The global population and society is being made increasingly aware of the health dangers and risks of smoking cigarettes/cigars/smokes. Once the taste and sensation of a nicotine smoking habit has been obtained it is very difficult to stop. Many addicts have tried and failed. Consequently, many more complex devices and techniques have developed.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigar

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the Simple-Simulated-Smoking-Kit in the opened position.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the Simple-Simulated-Smoking-Kit in the closed position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Turning first to FIG. 1 there is shown a go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigar 1 of the present invention in a cross sectional perspective elevation which includes an outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2, two-identical-ends 3, and an inner-tubular-like-passageway 4.

The outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 is, for purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, a material considered go-green, organic, semi-rigid, non-toxic and consumer friendly. Inexpensive thin paper cardboard is preferred, but other possible materials including paper cardboard of thicker dimensions are possible within the limits of the claimed invention.

The outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 is, for purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, of dimensions having the length and circumference to simulate the size, shape and weight of well-known regular cigarettes-smokes-cigars. However, other smaller or larger dimensions may be embodied to simulate minor variations in other global tobacco smoking products.

The outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 is, for purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, to resemble the feel in your mouth of a conventional cigarette-smoke-cigar. Pliable means a durometer of approximately one hundred A-Scale, however other pliable specific barrel-like tubing's may be used. It is not a short plastic straw which has the wrong feel and taste; there is a need for closer simulation of the well-known existing tobacco smoking products in the global marketplace.

The outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 has, for purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, an appearance design color well known as a plain white/off white/cream to resemble the appearance of a conventional cigarette with no filter. However other design colors such as brown may be embodied to simulate cigars, or coffee for and other tobacco smoking products.

The two-identical-ends 3 of the outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 is, for purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, cleanly cut, unfinished and unembellished two-identical-ends 3. This in order so that there is no right or wrong end, either is possible for insertion into the mouth to simulate the sensation of the smoking habit. The two-identical-ends 3 of the outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2 are not tapered, not filtered, not finished, not flavor-added and not decorative as per other prior art.

The inner-tubular-like-passageway 4 is, for the purposes of the preferred embodiment description of this invention, of a circular dimension of eighty to ninety percent free space running the whole way through the entire length of the outer-pliable-barrel-like-tubing 2. In other words, it is a simple, hollow, circular, core passageway manufactured inexpensively and well-known in the prior art. The inner-tubular-like-passageway 4 is of a dimension to permit the free flow of air-oxygen through the inner-tubular-like-passageway 4 so that the addict feels the sensation of inhalation and simulated-smoking. The inner tubular-like passageway 4 is not complicated, not filtered, not filled, not embellished, not flavor-added and not decorative as per well-known other prior art.

The go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigar 1 of the present invention has a material, dimension, feel, appearance, ends and passageway structure designed so that the cost of manufacturing and production is simple, minimal and inexpensive. This in turn lowers the cost to the consumers worldwide, increases the disposability of the product and increases the volume usable. As an example, for those addicts in less financial countries that may wish to quit and simulate the habit of smoking 50 cigarettes-a-day, an economically produced and readily available simulated-smoking-kit of approximately 10-100 go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigar 1 a day may be within the financial resources of the smoker and satisfy the quantity of urges-cravings of nicotine addiction.

Turning to FIG. 2 there is shown a Simple-Simulated-Smoking-Kit 10 comprising a go-green-organic-simple-container-carton-box 11 and a plurality of go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigars 1 positioned there within. For the purposes of the preferred description of this invention, the go-green-organic-simple-simulated-cigarette-smoke-cigars 1 total approximately fifteen in number and are of substantially a length so that they establish a predetermined height or elevation within the go-green-organic-simple-container-carton-box 11.

In general terms, the go-green-organic-simple-container-carton-box 11 is of the well known type that constitutes a relatively stiff-rigid-firm or semi-stiff-rigid-firm container-carton-box like packaging with a movable open-closed cover-top-lid 13 structure selectively pivoted relative to the hand-held-securable-base 14 structure of the go-green-organic-simple-container-carton-box 11 between the open position illustrated in FIG. 2 and closed positions as illustrated in FIG. 3.

In operation, the cover-top-lid 13 is supported for pivotal articulation between the open and closed positions by the live-hinge 19 which connects the cover-top-lid 13 with the rear-wall 18 structure, formed integrally with the entire container package, being made from a simple and inexpensive single die-cut blank well known in the packaging prior art. Further in operation, the lower edges of the side-walls of the cover-top-lid 13 incline forwardly and downwardly from the live-hinge 19 to provide seating edges complimentary is slope and disposition so as to firmly engage when the cover-top-lid 13 is closed as shown in FIG. 3.

Other components of the Simple-Simulated-Smoking-Kit 10 include a hand-held-securable-base 14 structure, a bottom-wall 15 structure not shown, a front-wall 16 structure, a side-wall 17 structure, and a rear-wall 18 structure not shown. For the purposes of the preferred description of this invention, the go-green-organic-simple-container-carton-box 11 is cut from a single piece of go-green-organic material and scored, then folded into the box like form and fixed in such configuration by overlying flaps adhesively secured to each other, all in accordance with standard simple and inexpensive practice well known in the prior art.

In the foregoing specification an embodiment of the invention has been set forth for purposes of adequate disclosure thereof. It will be apparent, however, to those skilled in the art that numerous minor changes and variations may be made in the details without intending to limit the scope of the invention or depart from the spirit and principles of the invention.
