Structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove
In a structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove, a metallic thin plate is provided with many protruding air vents, each of the areas between every two neighboring air vents is formed an oil guide channel with a smooth concave surface. By virtue that the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove of the present invention is formed undulated, it needs only be punched with a die for shaping; therefore, it not only is easy for manufacturing, but also can reduce working hour to lower the cost of manufacturing; the design of air vents renders fluent circulation of hot air to endue with better effect of roasting; and the oil guide channels with smooth concave surfaces render convenient cleansing of the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an utensil used for roasting, and especially to a structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A meat roasting net is necessary for any of various roasting stoves among which an electric roasting stove, a gas stove and a roasting stove using carbon are included.
As shown in
Another conventional meat roasting net has the above stated solid round iron strips changed and substituted by hollow metallic circular pipes, the joints of these pipes allow the pipes to be mutually communicated, the interior hollow spaces of the pipes form heat conducting channels; in this mode, under a sustaining high temperature, the channels of the meat roasting net can take redundant heat to generate circulation in the channel, hence variation of temperature of the whole meat roasting net can be kept in a range to make a better effect of meat roasting, and to avoid the phenomenon of charring of food. However, the process of manufacturing of such meat roasting net with its interior hollow spaces of the pipes being mutually communicated is very cumbersome, particularly the joint areas shall be cut to form holes in advance and then be connected by welding, there are many working processes, and preciseness required is higher, this not only results inferior efficiency of production, but also expensive cost of manufacturing.
In order to obtain a good effect of roasting and to simplify the working process, other meat roasting nets having improved structures have been given to the markets, for instance,
The present invention provides technical measures to provide a structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove that is easy for manufacturing and cleansing as compared with the existing technical problem.
In the measures of the present invention for solving the above problem, the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove has a metallic thin plate being provided with many protruding air vents shaped by punching and being elongate and parallel to one another, each of the areas between every two neighboring air vents is formed an oil guide channel with a smooth concave surface. By virtue that the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove of the present invention is formed undulated, it needs only be punched with a die for shaping; therefore, it not only is easy for manufacturing, but also can reduce working hour to effectively lower the cost of manufacturing; the design of air vents renders fluent circulation of hot air to endue with better effect of roasting; and the oil guide channels with smooth concave surfaces render convenient cleansing of the meat roasting net.
In practicing, the metallic thin plate is provided on its two lateral sides each with an oil collecting receiver perpendicular to the oil guide channels, the height of the oil collecting receivers both are lower than that of the bottom of the oil guide channels, so that residuals and oil drops falling into the oil guide channels can be automatically discharged into the oil collecting receivers. The present invention is especially applicable to roasting foods in a large amount; there is no necessity of frequently cleaning the oil guide channels during roasting.
And when in practicing, the cross-sectional surface of the oil guide channel with the smooth concave surface between every two mutual neighboring air vents can have a shape of arc or trapezoid, the trapezoid preferably has rounded corners, this shape will not allow creation of death corners during cleansing.
In comparison with the conventional technique, by the fact that the whole structure of the present invention takes the undulated form, in which the air vents are protrusive, while the oil guide channels are concave, manufacturing of the present invention needs only to take a simple die for punching and shaping; the method of manufacturing is simple, the working hour required is few, and the cost of manufacturing is low; the designs of air vents and the oil guide channels render fluent circulation of hot air to endue better effect of roasting and convenient cleansing of the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove.
The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in
In practicing, the metallic thin plate 10 is provided on its two lateral sides each with an oil collecting receiver 40 perpendicular to the oil guide channels 30, the height of the oil collecting receivers 40 both are lower than that of the bottom of the oil guide channels 30, so that residuals and oil drops falling into the oil guide channels 30 can be automatically discharged into the oil collecting receivers 40. The present invention is especially applicable to roasting foods in a large amount; there is no necessity of frequently cleaning the oil guide channels during roasting.
The design of air vents 20 being shaped as elongate and mutually parallel air vents can take care of both the situations of the cost of die and the requirement of actual practicing of roasting.
And more, the cross-sectional surface of each oil guide channel 30 with a smooth concave surface between every two air vents 20 can have a shape of arc or trapezoid, the trapezoid preferably has rounded corners, this shape will not allow creation of death corners during cleansing.
In conclusion, by virtue that the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove of the present invention is formed undulated, manufacturing of the present invention needs only to take a die for punching and shaping; the method of manufacturing is simple, the working hour required can be reduced, and the cost of manufacturing can be effectively lowered; the design of air vents 20 renders fluent circulation of hot air to endue better effect of roasting, while the oil collecting receivers 40 and the oil guide channels 30 each with a smooth concave surface can render convenient in cleansing the structure of meat roasting net for a roasting stove.
As shown in
Although this invention has been disclosed and illustrated with reference to particular embodiment, this is only for illustrating the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not for giving any limitation to the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in this art that various equivalent modifications or changes without departing from the spirit, scope and characteristic of this invention shall fall within the scope of the appended claims.
