Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a seal jar, particularly to a novel seal jar capable of remarkably reducing total space taken by seal jar used, having more diversified collocation in use, and capable of increasing more practical value in its total implementation thereof.

2. Brief Description of Prior Art

Water molecules contained in air often causes deterioration, decay or even mildewing of food. As food, seasoning or additive is often impossible to be used up at one time, how to preserve or keep these stuffs fresh has become an important issue which needs to be settled by people. Usually only capacity of accommodation is usually emphasized on container for receiving stuff and refrigerator is used to keep things fresh, but not all foods are suitable to be preserved in refrigerator. Therefore, a seal jar is proposed to separate the food from air, so as to prevent food from deteriorating, wetting or to keep food away from attracting ant, cockroach and mouse.

Generally, common seal jar is constituted by a lid collocating with a jar body. An annular body is formed on the bottom face of the lid, and an annular groove is provided on the periphery of outer wall of the annular body for accommodating an annular seal ring. An air-vent hole is formed on the seal ring. As the seal ring is fixed on the bottom face inside the annular groove, the seal ring can rest against the inner wall of the jar body so as to achieve hermetically sealing effect, when the lid is fitted to the jar body.

The above seal jar can achieve anticipated effect of accommodating and sealing stuff therein, but it is found in practical implementation that the seal jar has only single one accommodating space. Thus, a number of seal jars have to be used when many kinds of food are to be accommodated and sealed up. As each seal jar is constituted by a lid collocating with a jar body, total space required is relatively large in use. Furthermore, the collocation also looks monotone in its usage. Therefore, there is still space for improvement present in its total implementation.

In view of the above disadvantages, the inventor of this invention proposes a seal jar according to the research and improvement conducted on conventional structure and its defects, based on profound experience in R&D and manufacturing in relevant field, with a purpose to achieve better performance value in its practical application thereof.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to a seal jar which is essentially constituted by a jar body collocating with an inner jar and a lid. The inner jar can be inserted and fitted in the jar body. An annular protruding rim in stair shape is formed on the upper end edge of the inner jar, and an annular groove corresponding to the lower end of the protruding annular rim for fitting with a seal is formed on the side edge of the inner jar. The lid can cover and fit on the annular protruding rim of the inner jar. Similarly, an annular groove for fitting with a seal is formed on the side edge of the lid. The inner jar is inserted and fitted at the upper end of the jar body, and the seal fitted in the annular groove of the inner jar seals at the inner side of the jar body. The lid can cover and fit at the upper end of the annular protruding rim of the inner jar, and the seal fitted in the annular groove of the lid similarly seals at the inner side of the annular protruding rim. Thus, a single seal jar having a number of accommodation spaces is used such that there is no need to use a lot of seal jars in case there is a need to use a number of accommodation space to receive food or the other stuff. In this manner, total space taken by seal jar used can be remarkably reduced. Besides, the seal jar has more diversified collocation in use. It can increase more practical value in its total implementation thereof.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of the seal jar of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an assembled sectional view of the seal jar of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a partial enlarged assembled sectional view of the seal jar of the present invention.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the state of use of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is another schematic view showing the state of use of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical content, objects and effectiveness of the present invention will become more apparent by the detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the seal jar of the present invention is constituted by ajar body (1) collocating with an inner jar (2) and a lid (3).

The jar body (1) is formed with an accommodation space (11) in its interior, and the inner jar (2) can be put inside the jar body (1). The inner jar (2) also has a receiving space (21) in its interior and is provided with an annular protruding rim (22) in stair shape formed on the upper end edge thereof. An annular groove (23), corresponding to the lower end of the annular protruding rim (22), for fitting with a seal (24) is formed on the side edge of the inner jar (2). A vent hole (241) is provided on the seal (24). The lid (3) can cover and fit on the annular protruding rim (22) of the inner jar (2). Similarly, an annular groove (31) for inserting with a seal (32) is formed on the side edge of the lid (3), and a vent hole (321) is also provided on the seal (32).

With the above structure as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 respectively showing an assembling sectional view and a partial enlarged assembled sectional view of the present invention, the inner jar (2) is inserted and fitted at the upper end of the jar body (1), and the seal (24) fitted in the annular groove (23) of the inner jar body (2) seals at the inner side of the jar body (1). The lid (3) can cover and fit at the upper end of the annular protruding rim (22) of the inner jar (2), and the seal (32) fitted in the annular groove (31) of the lid (3) similarly seals at the inner side of the annular protruding rim (22).

When in use, the inner jar (2) on the jar body (1) can be opened first so that food or any other stuff can be put and sealed inside the accommodation space (11) of the jar body (1) as shown in FIG. 4 of a schematic view showing a using state of the present invention, or the lid (3) on the inner jar (2) can be opened so that food or the other stuff can be put and sealed in the receiving space (21), as shown in FIG. 5 of a schematic view showing another using state of use of the present invention.

The above embodiment and drawings are not intended to limit the structural aspect of the present invention. Appropriate variations or modifications conducted by the person having ordinary skill in this art without departing from the spirit and features of the present invention are regarded to be still within the scope of the invention.

Based on foregoing description, the seal jar of the present invention has the following advantages when comparing with conventional stuff:

1. This invention is essentially formed with an accommodation space in the jar body and similarly a receiving space in the inner jar. The inner jar can cover on the upper end of the jar body and a seal is used to seal at the inner side of the jar body, while the lid can cover and fitted on the upper end of the annular protruding rim of the inner jar and a seal is used to seat at the inner side of the annular protruding rim. Thus, a single seal jar having a number of accommodation spaces is used such that there is no need to use a lot of seal jars in case there is a need to use a number of accommodation space to receive food or the other stuff. In this manner, total space taken by seal jar used can be remarkably reduced.

2. This invention is essentially formed with an accommodation space in the jar body and similarly a receiving space in the inner jar. The inner jar can be cover and fitted on the upper end of the jar body, and the lid can be cover and fitted on the upper end of the inner jar. When the inner content, such as tea, accommodated within the jar body has few remains and needs new stuff recharging, the few remains can be put into the inner jar and new stuff can then be put and sealed in the jar body so as to avoid mixing of new and old stuff. Thus, it is convenient to use old stuff remained in the inner jar first when in need. In this manner, the seal jar has more diversified collocation in use.

Summing up above, the embodiment of the present invention is surely able to reach expected effectiveness in application, and the specific structure disclosed herein is not only unprecedented in the same category of product but also not open to the public before application.
