Description
A. INVENTION DESCRIPTION

Based upon the inventor's description and any outside research that may be pertinent, I will describe the basic overall shape and design of Birdman.

Materials of which the invention would be produced also will be highlighted where appropriate.

The design of Birdman calls for plastic, metal and rubber as its major components.

Birdman would consist of a large doll 12 inches in height like G.I. Joe or Ken or Barbie, molded from plastic soft rubber and hard rubber.

The doll will have a muscular body, two moveable purple wings with orange wings tips attached to the upper body and a head in proportion to his body. His hair is purple with a fade type hair cut and he wears a pair of orange plastic glasses/goggles over the eyes. The doll would be dressed in a purple body suit, belt and orange/purple boots.

The doll would also be decorated with a logo, consisting of the outlined of a diamond with an upper-case “B” inside the diamond.

The logo would be on the doll's chest, the dolls belt buckle and on the front of each boot shank.

The doll would have superhuman abilities such as the ability to fly like a F-15 fighter jet and to blind enemies, revealing a powerful light beam. The doll would also have a knowledge of karate to be able to defend itself from enemies. However the basic forms and function of this invention may be varied or modified so that the application of Birdman could be broader than originally envisioned.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The function of the product is to be activated doll 12 inches in height, that is part man and part bird in design and appearance.

The product consists of a doll which resembles a man in size and has wings that work. In the words of the inventor, “he files very fast because he has wings like a bird. The product would be made from plastic, hard rubber, soft flexible rubber, the head of the doll could be equipped with orange tinted acrylic plastic eyes and a miniature halogen bulb wired to a battery pack/compartment in the back. This design would allow the doll's eyes to glow in the dark.

Care should be taken however, that the acrylic plastic goggles be firmly embedded into the doll to prevent toddlers from removing and swallowing the goggles and whatever else is required to make it a success.
