Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a shot ball for a pneumatic gun, and in particular to a shot ball for a pneumatic gun which can be used for a survival game, a crime prevention, a self-protection or a demonstrator suppression as a shot ball is fired and explodes on an object, so a paint or a tear liquid filled in the interior of the shot ball is coated on an object or is sprayed around an object.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, a survival game is told that persons or groups are divided, and the divided persons or groups fire a paint ball filled with paint while moving in a mountain or a building by using a pneumatic gun for thereby playing like a simulation war game.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a cross section structure of a conventional paint ball for a survival game.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional paint ball 100 for a survival game comprises an outer skin 110 which is formed as two semi-spheres made of a gelatin material are bonded with each other while forming a breaking line 111, and a fluorescent paint 120 filled in the outer skin 110.

In case of the above conventional paint ball 100 for a survival game, the paint ball is designed to break by means of a certain external impact. So, when a paint ball is not fired to an object by using a pneumatic gun, for example, when it drops down on the ground by mistake, an external impact is directly transferred to the object by means of a pneumatic gun, so the outer skin 100 may be broken, and the fluorescent paint 120 filled in the paint ball may be leaked.

As the outer skin 110 is made of a gelatin which is weak to water, when the conventional paint ball 100 for a survival game contacts with water, the outer skin 110 is melted, so the fluorescent paint 120 filled in the paint ball 100 leaks to the outside.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shot ball for a pneumatic gun in which an outer skin is not easily broken by means of an external impact, so a filled stuff filled in the outer skin is stably stored.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a shot ball for a pneumatic gun in which an outer skin is stably protected even when water contacts with an outer skin.

To achieve the above objects, there is provided a shot ball for a pneumatic gun which comprises an outer skin which forms a breaking line as its two parts contact with each other; a stuff which is filled in the interior of the outer skin; and a shock absorbing cover which is attached to the outer skin and absorbs an external impact.

There is further provided a waterproof film which is formed as a waterproof paint is painted on the whole outer surfaces of the outer skin.

The shock absorbing cover is attached to both sides of the outer skin with respect to the breaking line in a state that the breaking line is exposed to the outside.

The outer skin is formed in a ball shape.

The outer skin is formed in a bullet shape.

The stuff is a fluorescent paint containing a fluorescent material.

The stuff is a tear liquid.

The stuff contains an ultraviolet ray sensitive light emission material.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

According to a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention, as a shock absorbing cover made of a silicon material is attached to an outer surface of an outer skin, even when a certain external impact is applied to the outer skin, the impact is substantially absorbed and transferred to the outer skin, so the outer skin is not easily broken, and the stuff stored in the outer skin is stably stored.

It should be appreciated that since a waterproof paint is painted on the whole outer surfaces of the outer skin, even when water contacts with the outer skin, the outer skin is reliably stored without damages.

It should be appreciated that when an outer skin is made in a bullet shape, a hit rate with respect to an object is significantly enhanced.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;

FIG. 1 is a cross sectional view illustrating a conventional paint ball for a survival game;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to another embodiment of the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to another embodiment of the present invention.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view illustrating a shot ball for a pneumatic gun according to another embodiment of the present invention.

An outer skin 10, 10′ of a shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention is not easily broken by means of an external impact, so a stuff 20 stored in the outer skin 10, 10′ can be reliably stored, and even when the outer skin 10, 10′ contacts with water, the outer skin 10 can be stably stored. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the shot ball 1, 1′ comprises an outer skin 10, 10′ forming a breaking like 11, 11′, a stuff 20 stored in the outer skin 10, 10′, and a shock absorbing cover 30 which is attached to both sides of the outer skin 10, 10′ for absorbing the external impact.

Here, the outer skin 10, 10′ forms a certain casing for storing the stuff 20 therein and is preferably made of a gelatin material for minimizing the impact applied to a certain object when the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun is fired to a certain object. The outer skins 10 and 10′ are contacted with each other and are bonded while automatically forming a breaking line 11, 11′ along its center.

A stress created by means of the impact as the shot ball 1, 1′ hits the object is focused on the breaking line 11, 11′, and the outer skin 10, 10′ is broken along the breaking line 11, 11′, so the stuff 20 stored in the outer skin 10, 10′ leaks to the outside.

As shown in FIG. 3, the semi-spheres of the outer skin 10, 10′ are contacted with other and are bonded like the paint ball used for a conventional survival game, and then the breaking 11 is formed along its center line for thereby forming a ball shaped outer skin 10, 10′. According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a bullet head shaped outer skin portion and a bullet body shaped outer portion are contacted with each other and are bonded, so a bullet shaped outer skin is made while forming a breaking line 11 along a surrounding surface of a bullet as shown in FIG. 10′.

In case of the bullet shaped outer skin 10′, it might be used for a crime prevention, a self-protection or a demonstrator suppression purpose. In this case, it is advantageous that a hit rate might be significantly enhanced depending on a fluidic mechanical characteristic based on the bullet shaped outer skin, and a flying distance of the same might be significantly enhanced.

The stuff 20 is filled in the outer skin 10, 10′. Here, the stuff 20 corresponds to a functional liquid, which works against the object depending on the use of the shot ball 1, 1′. When the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention is used for a survival game gun, it may be made of a fluorescent paint including a fluorescent material, and when the bullet 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention is used for a crime prevention, a self-protection or a demonstrator suppression gas fun, it might be generally made of a tear liquid.

An ultraviolet ray sensitive light emission material is preferably contained in the stuff 20. When the ultraviolet ray sensitive light emitting material is exposed to an ultraviolet ray emitted from an ultraviolet ray lamp, it emits a certain color, so the object hit by the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention can be easily recognized, which leans to an easier and reliable capture and chase of an object. The ultraviolet ray sensitive light emitting material may be an ultraviolet ray sensitive powder (UV powder) or a UV sensitive paint.

The shock absorbing cover 30 is attached to both sides of the outer skin 10, 10′. The shock absorbing cover 30 reliably absorbs an impact created as the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention falls down on the ground and transfers to the outer skin for thereby preventing the outer skin 10, 10′ from being broken by means of a certain external impact. It is preferably made of a silicon material for reliable shock absorption.

In case of the ball shaped outer skin 10, the shock absorbing cover 30 is attached with the same thickness, so the whole ball shape is maintained. In case of the bullet shaped outer skin 10′, the bullet head is thicker than other portions for thereby enhancing a hit rate with respect to the object.

It is preferred that the shock absorbing cover 30 is attached to both sides using an adhesive with respect to the breaking line 11, 11′, so the outer skin 10, 10′ can be easily broken when the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention is fired from a pneumatic gun and is hit on the object, and then the stuff 20 can leak to the outside. In this case, the breaking line 11, 11′ is exposed to the outside in a state that the shock absorbing cover 30 is attached.

It is preferred that the water proof film 40 is formed on the whole outer surfaces of the outer skin 10, 10′ for preventing the outer skin 10, 10′, generally made of a gelatin material, from contacting with water and melting and flowing down by reliably avoiding water from directly contacting with the outer skin 10, 10′. A waterproof paint containing an epoxy, a polyurethane or something is coated on the whole outer surfaces of the outer skin 10, 10′.

Since the shock absorbing cover 30 is attached to the outer side of the outer skin 10, 10′ of the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention, even when an undesired external impact is applied to the outer skin 10, 10′, the undesired external impact is reliably absorbed and is transferred to the outer skin, so the outer skin 10, 10′ is not easily broken by an undesired external impact, and the stuff stored in the outer skin 10, 10′ can be reliably stored therein.

In the shot ball 1, 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention, since the waterproof film 40 is formed on the whole outer surfaces of the outer skin 10, 10′ by means of a waterproof paint, even when the outer skin 10, 10′ contacts with water, the outer skin 10, 10′ is not damaged by water and is stably and reliably stored.

In case of the shot ball 1′ for a pneumatic gun according to the present invention having a bullet shaped outer skin 10′, it should be appreciated that a hit rate with respect to a certain object is significantly enhanced, and a flying distance can be also significantly enhanced.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
