Skylight forehead rim safety hard hat
This invention will increase visibility and decrease accidents with a hard hat molded of plastic composite and a forehead rim around the inside edge with a flange and on the center area is a hollowed a shape of an eclipse, mold a eclipse lens with a transparent solid plastic and place it on top of the inside edge of a flange, which combining these two-pieces it forms a skylight forehead rim safety hard hat and those who wear them will allow to look through a panorama view and see traffic without tilting the head-up.
The invention relates to hard hats and any occupational fields who wear Them. For example: construction workers, processing plants, assembly lines and manufactures, those who worn hard hats, many have missed, bumped, or hit objects and most of these accidents are from a forehead rim, for the plastic composite materials have blocked the view.
This invention will unblock the forehead rims view by molded a hard hat with plastic composite include a forehead rim around the inside edge of a flange and in the center area is hollowed a shape of an eclipse. The eclipse flange with a forehead rim will support of mold one-piece of a eclipse lens with transparent solid plastic. Place this lens on top of inside edge with a flange and by combining these two-pieces it forms a skylight forehead rim safety hard hat and those who wear them will be able to look through a panorama view and see traffic and avoid accidents.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThis invention is for hard hats and anyone who wears them. Those who have worn hard hats many have missed, bumped or hit objects and most of the accidents are from the forehead rims for the plastic composite materials have blocked the view.
The previous inventors were aware and invented their hats with transparent bills such as U.S. Pat. No. 911,432; Pacher a cap with two-piece separable with a cloth bill flip into a transparent bill. A U.S. Pat. No. 1,266,503; Liederman a cap with two-piece separable with a cloth bill flip into a transparent bill a U.S. Pat. No. 1,519,590; Mull a cap with two piece separable with a cloth bill convertible into a transparent bill. U.S. Pat. No. 5,996,125; Garzone a hard hat a one-piece inseparable with a transparent bill. These previous inventors did improve their invention and in time another inventor and another invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThis invention is for hard hats and anyone who wears them. Many hard hat wearers have been injured with a forehead rim, for the plastic composite materials have blocked the view and many were constantly tilting the head-up to see traffic and avoid falling objects.
This invention will unblock the forehead rims view by a molded hard hat with plastic composite include a forehead rim around the inside edge of a flange and in the center area is a hollowed the shape of an eclipse. Molded a eclipse lens with transparent solid plastic and place this lens on top of the inside edge of a flange and by combining these two-pieces it forms a skylight forehead rim safety hard hat, and those who wear them will allow to look through a panorama view and see traffic and avoid accidents.
The invention drawings for a see through hard hat will describe as follows:
The invention drawing
Remember there's over 300 types of plastic and it is up to the manufactures who produces hard hats that there is many options of plastic, which will fit your needs in the occupational fields.
