Description

The invention relates to an electronically releasable boot for a sport-utensil bike and more integrated as example shown in the FIGURE in a ski, moveably held by a support in the boot, that can electronically release the boot from the utensil-connection by sensors or by order remote controlled.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The connection of a boot with a sport-utensil like a bike and more is realized by means of an inelastic plastic boot received by, for example a sprung mechanical ski binding components, so that the boot can be held in the sprung movable binding components during use and can be deflected by dynamic force out of the movable binding components. In case of a accident by bike also by a cardoor, or for example after the end of skiing, such mechanical binding with the fully set force must be opened powerfully, by means of a physical lever system to release a boot. Such boot-connection with a sport-utensil like a ski, is in most cases rigidly mounted with screws on the ski and works by a physical lever system, and is adjusted to the weight by setting the spring pre-tension. That has the disadvantage for such a lever system for example by a ski and more, even by a cardoor due to the disadvantageous design, to much friction and for lack of current, cannot be electronically controlled release and can only be deflected along the control curve designed for that purpose, and cannot distinguish between a shock or danger and opens always at the limit of its guidance. For example on ski was again repeatedly confirmed on Feb. 2, 2005 at the world championship in Bormeo by the US-racer Bode Miller in the combined downhill race, whose ski binding released unintendedly after a shock. For example a bike-pedal or a ski-binding process is always dynamically controlled, with strongly affects for opening mechanically by danger in case of the slightest change by temperature, dirt and/or wear. And moreover, the 4-kg binding burden the skier by carrying the ski, the stiff ski boots impede him when walking and they are no more up to the current state of the art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

As conscientious researched no PCT-patent works like described in this patent specifications, as integration electronically releasable system for a bike, ski and more, with a low-friction semi-rigid machine roller structure integrated in a boot and more, which allows to use the electronic for further improvement in many utensil-connection and control it as follows: An electronically releasable system shown in the FIGURE for example as a ski-boot-connection-unit, that has a roller-locking-telescope 4 engages by a springpressed projecting boot sole- or heel-profil 4, new to work against the moveable heelpart 4A with a gate guide to realize in every used skibindings-connection to 6, 5+10 and more utensils, which supported in a semi-rigid manner via a movable roller locking 7A in the locking-device 7 in the boot 1, so that by danger, fall or an overstrain of muscular power from the thigh leg to the foot into the boot is automatically electronically detected and transmitted, to release the boot springpressed over 4A against 6 over the electronic-unit A-F, frequency-controlled, exactly statically before an overstrain occurs and before a dynamic gate deflection at 5+6 occurs, can be release electronically triggered by command and the system can be protected by a code against improper use.

The underlying problem of the invention, namely to integrate a boot for example with a ski, bike, cardoor and more products in such a manner that higher safety from the large number of user injuries can be achieved, by means of an electronic control, for example like the ABS in cars, a boot and more can in addition also be released from a ski, bike and more, by a manual command in case of danger or an accident, so that more safety can be guaranteed, is solved in the following manner:

A semi-rigid telescope 4 new with 4A integrated into an electronically releasable product 1, release at 5% less than the force set via sensors 2+3 or radio command frequency-controlled by the electronics unit A-F, through a magnet 9+9A electronically, without distortion a movable locking piece 7A out of its locking 7 in a frame, release the connection 4A out of 6 before an accident, crash or overstrain occurs in addition a boot or other connection part 1, and 5% above the force set can dynamically deflect along the control curve out of the supports or other connection 5+6 within the limits of the DIN/ISO standard, the connected part can in accordance with the TUEV test-specifications be manually released from the sport-utensil 10, and in case of a power failure, over the mechanism 5A-5B extended by 9A releasing the locking piece 7A out of the locking device 7 as system shown in the FIGURE. In case of danger a binding for bike, ski or a cardoor, the user must be ripped open by a crash or accident with full force of standart to release, which often causes partially fractured bones or ligament to be completely broken. By means of a remote control, the user release his boot, bike and more himself by order, before, after, or without an accident, secure without any force and hurt.

The force set according to the body weight, designated as Z-number, which is shown on the transmitter display transmitted controlled over transponder. The electronic device must, just like the remote-controlled cardoor, be designed in such a manner that it is easy to understand for the user and the function is visible, so that the user will buy and use the electronically releasable system for his safety. When carrying skis with a usual mechanical binding, add's 2 kg of weight per ski, 4 kg for a pair, by means over the electronically releasable boot integrated in a unit by ski over the supports 5+6 safe's the weight of the old metal-binding. And an indispensable heightening of the soles of this ski boot provides the further advantage, that the boot reduces an unwanted sticking in the snow in an inclined position. A conventional mechanical binding by ski based on the physical lever principle with movable parts on the front and rear, due to the many movable parts, the friction that is to high, can never be electronically released from the sport-utensil ski, bike and more, as is generally known in physics, without this releasable rollerlocksystem as example in this boot. Also while standing the sensors on the boot-front-side 2 or other products scan a horizontal, vertical and diagonal deflection and decide, about a releasing from or going on with the sport-apparatus 10. The force and electronics setting by 4, 3+2 is electronically transmitted to the dial 4B and shown on a transmitter-display, so that the frequency and/or over an angle from the thigh leg to the foot in the boot is controlled, can measured and transmitted in a protected manner, further knee injury is prevented electronically controlled reduced by 5% less, so that the force set of the DIN/ISO standard can be fulfilled, because you can always open by order electronically, and additional with 5 % more than the force set, the electronically releasable boot will still dynamically released over the the mechanical binding from ski, bikes or other sport-utensil and that in case of a power failure, the locking piece 7A can be released by hand from the locking device 7 by shifting the mechanism 5A-5B extended by 9A as prescribed by TUEV.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The FIGURE demonstrates the system of a ski-integration, suitable for a bike-pedal-intregration and more.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENT

In the FIGURE, the numbers are assigned as follows: 1 to a boot-sole, 2 to the sensors integrated in a boot-sole, 3 to the sensor on the movably guided telescopic part 4, which new supported over the springpressed and moveable part 4 connected new with 4A supported to 6 or in every bindung. Either by the electronics A-F or by the sensors 2 and more, the setting values are electronically transmitted to a transmitter and shown on a dial 4B (not shown in the FIGURE) and upon response of a sensor or manual command given via the remote control, over a signal is given frequency-controlled via the electronics A,B,C,D,E,F, fed by batteries 8, for operating the magnet armature 9A in the magnet 9 for unlocking the locking-piece 7A within the roller locking unit, whereby the telescope 4 works new springpressed against 4A to support 6 to release first out of the support 7 in the boot, so that after the boot get vertically (V) accordingly released from the sport-utensil over 5, 6+10.

In case of a horizontal triggering, referenced as H, the boot is guided via the rollers in support 5 up to a limit stop, is stopped there, measured by sensor and get decided and unlocked electronically by A-F, so that an unwanted false triggering in the front-parts of conventional movable bindings is not possible. The invention as sport-utensil ski is altogether referenced as unit with 1, 5, 6+10 and can in this system also be used suitable for a bike-boot-pedal-integration, cardoor and more product-integration and can over sensor's 2+3 automatically, or over any kind of order remote controlled, like the cardoor-key, new over the moveable part 4A connected against the springpressed tele-pin 4, only over the pressed springpower now release out of support 6 or any kind of binding, without any hurt.

In case of a failure of the electronic system, it is possible to release the boot dynamically in a merely mechanical manner under a higher force by the radiuses on the boot over the supports 5+6 and in addition a boot 1 can be manually released from the locking 7 by shifting the roller locking device 7A by means of the mechanism 5A-5B extended by 9A.

The electronics integrated in a boot shown in the FIGURE, A the transmitter, B the encoding, C the wireless radio signal to receiver D that is decoded by E and, through the frequency-controlled electronic circuit F, gives fed by batteries 8, a signal to a magnet 9/9A by which the locking piece 7A can be released from the locking 7 following out of the support 5+6 set to a small residual force of the return spring. According to DIN/ISO standards, it must be possible for safety alternatively separate a boot release from the sport-unit by mechanical means, which can be solved by shifting the mechanism 5A-5B extended by 9A for releasing 7A from 7, following by means new the trigger works over the telescope-pin 4 springpressed connected against 4A to release a boot and more by electronic or by mechanic out of supports 5+6. A function and setting indication can be read on the transmitter-display controlled by a transponder.
