A gas burner head used for a gas stove and being provided with a kindling pipe, the kindling pipe is fixed on a burner head, the lower end of the kindling pipe is an gas intake port, while the higher end of the kindling pipe is an gas out take port, the gas intake port is aimed at fire holes of the burner head; and the gas out take port is aligned with the ignitor the kindling pipe, by a return flame of the kindling pipe, the present invention can get an object that the high level ignitor kindles the burner head at the low level through the kindling pipe; a consumer can thus change the position of the burner head at a low level to a position that can accept the function of ignition of the high level ignitor by himself according to his habit or requirement; such a process of operation needs no tool, and thus has the advantage of simplicity of operation and convenience of use.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a burner head of a gas stove, and especially to a burner head which is convenient for a user to change for another burner head with a different height for ignition.
2. Description of the Prior Art
As shown in
The above stated low level burner head and high level burner head are little different in roasting foods, people generally choose between them and change for different burner heads according to their fondness of using and their cooking habits. Particularly for roasting stoves, because of difference of foods for roasting, the burner heads people need are different, and thereby rate of changing burner heads is higher.
Some manufacturers of roasting stoves provide two or multiple burner heads in one roasting stove for the convenience of use of consumers, but as stated above, heights for ignition of infrared burner heads are different from other styles of burner heads, and requirements in use of consumers and habits are different, hence some manufacturers of roasting stoves designed ignitor fixing racks of different heights to fix ignitors of different heights, and for burner heads with different heights of ignition.
This mode of using ignitor fixing racks to change heights of ignitors nearly can solve the above problem of difference of heights of ignition theoretically; however, changing heights of ignitors has certain degree of danger, and is very inconvenient for common users. Therefore, there are igniting devices added with kindling pipes on infrared burner heads in the markets now, they can help ignition of high level burner heads using the low level ignitors, they do not need to change the positions of ignitors, so that users can change for new burner heads by themselves.
However, the burner head structures designed in the prior art can only applicable for low level ignitors to kindle high level burner heads, but they are unable applied for high level ignitors to kindle low level burner heads. I.e., if a user changes the position of a low level burner head to that of a high level burner head, the ignitor on a roasting stove is unable to kindle the burner head.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe technical problem that the present invention is to solve under the present state of technique is to provide a gas burner head that can make the burner head at a low level be kindled by a high level ignitor.
The technical measure that the present invention uses to solve the stated technical problem is to provide a kindling pipe which is fixed on a burner head, the lower end of the kindling pipe is a gas intake port, while the higher end of the kindling pipe is a gas out take port, the gas intake port is aimed at fire holes on the front end of the burner head, and the gas out take port is aligned with the ignitor.
When a combustion gas valve is opened to allow combustion gas to be released from the burner head, the combustion gas can flow from the kindling pipe to the gas out take port at the higher end, at this time, the ignitor can kindle the combustion gas released from the gas out take port of the kindling pipe, a return flame goes reversely to the burner head through the gas intake port of the kindling pipe, hence the high level ignitor can kindle the burner head at the low level through the kindling pipe; when in use, a consumer can thus change the position of the burner head at the low level to a position that can accept the function of ignition of the high level ignitor by himself according to his habit or requirement. Particularly, such a process of operation needs no tool, and thus has the advantage of simplicity and convenience of operation.
When in practicing, the shape of the kindling pipe can be linear or curved; it needs only that the gas intake port of the kindling pipe faces to the burner head, and the gas out take port is aligned with the ignitor.
Certainly, the shape of the kindling pipe had better be coincident with the style of the burner head in designing, when the burner head is linear in shape, the kindling pipe chosen can be linear in shape too, the end having the gas intake port of the kindling pipe is fixed on the burner head, and the end having the gas out take port of the kindling pipe is fixed on a fixing rack; the modes of fixing of the end having the gas out take port and the fixing rack can be chosen from soldering, screw fixing, drilling hole, tapping etc. such as according to the type of the burner head and the practical requirement. The fixing rack can be fixed on the burner head, it has the function of, in addition to fixing the kindling pipe, raising the kindling pipe, so that the height of the gas out take port can be matched with that of the high level ignitor.
In order to fast and smoothly return the flame, when the burner head is of a “U” pipe style, the shape of the kindling pipe is preferably curved, the shape includes “U”, “V” etc., the curved kindling pipe has two ends fixed on the two lateral sides of the burner head, its upper surface is provided with an air exhausting hole, the air exhausting hole is exactly the gas out take port of the kindling pipe, and the air exhausting hole is aligned with the ignitor; besides, the number of the air exhausting hole can be plural that are lined linearly on the surface of the “U” or “V” shaped kindling pipe.
In comparison with the prior art, the present invention is to provide a kindling pipe on a low level burner head with an gas out take port which is aligned with a kindling pipe of an ignitor; by flame returning from the kindling pipe, the high level ignitor can kindle the burner head at the low level, and a consumer can change the position of the burner head at the low level to a position that can accept the function of ignition of the high level ignitor by himself according to his habit or requirement, this changes the situation that a high level burner head can only be changed to a position corresponds to that of a low level ignitor, and solves the problem of inability of kindling when the low level burner head is changed to a position for accepting the function of ignition of the high level ignitor. In the process of changing position, no tool is required, thus operation for it is simple and convenient without help of a professional person.
The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
