This invention is a fold up utility tray made of waterproof material to prevent spilling liquids while changing was ring, carpet, tile or flooring. Tray comes in many sizes to fit most jobs. Tray folds for easy storage. Can be used for mixing small amounts of cement, stucco or art work.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThis invention relates generally to the field of apparatus for a fold up utility tray made of waterproof material to hold commode while removing from the floor and not spill liquids, because sides and ends fold for storage, can be used anywhere a higher pan will not fit. Can also be used for mixing small amounts of cement, stucco or art work or overshoes or dirty shoes and boots.

- 1. The object of this invention is to provide a waterproof container to prevent spilling liquids while removing commode for replacing wax ring, tile, carpet, or flooring.
- 2. The utility tray is shallow enough to go under sinks to be used while repairing faucets, drains, or garbage disposal.

- 4. The utility tray can be used for mixing small amounts of cement, stucco, or art work.
- 5. The utility tray will be made in several sizes to accommodate all usages.

Claims
1. The utility tray is made of a waterproof long lasting material to hold commode to prevent leakage while replacing wax ring, carpet, tile or flooring. The utility tray sides and ends fold down for easy storage.
2. Original tray is three (3) inches high and twenty nine (29) inches long and nineteen (19) inches wide to prevent spills with larger jobs, and still fits under sink for working on water pipes, drain or dishwasher.
3. Tray will be manufactured in many sizes to fit all jobs. Tray can be used for Mixing small amounts of cement, stucco or art work.
