DRY COAL POWDER GASIFICATION FURNANCE
A dry coal powder gasification furnace comprises a furnace body. The furnace body consists of a gasification furnace body for hot and dirty coal gas (1) and a hot and dirty gas reforming and cleaning furnace body (2). There is a gasification chamber (3) in the upper part of the gasification furnace body (1) and a settling chamber (4) in the lower part of the gasification furnace body (1). There are multiple coal powder nozzles (9) at the upper part of the gasification furnace body (1). One ends of the multiple coal powder nozzles (9) are connected to the gasification chamber and another ones are connected to a coal-spraying pipe (8). The coal-spraying pipe (8) is connected to a screw feeder (7). The screw feeder (7) is mounted below a loading lock hopper (6). Multiple gas nozzles (10) connected to the gasification chamber (3) are mounted at the upper part of the gasification furnace body (1) and below the coal powder nozzles (9). Multiple regulating gasification nozzles (11) connected to the gasification chambers (3) are mounted at the middle part of the gasification furnace body (1) and below the multiple gas nozzles (10). Multiple cool nozzles (12) connected to the settling chamber (4) are provided at the lower part of the gasification furnace body (1). Water-cooled walls (13) are provided in the settling chamber (4). A water-cooling grate (19) is mounted in the middle part of the reforming and cleaning furnace body (2). The fluidized bed gasification furnace with the nozzles is simple in structure and reliable in operation. The compositions of the produced coal gas can be easily controlled and the high-pressure coal gas produced can be directly supplied to users.
1. Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a device for preparing coal gas, and more particularly to a dry coal powder gasification furnace.
2. Description of Related Arts
In the metallurgy and chemical industry, the clean coal, gasified coal and high heating value hydrogen-containing coal gas have been widely utilized. The present invention is a manufacturing device of a method of preparing high pressure high hydrogen-containing coal gas, which is a prior China patent application No. 200610045968.1.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONAn object of the present invention is to provide a coal powder gasification furnace that can produce high pressure and high hydrogen-containing coal gas.
Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a dry coal powder gasification furnace, which includes a furnace body comprising a gasification furnace body for hot and dirty coal gas and a hot and dirty gas reforming and cleaning furnace body. There is a gasification chamber in the upper part of the gasification furnace body and a settling chamber in the lower part of the gasification furnace body. There is a plurality of coal powder nozzles at the upper part of the gasification furnace body. One ends of the coal powder nozzles are connected to the gasification chamber and the other ends are connected to a coal-spraying pipe. The coal-spraying pipe is connected to a screw feeder. The screw feeder is mounted below a loading lock hopper. A plurality of gas nozzles connected to the gasification chamber is mounted on the upper part of the gasification furnace body and below the coal powder nozzles. A plurality of regulating gasification nozzles connected to the gasification chambers are mounted on the middle part of the gasification furnace body and below the multiple gas nozzles. A plurality of cool nozzles connected to the settling chamber are provided on the lower part of the gasification furnace body. Water-cooled walls are provided in the settling chamber. The gasification chamber is connected to and communicated with the reforming and cleaning furnace body on a lower part thereof through a connecting channel. A gas outlet is provided on an upper portion of the reforming and cleaning furnace body. A feeding bell is provided on top of the reforming and cleaning furnace body, a plurality of cool nozzles is provided on a lower portion of the reforming and cleaning furnace body, and a discharging lock hopper is provided on the bottom of the reforming and cleaning furnace body. A water-cooling grate is mounted in the middle part of the reforming and cleaning furnace body.
The plurality of gas nozzles, regulating gasification nozzles and cool nozzles are all upwardly inclined.
The advantages of the present invention are illustrated as follows.

- 1. The fluidized bed gasification furnace and the nozzles are simple in structure, easy to be manufactured and reliable in operation.
- 2. High temperature steam and air or oxygen directly participate the gasification reaction without ignition device.
- 3. Hydrogen contained in the coal gas is increased, and the consumption of pure oxygen is lowered.
- 4. The operation is simple and the component of the coal gas is easily controlled.
- 5. Water cooled slag is solidified and there is no waste water. At the same time, the residual heat of the slag can be recollected to produce high temperature steam.
- 6. The desulfurating process is simple and efficient.
- 7. The high pressure coal gas produced can be supplied to the consumer directly without extra pressure device.

1. A dry coal powder gasification furnace, comprising:
- a gasification furnace body for hot and dirty coal gas having a gasification chamber in an upper part of the gasification furnace body and a settling chamber in the lower part of the gasification furnace body, wherein a plurality of coal powder nozzles is provided on an upper part of the gasification furnace body, one ends of the coal powder nozzles are connected to the gasification chamber and the other ends are connected to a coal-spraying pipe, which is connected to a screw feeder mounted below a loading lock hopper; a plurality of gas nozzles connected to the gasification chamber is mounted on an upper part of the gasification furnace body and below the coal powder nozzles; a plurality of regulating gasification nozzles connected to the gasification chambers are mounted on a middle part of the gasification furnace body and below the multiple gas nozzles; a plurality of cool nozzles connected to the settling chamber are provided on a lower part of the gasification furnace body; a water-cooled walls are provided in the settling chamber.
- and a hot and dirty gas reforming and cleaning furnace body, connected to and communicated with the gasification chamber on a lower part thereof through a connecting channel, comprising a gas outlet provided on an upper portion, a feeding bell provided on top thereof, a plurality of cool nozzles provided on a lower portion thereof, and a discharging lock hopper provided on a bottom thereof, and a water-cooling grate mounted in a middle part thereof.
2. The dry coal powder gasification furnace, as recited in claim 1, wherein the plurality of gas nozzles, regulating gasification nozzles and cool nozzles are all upwardly inclined.

The dry coal powder gasification furnace, as recited in claim 1, wherein coal powder is sprayed into the furnace by high pressure steam through nozzles, a plurality rows of high temperature air or oxygen and steam is prayed inclinedly and upwardly into the furnace through the nozzles below the coal powder nozzles, and the components of the gas can be adjusted.
4. The dry coal powder gasification furnace, as recited in claim 1, wherein the steam is preheated up to 1100° C.-1300° C. by a steam preheater, and the air is preheated up to 1000° C.-1200° C. by a air preheater.
5. The dry coal powder gasification furnace, as recited in claim 1, wherein a gas produced by the furnace contains 35-50% CO, 38-43H2, and small amount of CH4 and N2, which can be used as fuel, chemical material, and raw material to extract H2.
6. The dry coal powder gasification furnace, as recited in claim 1, wherein hot and dirty gas reforming and cleaning furnace body may be used for reforming gas in a coke furnace.
