Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

A buckle, which fastens both ends of a belt in order to keep a state of wearing one's trousers or skirt usually after wearing one's trousers or skirt, comprises a fastener for securing the one end of a belt in the one side thereof and a body for fastening the other end of a belt in the other side thereof.

BACKGROUND ART

Since the conventional buckle has a decorative feature as well as a function to fasten a belt, it is especially used as an ornament for a men's wear and a woman's dress. Materials for a buckle include wood, metal, synthetic resin, leather, etc. and various shapes, including a round shape, a quadrilateral shape. etc., are disclosed and used.

Mostly, a buckle's means for fastening a belt has a structure that a plural number of holes are usually formed in a belt and a boss, which is to be inserted into the said holes, is formed in the buckle.

Also, a buckle uses another structure that a plural number of raised spots in place of holes are formed in the said belt and a means for being caught in anyone of the raised spots is formed in the buckle.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

The conventional buckle has the following problem. Since a plural number of holes or raised spots have to be formed, more processes are required for manufacturing belt so that a unit cost for production gets to be increased and productivity gets to be lowered. And, as a user uses a belt for a long time, the said holes get to be wider or the said raised spots get to be abraded so that the user get to use it inconveniently. Moreover, whenever a user intends to loosen a belt, he/she has to loosen it manually.

Technical Solution

The present invention is made to solve the said problem. The present invention has an object to provide a buckle enabling a belt to be fastened without forming any hole or any raised spot so that even though the belt is used for a long term, its quality may be maintained, enabling a belt to be loosened without a need to loosen it manually and enabling a unit cost for production to be reduced and productivity to be improved by reducing production processes.

According to the present invention, a buckle, which has typically a fastener for securing the one end of a belt formed in the one side thereof and a body for fastening a belt in the other side thereof, comprises a fastening plate to be installed in the upper part and the lower part of the said body; an elastic movable plate having four bosses in four corners thereof and an arch shape that its center is convex; and both side plates in each of which two oval grooves are formed right and left so that the four bosses of the said elastic movable plate may be respectively inserted into them.

Meanwhile, in order to enhance the force that the fastening plate in the upper part of the boady and the elastic movable plate inside the body fasten a belt, the upper fastening plate and the internal elastic movable plate can be made of respective opposite magnets of which each has an opposite pole to the other pole, or springs can be additionally provided between the bottom face of the elastic movable place inside the body and the lower fastening plate of the body, or a fastening plate can be installed only in the upper part of the body.

Advantageous Effects

As the present invention enables a belt to be fastened between the fastening plate installed in the upper part of the buckle's body and the elastic movable plate inside the buckle's body, it has an effect to fasten a belt easily without forming any hole or any raised spot in the belt and further enable the belt to be used with its quality being kept for a long term.

Also, since any hole or any raised spot is not formed in the belt, the present invention has an effect to reduce the production cost and improve productivity by reducing processes for manufacturing a buckle.

Furthermore, as the belt is fastened by using the elastic movable plate as described above, when a user applies a greater strain to the abdomen than the fastening force of the buckle, the belt gets to be naturally loosened so that it has also an effect to make the user feel comfortable.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

An example of the present invention, to which the said characteristics are applied, is below described in detail by reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the construction of a belt according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a view showing the state before a belt is inserted into a buckle according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a view showing the state that a belt is inserted into a buckle according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawings, a buckle (B) according to the present invention has a fastener (20) for securing the one end (2) of a belt (1) formed in the one side thereof and a body for fastening a belt (1, 3) in the other side thereof.

That is to say, in the one side of the said fastener (20), an inlet is provided so that the one end of a belt (1) gets to be inserted and secured. Since the construction of the said fastener (20) is typical, specific description thereof is omitted.

And an inlet (12) and an outlet (13) are provided right and left in the said body so that a belt (1, 3) gets to go through the said inlet (12) and out of the outlet (13).

Meanwhile, a fastening plate (10, 11) is respectively installed in the upper part and the lower part of the said elastic movable plate (30), and an elastic movable plate (30), which has an arch shape that its center is convex, is installed inside the said body.

And, a boss (31) is respectively provided in four corners of the said elastic movable plate (30), and an oval groove (15), into which the said boss gets to be inserted, are respectively formed right and left in the both side plates (14) of the body.

The said oval groove (15) can be formed in the form of an oval hole so that the boss (31) may be movable depending upon the elasticity of the elastic movable plate (30).

Since each boss (31) of the said elastic movable plate gets to be inserted into each corresponding oval groove (15) or hole, the elastic movable plate gets to be elastic and movable with its position not be deviated.

Meanwhile, if a user inserts the belt (1, 3), which was in the state as shown in FIG. 2, through the inlet (12) of the body as much as he/she wishes, as shown in FIG. 3, the said elastic movable plate (30) gets to be pushed down by the force resulting from the thickness of the belt (1), and if the user stops inserting the belt (1, 3), the belt (1) gets to be compressed between the upper fastening plate (10) of the body and the elastic movable plate (30) and thereby the belt (1) gets to be fixed.

As described above, since the belt (1) gets to be compressed between the elastic movable plate (3) and the upper fastening plate (11) of the body by the elasticity of the elastic movable plate (3) and thereby the belt (1) gets to be fixed, there is no need to provide a hole or a raised spot in the belt in order to fix the belt, and when a user applies a greater strain to the abdomen than the fastening force of the buckle, the belt gets to be naturally loosened toward the inlet (12) of the body so that it can make the user feel comfortable.

And, if a user wishes to loosen the belt (1) in the state that the belt is compressed between the upper fastening plate (10) of the body and the elastic movable plate (30), all he/she has to do is draw the belt (1) in the direction of the inlet (12) by hand.

Mode for the Invention

Meanwhile, the compressive force between the upper fastening plate (10) and the elastic movable plate (30) can be enhanced by making the upper fastening plate (10) and the elastic movable plate (30) of a magnet having a magnetic force, and if they are made of a magnet, it is natural that the upper fastening plate (10) and the elastic movable plate (30) should be opposite each other, having an opposite pole.

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing another example of a buckle according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawing, the compressive force between the upper fastening plate (10) and the elastic movable plate (30) can be enhanced by installing springs between the bottom face of the elastic movable place (30) and the lower fastening plate (11) of the body. In this case, it is preferable to fix the position of each spring (40) by providing a boss (41) for insertion of each spring respectively in the lower fastening plate (11) of the body so that each spring may not be deviated from the position thereof.

And, since the buckle's construction is to fasten a belt between the upper fastening plate (10) and the elastic movable plate (30), its function remains unchanged without the lower fastening plate (11) of the body.

In the buckle of the present invention, the fastening plate (10, 11) and the elastic movable plate (30) can have various shapes, and thus, various modifications of the design of each part within the scope of the present invention fall to be under the scope of the technical idea for the present invention.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

Since the present invention enables the production cost to be reduced and the productivity to be improved by reducing processes for manufacturing a buckle, the present invention can have a very useful effect on the industry,
