SAFETY LOLLIPOP HOLDER

A safety lollipop holder includes a tube (2) extending around a longitudinal axis (10) to take a lollipop stick (11) with a lollipop sweet (12) on one end of this stick (11), a collar (3) in the vicinity of the proximal end (17) of the tube (2), the collar (3) extending radially and being larger in shape and radial dimensions than the dimensions of a child's mouth, and a main body (1). The holder includes an element (4) for the one-way clamping of a lollipop stick (11) held in the tube (2), the clamping element (4) being designed to clamp this stick (11) in the lengthwise direction inside the tube (2) and prevent the stick (11) from being removed axially from the proximal end (17) of the tube (2), so that a child cannot withdraw the lollipop from the lollipop holder through this proximal end (17).

Description

The invention relates to a safety lollipop holder. A safety lollipop holder according to the invention is, in particular, intended to protect children with a view to preventing any risk of injury resulting from the consumption of a lollipop.

According to the Bulletin Epidémiologique Hebdomadaire (Weekly Epidemiological Bulletin) No. 19-20/2004 of the Institut de Veille Sanitaire du Ministère de la Santé et de la protection Sociale (French Institute for Public Health Surveillance of the Ministry of Health and Social Security), everyday accidents represent more than 12% of reasons for hospital admissions and almost 10% of government health expenditure. In children under the age of 5 years old, 61% of injuries caused by an everyday accident relate to the head. These injuries are caused, in particular, by children running with a pencil or a lollipop in the mouth and the pencil or lollipop perforating the palate of the children during a fall or the child choking. In this regard, some establishments have placed lollipops on the list of objects which are forbidden in school.

U.S. Pat. No. 6,375,236 discloses a protection device for lollipops. According to this document, a protective handle for lollipops comprises a main body in two parts, a lower part and an upper part comprising a central opening designed to receive a stick of a lollipop and a planar portion perpendicular to the stick which has dimensions designed to cover the mouth of a child so as to prevent the introduction of the stick into the throat of a child. The lower part also comprises a central opening aligned with the central opening of the upper part so that it may grip the lower end of the lollipop stick to hold it in position.

In reality, this known device only provides a small degree of protection for the child. In particular, nothing prevents a child from removing the lollipop from the protective handle and, moreover, from being exposed to the same risks as in the absence of the protective handle. Moreover, as the protective handle is often decorated with attractive and amusing patterns, such as characters, animals, etc. a child is encouraged to remove the lollipop from the protective handle to be able to play with said protective handle whilst continuing to suck the lollipop.

The object of the invention is to provide a safety lollipop holder which provides efficient and genuine protection for the child, in particular against the risk of perforating the palate and the risk of choking.

The object of the invention is also a safety lollipop holder which prevents a child from removing the lollipop from the lollipop holder without the assistance of an adult.

The object of the invention is also a lollipop holder which is economical and reusable.

The object of the invention is also a lollipop holder which may serve as a display unit for a lollipop in a shop.

The object of the invention is also a safety lollipop holder which may provide hygienic protection for a lollipop before consumption.

To achieve this object, a safety lollipop holder according to the invention comprises:

    • a tube extending along and around an axis, known as the longitudinal axis, said tube being designed to receive through one of its ends, known as the proximal end, a stick of a lollipop comprising a lollipop sweet arranged at one end of this stick,
    • a collar arranged in the vicinity of said proximal end of said tube and extending radially,
    • a main body arranged about said tube and having a shape and dimensions which are designed so that the hand of a child may grip said main body,
      wherein it comprises means for the one-way clamping of a lollipop stick held in said tube, said clamping means being designed to clamp this stick in the lengthwise direction inside said tube and prevent the stick from being removed axially from the proximal end of said tube, so that a child cannot withdraw the lollipop from the lollipop holder through this proximal end.

A lollipop holder according to the invention thus makes it possible to hold a lollipop in position inside a tube and to protect a child against the risk of perforating his or her palate by the presence of a protective collar arranged at a proximal end of said tube.

Advantageously and according to the invention, said collar has a shape and radial dimensions greater than the dimensions of a mouth of a child having, when fully open, a length in the order of 4 cm and a width in the order of 3 cm, so as to prevent any risk of penetration of the stick of a lollipop held in said tube in the mouth of a child.

Moreover, a lollipop holder according to the invention comprises means for the one-way clamping of a lollipop stick in the lengthwise direction inside said tube, which prevents the withdrawal of the stick through the proximal end. A child is thus not able to remove the lollipop from the lollipop holder, once said lollipop has been positioned inside the tube. A child having a lollipop holder according to the invention is thus no longer subjected, on the one hand, to the risk of perforating his or her palate by the lollipop being driven-in, in particular the lollipop stick inside the throat, nor to the risk of choking and, on the other hand, the temptation of removing the lollipop from the lollipop holder, said lollipop not being able to be removed from the lollipop holder through its proximal end.

The dimensions of the collar according to the invention are advantageously defined so that they prevent the penetration of a stick held in the tube in a mouth of a child having, when fully open, a length of 4 cm and a width of 3 cm. These dimensions correspond to an average mouth of a child aged 10 years old. A lollipop holder according to the invention is thus particularly suitable for a child aged between 2 and 10 years old.

To achieve this object, a collar according to the invention advantageously has a length in the order of 5 cm and a width in the order of 4 cm. The shape of the collar is designed to allow a child to access the lollipop sweet arranged at the end of the lollipop stick, in particular to ensure that the collar is able to bear against the mouth of the child without being obstructed by the nose of the child.

A lollipop holder tube according to the invention may be of any shape or dimension which is compatible with receiving a stick of a lollipop.

Typically, a stick of a lollipop has a shape which is cylindrical, in particular cylindrical with a circular or square transverse cross section. Such a stick is surmounted by a sweet which is able to be of any shape, preferably such that the overall radial spatial requirement of the sweet is greater than the transverse cross section of the stick of the lollipop. The transverse cross section of a tube according to the invention preferably has a shape and radial dimensions similar to that of the stick, so that the tube grips the stick closely. For cylindrical sticks, of circular transverse cross section, the internal diameter of the tube is advantageously selected so as to have a diameter which is less than 10% greater than that of the diameter of the stick.

Advantageously and according to the invention, the tube has a transverse cross section of which the dimensions are smaller than the overall transverse spatial requirement of a lollipop sweet such that the lollipop sweet forms an abutment for holding the lollipop sweet outside said tube so that a child is able to suck said sweet.

The transverse cross section of a tube according to the invention, preferably having radial dimensions less than the overall radial spatial requirement of a sweet of a lollipop arranged fixed to the end of a stick of a lollipop, allows the formation of an abutment for holding the lollipop outside the tube. A child is thus able to suck the lollipop sweet.

The means for one-way clamping according to the invention may be of any type. These clamping means guarantee that a child is not able to remove the lollipop from the lollipop holder.

However, advantageously and according to the invention, these clamping means are designed to permit the displacement of a stick inside said tube from the proximal end to the distal end of said tube, so that the lollipop stick may be removed from the lollipop holder through the distal end of said tube after the lollipop sweet has been consumed.

A lollipop holder according to the invention thus permits the positioning of a stick of a lollipop inside its tube. The clamping means allow the displacement of the stick inside the tube from its proximal end to its distal end. This displacement is preferably blocked by the lollipop sweet which forms an abutment against the tube. Moreover, the clamping means prevent the withdrawal of the stick through the proximal end. Consequently, once a lollipop has been positioned in the lollipop holder tube, said lollipop is fixedly held and may not be dislodged from the tube. However, when the sweet is completely consumed, it is possible to slide the lollipop stick inside the tube, the clamping means allowing the displacement of the stick from the proximal end to the distal end. Consequently, it is possible to eject the lollipop stick through the distal end of the tube and to fit a new lollipop in the tube through the proximal end. In other words, the clamping means according to the invention allow the positioning of lollipops through the proximal end and a withdrawal of the sticks, once the lollipops are finished, through the distal end.

The clamping means may be arranged at different parts of the lollipop holder. They may, in particular, be arranged in the vicinity of the proximal end of the tube, inside the tube, at one end of the tube, etc.

However, advantageously and according to the invention, said clamping means are arranged opposite the distal end of said tube.

This makes it possible to slide a lollipop stick inside the tube and only to encounter the clamping means at the outlet of the tube. To achieve this, the tube preferably has a length which is shorter than the length of a lollipop stick.

Advantageously, and taken in combination with other features, the main body has longitudinal dimensions which are greater than the longitudinal dimensions of the lollipop stick such that the lollipop stick is entirely held inside the main body. In particular, the distal end of the lollipop stick is not accessible and does not risk injuring a child.

According to a variant of the invention, the clamping means are arranged inside the tube and said tube has a longer length than the length of the lollipop stick. A lollipop holder according to this variant provides a high degree of protection, the lollipop stick being entirely held inside the tube and thus completely inaccessible to a child.

These clamping means may be implemented by any means known per se. They may, in particular, comprise gripping claws designed to allow a stick to pass in one direction and to be clamped in the opposing direction. The clamping means are preferably implemented according to the principle of conical wedging.

However, advantageously and according to the invention, the clamping means comprise a resilient disc arranged perpendicular to said longitudinal axis, said disc comprising:

    • a central opening, with an axis coinciding with said longitudinal axis, and radial dimensions which are less than the overall dimensions of the transverse cross section of a stick,
    • at least two continuous radial slots connected to said central opening of the disc and thus defining at least two disc portions arranged on both sides of said slots, said disc portions being designed to fold under the action of pressure exerted by a lollipop stick on the disc, which permits the passage of the lollipop stick through the disc in one direction and blocks the displacement of the stick in the opposite direction.

A disc according to the invention may be made from any type of resilient, flexible material, such as a thermoplastic material, a high-grade metal material, such as high-grade stainless steel, etc.

A disc according to the invention may comprise a variable number of slots defining flexible disc portions. According to one advantageous embodiment, a disc comprises four slots defining four slightly resilient portions serving as claws. According to one embodiment, each slot may comprise an opening formed at the end of the slot opposing the central opening so as to facilitate the flexion of the disc portions as a result of pressure exerted by the stick on the disc.

According to a variant of the invention, a lollipop holder according to the invention comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

A lollipop holder according to this variant of the invention permits, in addition to a withdrawal of the stick through the distal end of the lollipop holder, a withdrawal of a stick through the proximal end of the tube by the cooperation of the means for deactivating the clamping means. Thus, a lollipop holder according to the invention permits the withdrawal of a lollipop from the lollipop holder by an adult, including before the lollipop has been completely consumed, which proves useful and necessary, for example, if a child has dropped the lollipop into a sandpit, making the lollipop unsuitable for consumption. This withdrawal of the lollipop through the proximal end is only possible by the use of at least two combined movements, the deactivation of the clamping means and the withdrawal of the lollipop as such. This dual requirement ensures that it is not able to be implemented by a child under 10 years of age. Said child is thus not able to deactivate the clamping means. Preferably, in order to eliminate any risk of deactivating the clamping means by a child, the passage from the inactive state to the active state of the deactivating means requires the generation of a force greater than the normal thrust force of a child of under 10 years of age. This value is advantageously set at more than 50 N, in particular in the order of 60 N, according to the regulations in force in the field of toys.

These deactivating means may be implemented in different ways and arranged at different locations.

However, advantageously and according to the invention, the main body comprises:

    • a column with an axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis and bearing said resilient disc,
    • a head bearing said tube and said collar, said head being mounted on said column by means of resilient sliding means designed to permit the sliding of said head along the column by pressure exerted by an operator on said head and to bring it into an initial position in the absence of pressure, said sliding action making it possible at the distal end of said tube to exert a pressure on said resilient disc so that the portions of said disc are folded and so that it is possible to release the stick from said resilient disc.

The cooperation of the resilient sliding means for the head and the column of the body of the lollipop holder, according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, constitute the means for deactivating the clamping means.

In particular, a pressure exerted by an operator on the head slides the head along the column. As the tube is borne by the head and as the resilient disc which serves as clamping means is borne by the column, the sliding of the head along the column ensures the displacement of the tube relative to the resilient disc until the tube exerts a pressure on the resilient disc. As the tube grips the stick of the lollipop, the pressure exerted by the tube on the disc separates the edges of the disc and thus releases the stick from the claws formed by these disc edges. Consequently, whilst maintaining this pressure on the head, an operator may withdraw the lollipop through the proximal end. As the sliding means are resilient, if the operator releases the pressure on the head, the tube is separated from the resilient disc and the resilient disc is closed again. Thus according to this embodiment, an operator has to execute at least two combined movements simultaneously to be able to remove a lollipop stick through the proximal end.

Advantageously, a lollipop holder according to the invention comprises a removable protective cover designed to be arranged on the head so that it protects the lollipop, the stick thereof being held in said tube when the lollipop is not consumed, and designed to be arranged on the end of the opposing column when the lollipop is to be consumed.

Advantageously, and according to the invention, the shape and dimensions of the collar are similar to those of a soother.

The invention further relates to a safety lollipop holder characterized, in combination, by all or some of the features mentioned above or below.

Further features, objects and advantages of the invention will appear from reading the following description which shows by way of non-limiting example an embodiment of the invention, referring to the accompanying drawings, in which:

A lollipop holder according to the embodiment of FIG. 1 comprises a tube 2 extending around an axis, known as the longitudinal axis 10, a collar 3 arranged in the vicinity of one end of the tube 2, known as the proximal end 17, and a main body 1 arranged around the tube 2 and having a shape and dimensions which are designed so that the hand of a child may grip said tube. According to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the main body 1 has a generally cylindrical shape of circular transverse cross section with a diameter of 2 cm, such that it may be gripped by a child. According to further embodiments, the main body 1 may have different shapes and different dimensions.

The tube 2 is designed to receive at the proximal end 17 a stick 11 for a lollipop comprising a sweet 12 arranged at one end of this stick 11. Lollipops currently available on the market comprise sticks which have a diameter in the order of 0.4 cm. The lollipop holder according to the embodiment of FIG. 1 is particularly intended for this type of lollipop. Consequently, the tube 2 has an internal diameter which is slightly greater than 0.4 cm, in particular in the order of 0.5 cm. Naturally, according to further embodiments, the tube 2 may have a different internal diameter which is designed to hold a stick 11 of a lollipop of various shapes and dimensions.

A lollipop holder according to the invention comprises a collar 3 which extends radially and has a shape and radial dimensions greater than the dimensions of a mouth of a child so as to prevent any risk of penetration of the stick 11 of a lollipop held in the tube 2 in the mouth of a child. The shape and dimensions of the collar may be varied and are adapted to cover at least the lips and the mouth of a child. According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the collar 3 has the shape of a soother collar, having a length in the order of 5 cm and a width in the order of 3 cm. The collar 3 according to the invention advantageously has dimensions compatible with the European standard EN 1400 relative to soothers for babies and small children.

A lollipop holder according to the invention further comprises means 4 for the one-way clamping of a lollipop stick 11 held in the tube 2 in the lengthwise direction. These clamping means 4 are designed to clamp this stick 11 in the lengthwise direction inside the tube 2 and prevent this stick 11 from being removed axially from the proximal end 17 of the tube 2 so that a child cannot withdraw the lollipop from the lollipop holder through this proximal end 17.

According to the embodiment of FIG. 1, these clamping means 4 are implemented by two claws 6 made of thermoplastic material or made of high-grade steel, arranged opposite the distal end 18 of the tube 2. According to one embodiment, these claws 6 are fixed to the internal wall 5 of the main body 1 and distributed uniformly about the longitudinal axis 10 serving as the axis of symmetry of the main body 1. According to a further embodiment, these claws 6 are held by the main body 1. These claws 6 are arranged so as to form an angle in the order of 45° with the internal wall 5. The length of the claws 6 is selected so that the end which is not connected to the main body 1 is in the vicinity of the longitudinal axis 10 and the ends of the other claws 6. In this manner, the free ends of the claws 6 define a central opening designed to be enlarged by the pressure of the stick 11 during displacement of said stick from the proximal end 17 to the distal end 18, which permits the passage thereof through the claws 6. In contrast, an attempt to displace the stick 11 in the opposite direction has the tendency to narrow the central opening defined by the claws, which clamps the stick 11 between the claws 6, thus preventing its displacement from the distal end 18 to the proximal end 17 and thus its withdrawal through the proximal end.

A main body 1 according to the invention comprises, moreover, a central cylindrical enclosure with an axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis 10 and formed between the distal end 18 of the tube 2 and the end of the lollipop holder opposing the tube 2. Thus a lollipop stick 11 displaced from the proximal end 17 to the distal end 18 may be withdrawn from the lollipop holder through this enclosure. In practice, when the sweet 12 of the lollipop is completely consumed, it is possible to remove the stick 11 from the lollipop holder by introducing a new lollipop into the tube 2, such that the new stick of the new lollipop pushes the stick 11 of the consumed lollipop toward the distal end 18 and toward the central enclosure of the main body.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view, according to one embodiment of the invention, of the claws 6 forming the clamping means.

These clamping means 4 may be implemented by means other than claws 6. They may, in particular, be implemented by systems constructed on the principle of conical wedging. They may be implemented by mechanical means or by electrical means or a combination of electrical means and mechanical means.

FIGS. 2a and 2b show a lollipop holder according to a further embodiment of the invention. In these figures, a lollipop holder comprises a tube 2, a collar 3 arranged in the vicinity of the proximal end 17 of the tube 2, a main body 1 and means 4 for the one-way clamping of a stick 11 of a lollipop held in the tube 2 in the lengthwise direction.

According to this embodiment, the clamping means 4 are formed by a resilient, flexible disc 7.

This resilient flexible disc 7 is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 10 and comprises a central opening 8, with an axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis 10, and of radial dimensions less than the overall dimensions of the transverse cross section of a stick 11 of a lollipop. This disc 7 also comprises four radial slots 9 passing through the thickness of the disc on both sides and opening out toward the central opening 8 of the disc 7.

According to further embodiments, the disc 7 may comprise a different number of slots 9.

These four slots 9 thus define four disc portions 7 arranged on both sides of the slots 9 which are designed to fold under the action of pressure exerted by a lollipop stick 11 in the region of the central opening 8 of the disc 7, which permits the passage of the lollipop stick 11 through the disc 7 in one direction and blocks the displacement of the stick 11 in the opposite direction.

This resilient, flexible disc 7 may be produced in any type of resilient, flexible material, in particular high-grade stainless steel.

Moreover, according to the embodiment of FIGS. 2a and 2b, the main body 1 is formed in two parts, a column 13 with an axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis 10 and bearing the resilient disc 7, and a head 14 bearing the tube 2 and the collar 3.

According to the embodiment of FIGS. 2a and 2b, this disc 7 is held inside the main body 1 opposite the distal end 18 of the column 13.

The column 13 and the head 14 are designed to be nested in one another and the head 14 is designed to slide along the column 13 by means of resilient sliding means designed to allow the sliding of the head 14 along the column 13 by a pressure exerted by an operator on the head 14 and designed to bring it into the initial position in the absence of pressure.

FIG. 2a shows the lollipop holder, according to this embodiment, in a position where no pressure is exerted on the head 14. The stick 11 is clamped by the disc 7.

FIG. 2b shows the lollipop holder in a position where an operator exerts pressure on the head 14. This pressure causes the sliding of the head 14 along the column 13. This sliding causes the displacement of the tube 2 relative to the resilient disc 7. This displacement transmits the pressure exerted by the operator on the resilient disc 7, which contributes to the folding of the portions of the disc 7 and thus releases the stick 11 from the grip of the disc 7.

An operator is thus able to remove a lollipop from the tube 2 through the proximal end 17, whilst maintaining the pressure exerted on the head 14.

This combination forms means for deactivating the one-way clamping means in the lengthwise direction and makes it possible, by the execution of at least two combined movements, to undertake the removal of the lollipop from the lollipop holder through its proximal end 17.

These deactivating means may, according to further embodiments, require further combined movements to pass from the inactive state to the active state. For example, associated with the pressure on the head, these deactivating means may require a quarter-turn of the head 14 relative to the column 13 to allow the deactivation of the clamping means.

The lollipop holder according to the embodiment of FIGS. 2a and 2b further comprises a protective cover 15 designed to be positioned by an operator on the head 14 so as to cover a lollipop arranged in the lollipop holder. The means for reversible assembly between the head 14 and the cover 15 may be of any type, in particular means for assembly by nesting by congruence of shape. As a variant, a lollipop holder may comprise a base 16, of which the shape also allows the nesting of the cover 15 such that when a child is preparing to consume a lollipop, the cover 15 may be assembled to the base 16 by the means for reversible assembly similar to those between the head 14 and the cover 15, as shown in FIG. 2b.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed. In particular, a lollipop holder according to the invention may have different shapes and dimensions from those disclosed. A lollipop holder according to the invention may be adapted in a simple manner to different types of lollipop and to different shapes and dimensions of the stick of a lollipop. A lollipop holder according to the invention may also be adapted to certain ice-creams and other foodstuffs arranged at the end of a stick.

A lollipop holder according to the invention provides genuine protection to the child who consumes a lollipop by eliminating any risk of perforating the palate of the child, any risk of the child choking and preventing the child from removing the lollipop from the lollipop holder. A lollipop holder according to the invention contributes to changing the negative and dangerous image associated with the consumption of a lollipop to provide the lollipop with a positive and safe image again, associated with the enjoyment of a child.

The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein said tube has a transverse cross section of which the dimensions are smaller than the overall transverse spatial requirement of a lollipop sweet such that the lollipop sweet forms an abutment for holding the sweet of the lollipop outside said tube so that a child may suck said sweet.

The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein said clamping means are designed to permit the displacement of a stick inside said tube from the proximal end to the distal end of said tube, so that the lollipop stick may be removed from the lollipop holder through the distal end of said tube after the lollipop sweet has been consumed.

15. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein said clamping means are arranged opposite the distal end of said tube.

16. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 15, wherein said clamping means comprise a resilient disc arranged perpendicular to said longitudinal axis, said disc comprising:

a central opening, with an axis coinciding with said longitudinal axis, and radial dimensions which are less than the overall dimensions of the transverse cross section of a stick,
at least two continuous radial slots connected to said central opening of the disc and thus defining at least two disc portions arranged on both sides of said slots, said disc portions being designed to fold under the action of pressure exerted by a lollipop stick on the disc which permits the passage of the lollipop stick through the disc in one direction and blocks the displacement of the stick in the opposite direction.

The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

18. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 16 taken together, wherein said main body comprises:

a column with an axis coinciding with the longitudinal axis and bearing said resilient disc,
a head bearing said tube and said collar, said head being mounted on said column by means of resilient sliding means designed to permit the sliding of said head along the column by a pressure exerted by an operator on said head and to bring it into an initial position in the absence of pressure, said sliding action making it possible at the distal end of said tube to exert pressure on said resilient disc so that the portions of said disc are folded and so that it is possible to release the stick from the grip of the resilient disc.

19. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein it comprises a removable protective cover designed to be arranged on the head so that it protects the lollipop, the stick thereof being held in said tube, when the lollipop is not consumed, and designed to be arranged on the end of the opposing column when the lollipop is to be consumed.

20. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 11, wherein the shape and dimensions of said collar are similar to those of a soother.

21. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 12, wherein said tube has a transverse cross section of which the dimensions are smaller than the overall transverse spatial requirement of a lollipop sweet such that the lollipop sweet forms an abutment for holding the sweet of the lollipop outside said tube so that a child may suck said sweet.

22. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 12, wherein said clamping means are designed to permit the displacement of a stick inside said tube from the proximal end to the distal end of said tube, so that the lollipop stick may be removed from the lollipop holder through the distal end of said tube after the lollipop sweet has been consumed.

23. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 13, wherein said clamping means are designed to permit the displacement of a stick inside said tube from the proximal end to the distal end of said tube, so that the lollipop stick may be removed from the lollipop holder through the distal end of said tube after the lollipop sweet has been consumed.

24. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 12, wherein said clamping means are arranged opposite the distal end of said tube.

25. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 13, wherein said clamping means are arranged opposite the distal end of said tube.

26. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 14, wherein said clamping means are arranged opposite the distal end of said tube.

27. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 12, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

28. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 13, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

29. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 14, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

30. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 15, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.

31. The lollipop holder as claimed in claim 16, wherein it comprises means for deactivating the clamping means in two states, an active state in which the one-way clamping means are deactivated so that an operator may remove the lollipop from the tube of the lollipop holder through the proximal end and an inactive state in which the clamping means prevent the removal of a lollipop stick through the proximal end, the passage from the inactive state to the active state requiring the execution of at least one movement independent of the handling of the lollipop such that the removal of a lollipop through the proximal end requires at least two combined movements.
