Numeral 13 of FIG. 4 is threads inside built-in threaded side tube 17. Numeral 31 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is ridge of L-shaped hook 15. Numeral 18 of FIG. 4 is long thumb screw. Numeral 19 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is screw-body of long thumb screw 18. Screw-body 19 is a threaded pin. Numeral 20 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is grooved cap of long thumb screw 18. Grooved cap 20 of long thumb screw 18 has a transverse groove 29 on its top as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 4. Cap 20 can be turned by fingers or by screw driver. Numeral 21 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a built-in upper hinge-ring which is fixed at the upper portion of right side of outer side plate 31 of n-shaped hook 14. Numeral 22 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a built-in lower hinge-ring which is fixed at the bottom of right side of outer side plate 31 of n-shaped hook 14 and is below upper built-in hinge-ring 21. Screw body 19 of long thumb screw 18 can easily pass through built-in upper hinge-ring 21 and built-in lower hinge-ring 22. Screw body 19 of long thumb screw 18 can screw snugly into built-in threaded side tube 17. The way to fix L-shaped hook 15 onto outer side plate 31 of n-shaped hook 14 is as follows: The first step is to place built-in threaded side tube 17 of L-shaped hook 15 in between built-in upper hinge-ring 21 and built-in lower hinge-ring 22 with ridge 32 of L-shaped hook 15 facing outward as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. The second step is to align built-in threaded side tube 17 with built-in upper hinge-ring 21 and built-in lower hinge-ring 22. The third step is to pass downward screw-body 19 of long thumb screw 18 through upper hinge-ring 21. The fourth step is to screw screw-body 19 of long thumb screw 18 into threaded side tube 17. The fifth step is to continue to screw long thumb screw 18 to advance screw-body 19 into built-in lower hinge-ring 22. By turning long thumb screw 18 clockwise or counter clockwise one can elevate or descend L-shaped hook 15. Numeral 23 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is top bridge plate of n-shaped hook 14. Numeral 24 of FIG. 3 is the upper ridge of toilet water tank 12. Numeral 25 of FIGS. 3 and 5 is toilet push-handle. Toilet push-handle 25 of toilet water flush unit 6 is installed at the left upper corner of the front of toilet water tank 12 as illustrated in FIG. 3. Flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 is installed at the front portion of left side wall of toilet water tank 12 as illustrated in FIG. 3. The way to install flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 is to place top bridge plate 23 of n-shaped hook 14 on the front portion of upper ridge 24 of left side wall of toilet water tank 12 and to keep inner side plate 30 inside toilet water tank 12 and outer side plate 31 outside toilet water tank 12 as illustrated in FIG. 3. Numeral 26 of FIGS. 3 and 5 is toilet flapper tank ball of toilet water flush unit 6. Numeral 27 of FIG. 3 is chain of toilet water flush unit 6. Numeral 28 of FIGS. 3 and 5 is lever that is fastened onto toilet push-handle 25 at one end and hooks chain 27 at the other end. One can turn L-shaped side wing 16 of L-shaped hook 16 forward to place L-shaped side wing 16 under toilet push-handle 25 to close flow water reducer of toilet water flush unit 10 as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3. When flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 is closed the downward movement of toilet push-handle 25 is restricted and stopped by L-shaped side-wing 16 of L-shaped hook 15. One can turn long thumb screw 18 clockwise or counter clockwise to elevate or descend L-shaped hook 15. When flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 is in closure status one can adjust the level of L-shaped hook 15 to a level that restricts the downward movement of toilet push-handle 25 to a degree to let chain 27 lift flapper tank ball 26 only one to one and a half inches high to flush only small amount of water into toilet to flush liquid human waste. When flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 is in closure status user can push downward toilet push-handle 25 to flush toilet with small amount of water for about two seconds and then user releases toilet push-handler 25 to let toilet flapper tank ball 26 drop to stop draining water into toilet. After turning L-shaped side wing 16 outward to open flow water reducer for toilet water flush unit 10 as illustrated in FIG. 1 user can push toilet push-handler 25 downward without restriction to lift toilet flapper tank ball 26 to its full range to flush whole tank of toilet water to flush solid human waste.
