

Embodiment 21

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 42 and 43.

FIG. 42 is a perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the twenty-first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 43 is a sectional view taken along line XXI-XXI shown in FIG. 42.

As shown in FIGS. 42 and 43, the jacket 2100 according to the twenty-first embodiment of the present invention is substantially identical to that of the first to twentieth embodiments of the present invention, except for a sewing section (a) that divides the warm pocket into left and right pocket parts.

In this case, two warmers 2140 can be accommodated in the warm pocket, so that the warm efficiency can be improved.

Embodiment 22

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 44.

FIG. 44 is a sectional view illustrating a warm pocket of a jacket according to the twenty-second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 44, the jacket 2200 according to the twenty-second embodiment of the present invention includes an outer skin 2210 and an inner skin 2230, in which the inner skin 2230 is divided into a front inner skin 2232 and a rear inner skin 2234.

Velcro fastener tapes 2235 are additionally attached to both lateral sides of the front inner skin 2232 and the rear inner skin 2234.

By adjusting the coupling length of the Velcro fastener tapes 2235, the diameter of the inner skin 2230 of the jacket 2200 can be adjusted suitable for a waist size of a user, improving the wearing comport of the jacket 2200.

Meanwhile, the user can adjust the coupling length between the front inner skin 2232 and the rear inner skin 2234 by putting the user's hand into openings 2212 of the warm pocket. Otherwise, the user can adjust the coupling length between the front inner skin 2232 and the rear inner skin 2234 by putting the user's hand into lateral openings 2250 formed at lateral side sections located between the front and rear parts of the jacket 2200.

In particular, if the warm pocket is formed only in the back part of the jacket, the user can readily adjust the diameter of the inner skin of the jacket through the lateral opening.

The lateral opening 2250 is formed at a lateral side of the jacket where the front part of the jacket meets the rear part of the jacket and is equipped with an opening/closing unit, such as a slide fastener. Thus, when the lateral opening 2250 is not used, the lateral opening 2250 is closed by means of the opening/closing unit, so that the jacket can be simply and neatly maintained.

The structure of the inner skin according to the twenty-second embodiment of the present invention is applicable for the jacket including both the outer skin and the inner skin.

Embodiment 23

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 45.

FIG. 45 is a sectional view illustrating a warm pocket of a jacket according to the twenty-third embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 45, the jacket 2300 according to the twenty-third embodiment of the present invention includes an inner skin 2330, a part of which is divided into a front inner skin 2332 and a rear inner skin 2334. Velcro fastener tapes 2335 are attached to both lateral sides of the front inner skin 2332 and the rear inner skin 2334.

That is, different from the twenty-second embodiment, only a part of the inner skin 2330 is divided into the front inner skin 2332 and the rear inner skin 2334, so that a lateral opening 2350 is formed only at one side of an outer skin 2310 of the jacket 2300.

The structure of the inner skin according to the twenty-third embodiment of the present invention is applicable for the jacket including both the outer skin and the inner skin.

Embodiment 24

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 46.

FIG. 46 is a sectional view illustrating a warm pocket of a jacket according to the twenty-fourth embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 46, the jacket 2400 according to the twenty-fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a length adjustment member 2460 coupled to an inner skin 2430 of the jacket 2400.

The length adjustment member 2460 is formed at both sides thereof with Velcro fastener tapes 2462 and can be integrally formed with the inner skin 2430 of the jacket 2400. According to this embodiment, the length adjustment member 2460 is detachably coupled to the inner skin 2430 of the jacket 2400.

In addition, the jacket 2200 can be adjusted suitable for the body of the user by adjusting the coupling length of the Velcro fastener tapes 2462. Although the present invention shows the length adjustment member 2460 coupled to the inner skin 2430 of the jacket 2400 by means of the Velcro fastener tapes 2462, the present invention is not limited thereto. For instance, buttons can be used instead of the Velcro fastener tapes 2462, or one end of the length adjustment member 2460 can be sewed to the inner skin 2430.

Thus, the jacket 2400 according to the twenty-fourth embodiment of the present invention represents superior wearing comport.

In addition, although this embodiment has been described in that the length adjustment member 2460 is additionally coupled to an inner portion of the inner skin 2430 of the jacket 2400, the present invention is not limited thereto. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the length adjustment member can be additionally coupled to one of an outer surface of the outer skin, an inner surface of the outer skin, and an outer surface of the inner skin of the jacket to closely apply the warm pocket around the waist of the user.

That is, the length adjustment member can be applied to the jacket having the dual-layer structure or the single-layer structure. In the case of the jacket having the dual-layer structure, the length adjustment member can be selectively coupled to an inner or an outer surface of the inner skin or the outer skin, or the warm pocket. In the case of the jacket having the single-layer structure, the length adjustment member can be selectively coupled to an inner or an outer surface of the jacket, or the warm pocket.

Embodiment 25

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 47.

FIG. 47 is a perspective view illustrating a jacket according to the twenty-fifth embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 47, the jacket 2500 according to the twenty-fifth embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic band 2560 coupled to an inner skin of the jacket 2500.

The elastic band 2560 is a length adjustment member capable of adjusting a length thereof and both ends of the elastic band 2560 are connected to the inner skin of the jacket 2500, so that the elastic band 2560 can be adjusted suitable for the body of the user and can improve the wearing comport. In addition, since the elastic band 2560 is connected to the inner skin of the jacket 2500, the elastic band 2560 is not exposed to the exterior, so that the outer appearance of the jacket is not deteriorated. Thus, the inner skin closely adheres to the body of the user and the outer skin is naturally exposed to the exterior.

Meanwhile, although the present embodiment has been described in that the elastic band 2560 is additionally coupled to the inner skin 2530 of the jacket 2500, the present invention is not limited thereto. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the length adjustment member can be additionally coupled to one of an outer surface of the outer skin, an inner surface of the outer skin, and an outer surface of the inner skin of the jacket to closely apply the warm pocket around the waist of the user.

Embodiment 26

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 48.

FIG. 48 is a partially exploded perspective view illustrating a warm pocket of a jacket according to the twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 48, in the jacket 2600 according to the twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention, an inner pocket 2620 and an attachable outer skin 2610a are detachably attached to an outer skin 2610 of the jacket 2600 by means of Velcro devices 2618 and 2628, respectively, so as to form the warm pocket.

According to the twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention, not only the inner pocket 2620, but also the warm pocket can be removed from the jacket 2600 when the warmer is not used. Thus, the user can conveniently use the jacket 2600 as a normal golf suit when the warmer is not necessary.

Meanwhile, although the present embodiment has been described in that the inner pocket and the attachable member are detachably coupled to the outer skin 2710 of the jacket to form the warm pocket, the present invention is applicable for various jackets having the warm pocket formed by the attachable member. In addition, slide fasteners, buttons, or adhesion tapes can be used instead of the Velcro tapes.

In addition, it is also possible to detachably couple the inner pocket only.

That is, the structure according to the twenty-sixth embodiment of the present invention is applicable for the jacket having a single-layer structure or a dual-layer structure including the inner skin and the outer skin. In this case, the warm pocket can be detachably coupled to the jacket.

That is, in the case where the jacket has the single-layer structure, an attachable outer skin or an attachable inner skin is coupled to an outer surface or an inner surface of the jacket to form the warm pocket. At this time, the attachable outer skin or the attachable inner skin can be detachably coupled to the jacket by means of a Velcro tape or a fastener tape.

In addition, in the jacket having the single-layer structure or the dual-layer structure including the outer skin and the inner skin, the warm pocket is formed by coupling a pocket member including a pocket inner skin and a pocket outer skin to the outer skin of the jacket. At this time, the pocket member is detachably coupled to the jacket by means of the above coupling unit. Thus, the warm pockets having various structures, such as the single-layer structure or the dual-layer structure, can be detachably coupled to the jacket.

Embodiment 27

Hereinafter, a jacket according to a twenty-seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 49.

As shown in FIG. 49, the jacket 2700 according to the twenty-seventh embodiment of the present invention includes a slide fastener 2719 which is applied to an opening as a fastening unit. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, but a button or a Velcro tape can be used instead of the slide 2719.

According to the twenty-seventh embodiment of the present invention, the warm pocket of the jacket 2700 can be sealed, so that the aesthetic appearance of the jacket 2700 can be improved and the warming efficiency of the warming pocket can be enhanced.

The fastening unit of the twenty-seventh embodiment of the present invention is applicable for first to twenty-sixth embodiments of the present invention.

Other Embodiments

Although embodiments 1 to 27 have been described, the present invention is not limited thereto, but can be embodied by combining at least one of the above embodiments as described below.

Preferably, the whole inner skin or a part of the inner skin of the jacket, the warm pocket, or the inner pocket is made from a flexible material to accommodate warmers having various sizes therein.

In addition, the opening port formed in the inner pocket to receive the warmer can be equipped with a fastening member, such as a Velcro tape or a slide fastener, so as to prevent the warmer from unintentionally coming out of the inner pocket.

The fastening member includes, but not exclusively, a slide fastener, a Velcro fastener, a button, or a clip.

If the warmer is put into the inner pocket, the warmer is located between the inner pocket and the inner skin. In addition, since the inner skin is made from a flexible member, heat generated from the warmer can be effectively transferred to the body of the user.

In addition, since the inner pocket is coupled to the inner skin, the inner pocket may not exert a bad influence upon the outer skin even if the inner pocket sags downward due to the weight of the warmer accommodated therein, so the aesthetic appearance or the wearing comport of the jacket may not be deteriorated.

In addition, the warm pocket can be selectively formed on the front part or the rear part of the jacket, or can be simultaneously formed on both the front and rear parts of the jacket, and a sewing section can be provided at the center of the warm pocket to divide the warm pocket into left and right pocket parts.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

Although a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

For instance, the shape of the warm pocket may not be limited to the rectangular shape, but may be variously designed according to the shape of the jacket.

Claims

1. A jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein

the attachable member is coupled to an outer surface of an outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the outer surface of the outer skin of the jacket, or the attachable member is coupled to an inner surface of the outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the inner surface of the outer skin of the jacket, in which openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket

2. The jacket as claimed in claim 1, wherein an intermediate member is interposed between the attachable member and a predetermined portion of the jacket corresponding to the attachable member, and the attachable member is coupled to the jacket by means of the intermediate member.

3. The jacket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the attachable member is closely coupled to the outer skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at a lateral side of the attachable member such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

4. A jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein

the attachable member is coupled to an outer surface of an inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the outer surface of the inner skin of the jacket, or the attachable member is coupled to an inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket on the inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket, in which openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

5. The jacket as claimed in claim 4, wherein an intermediate member is interposed between the attachable member and a predetermined portion of the jacket corresponding to the attachable member, and the attachable member is coupled to the jacket and the inner skin is coupled to an outer skin by means of the intermediate member.

6. The jacket as claimed in claim 4, wherein the attachable member is closely coupled to the inner skin of the jacket to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at a lateral side of the attachable member such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

7. A jacket having a warm pocket formed by coupling an attachable member to the jacket, wherein

the attachable member is coupled to one of an outer surface of an outer skin, an inner surface of the outer skin, an outer surface of an inner skin, and an inner surface of the inner skin of the jacket, the attachable member has a box shape, and openings are formed at both sides of the attachable member to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

8. A jacket having a dual-layer structure of an inner skin and an outer skin, wherein the inner skin is coupled to the outer skin to form a warm pocket, and openings are formed at both sides of the warm pocket to allow a user to put both hands into the warm pocket.

9. The jacket as claimed in claim 8, wherein an intermediate member is interposed between the inner and outer skins constituting the warm pocket, and the inner skin is coupled to the outer skin by means of the intermediate member.

10. The jacket as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inner skin is closely coupled to the outer skin to form the warm pocket closely to the jacket, or a height adjustment section is formed at lateral side sections of the inner and outer skins such that the warm pocket is spaced apart from the jacket.

11. The jacket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein an inner pocket formed at one side thereof with an opening port for receiving a warmer is coupled to an inner surface of the warmer pocket.

12. The jacket as claimed in claim 11, wherein the warm pocket, the inner skin of the jacket, or a part of the inner skin includes a flexible material.

13. The jacket as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 10, wherein the inner skin is divided into a front inner skin corresponding to an abdomen of a user and a rear inner skin corresponding to a back of the user, and the front inner skin is coupled to the rear inner skin by means of a Velcro tape.

14. The jacket as claimed in claim 13, wherein a lateral opening section equipped with an opening/closing unit is formed at a lateral side section of the jacket where a front part meets a rear part of the jacket, in such a manner that a user is able to couple the front inner skin to the rear inner skin by putting a hand into the lateral opening section.

15. The jacket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a length adjustment member capable of adjusting a length thereof is further coupled to one of both sides of the warm pocket of the jacket, the outer surface of the outer skin, the inner surface of the outer skin, the outer surface of the inner skin, and the inner surface of the inner skin so as to closely apply the warm pocket around a waist of the user.

16. The jacket as claimed in claim 15, wherein the length adjustment member is detachably coupled to one of both sides of the warm pocket of the jacket, the outer surface of the outer skin, the inner surface of the outer skin, the outer surface of the inner skin, and the inner surface of the inner skin.

17. The jacket as claimed in claim 15, wherein a lateral opening section equipped with an opening/closing unit is formed at a lateral side section of the jacket where a front part meets a rear part of the jacket, in such a manner that a user is able to adjust the length adjustment member by putting a hand into the lateral opening section.

18. The jacket as claimed in claim 11, wherein a detachable member is provided at a lower portion of the attachable member or a lower portion of the inner pocket of the jacket in such a manner that the attachable member or the inner pocket is detachably coupled to the jacket or the warm pocket, respectively.

19. The jacket as claimed in claim 11, wherein a fastening member is formed in the opening of the warm pocket or in an inlet of the inner pocket so as to selectively open/close the warm pocket or the inner pocket.

20. The jacket as claimed in claim 19, wherein the fastening member includes one selected from the group consisting of a slide fastener, a Velcro fastener, and a button.

21. The jacket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a lateral inner portion of the outer skin of the jacket is opened such that the user is able to put a hand into the jacket from a front inner portion to a rear inner portion of the jacket through the opening of the warm pocket.

22. The jacket as claimed in claim 11, wherein the warm pocket is selectively formed on a front part or a rear part of the jacket, or simultaneously formed on both front and rear parts of the jacket.

23. The jacket as claimed in claim 22, wherein the warm pocket is formed with a sewing section, which divides the warm pocket into left and right pocket sections.
