One composite type of mattress

Present invention exhibits a composite type of mattress, including enclosure and inner pad, with the inner pad situated inside the enclosure. The enclosure mentioned includes a number of strutting pieces and fastenings; the strutting pieces circles together into one through fastenings. Present invention is simple and practical in structure, low in production cost, convenient in transportation and storage, thus has very good potential application.

Description

Present invention covers mattress, to be specific, a composite type of mattress.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

At present, with growth in the living standard of people, the use of mattress is more and more popular. Mattress is generally an intact cubic square with a certain volume. Furthermore, with people's chasing of living quality, mattress is designed to be wider and wider, thicker and thicker. With large volume and weight, mattress is inconvenient in transportation and storage.

In addition, mattress is generally composed of outer cover layer and spring bed reticular layer inside, the whole spring bed reticular layer are of the same rigidity, it is not possible for the user to choose corresponding rigidity according to the weight of different parts of the body, therefore the quality of sleeping is greatly lowered; At the same time, the outer cover layer is fully fixed on the main part consisted of spring bed reticular layer, it is not possible for the mattress to be dismantle or replace, otherwise it would go to rack and ruin, and can not be normally used again. Also, it is not possible for the mattress to be cleaned easily.

As the above shortage, there appeared some composite mattress in mattress techno sphere. For example, a utility model named “A composite type of mattress” with patent number of 200520120253.9 exhibited a mattress consisted of supporting regulation layer, base supporting layer and outer cover layer, But base supporting layer is continued to be an intact bulk mass mattress, and the outer cover layer is composed of bottom face, peripheral lateral faces and super-face connected by zipper. The problem of transportation, storage and not easy to use are not basically solved.

Presently, there is also mattress with dismantleable outer cover layer being made by velvet or rattan material into thin pad or made by sponges, surrounding spring bed reticular layer into a tetragon-like enclosure, then fixed by tailoring, zipper connection or magic sticker.

This way of fixation, with complicate production technique and unsatisfactory effect; its enclosure, the outer cover layer is easily out of shape because of compression, smash etc. during the use, especially four corners, thus affecting the quality and external appearance.

INVENTION CONTENTS

Present invention aims at filling up the blanks in available mattress production technology, providing a composite type of mattress, its enclosure is dismantleable, and simple in manufacturing engineering, and able to provide support, fixation and protection for the inner pad of the mattress; The technical proposal that there is different elasticity at different parts of its inner pad solves the problem of traditional mattress on large volume, large weight, inconvenient in production, transportation and storage etc.

In order to achieve the above aim, present invention adopts following technical proposal:

Present invention provides a composite type of mattress, including enclosure and inner pad, the inner pad is situated inside enclosure which includes some strutting pieces and fastenings, the strutting pieces are linked together by fastenings.

The fastenings mentioned above are slotwares into which strutting pieces can be mounted.

L-form in shape, the slotware includes one bottom plate and two clamping plates inside and outside standing erect on it; these three pieces form the L-form slotware, the two right angle sides of the two L-form clamping plates inside and outside are of equal distance.

The slotware mentioned above also includes straight slotware that can be used in four sides of the enclosure.

There is bottom plate under the inner pad of the composite type of mattress, and top plate above. The inner pad mentioned above is of elastic material.

The relevant elastic material is of wire elastic material, made from still wire of 1.3˜2.4 mm.

The elasticity is different at different part of the inner pad.

The inner pad can be several pieces (2˜20 pieces) with different elasticity.

The inner pad mentioned above includes also facing material.

The inner pad is of reticular draught penetration material.

There are bafflers between pieces of inner pad.

The enclosure of present invention can be dismantled into some strutting pieces and fastenings. Strutting piece can be sponges, clothing pad or wood-plate etc. Fastenings can be molded plastics, rubber made by injection molding processing. L-form slotware can be used in four sides of the enclosure. Straight slotware can be used at optional positions of the four sides of the enclosure. Fastenings are used as special fixture of mattress in production. Strutting piece is inserted into the slot of slotware, with the help of fastenings, strutting pieces circle into one, and form the enclosure, thus providing fixation and support for inner pad of the mattress. The work of making beautiful four corners of mattress during the production is relatively simplified; and strutting piece can be dismantled into smaller spare parts, making the transportation and storage easier. Even though the package, transportation, use of full sheet of mattress, the protection of mattress corners is also relatively simplified.

Present invention has following beneficial performances:

    • (1) The inner pad of present invention can be knocked together by some seat pad units, with different elasticity of each unit. User can freely knock as required to achieve best sleeping condition and quality and add fun to sleeping.
    • (2) The enclosure of present invention can be split into some strutting pieces and fastenings, and the fastenings can be used not only in four corners, but also at optional positions of the four sides of the enclosure. In such a way, the outer cover layer can be dismantled thoroughly, being fully dismantleable structure.
    • (3) The enclosure and inner pad in present invention are reasonably designed; the enclosure provides very good support and fixation for inner pad.
    • (4). In present invention, the production, installation, transportation, storage of composite mattress are convenient, manufacturing engineering is simple and easy to realize and has high value in market expanding.
    • (5). Present invention is also suitable to mattress-like sofa pad, tatami pad etc.

SPECIFIC REALIZATION

Implementation Instance 1

As showed in FIG. 1, a type of fastening includes one bottom plate, and inside clamping plate 1, and outside clamping plate 2, standing erect on it; these three pieces form the L-form slotware, the two right angle sides of L-form inside clamping plate 1 and outside clamping plate 2 are of equal distance. The bottom plate 3 includes one piece of L-form plate 3, or include also a piece of bottom-face plate 4 formed by enclosing of two right angle sides of inside clamping plate 1. Measures such as adhesion can be used to connect the inside and outside clamping plates to form an L-form slotware, it can also be formed by injection molding processing

To save material, plate 3 can be one piece of lath, can also be two or more pieces of lath, with two ends of lath connecting to right angle sides of inside and outside clamping plates, forming an L-form slotware. Similarly, plate 4 can also be similar lath.

Considering esthetic appearance and safety, the right angle or rim angle formed by L-form inside and outside clamping plates mentioned in present utility model of mattress can also be round angle 5.

Implementation Instance 2

FIG. 3 shows an explosive view of present invention. In the figure, strutting piece 10 is inserted into the slot of fastening 11; the strutting piece, together with the fastening, form an enclosure 12. Bottom plate 7, inner pad unit 9 and separating board 8 are placed into enclosure 12, lastly, mattress face plate 6 is installed, form an intact mattress.

Implementation Instance 3

Present invention is a composite type of mattress, as shown in FIG. 4. Springs, facing material and inner fillings constitute a number of inner pad unit 9; Mattress is assembled by 12 pad units like inner pad unit 9, enclosed and fixed by enclosure 12. Enclosure includes strutting piece and fastening. For connecting type, refer to implementation instance 2. The skill of connection of straight slotware after dismantle of strutting piece 10 is simple and easy to understand, unnecessary details are no longer given here. Strutting piece may be gear-like sponge, rubber, metal, wood etc, or support unit made from these materials; the support units are enclosed to one block through fastening piece to prevent pad unit from sliding. Inner spring strength of different pad units is of variance, so that each pad unit has different rigidity. Spring is made from still wire of 1.3˜2.4 mm. larger steel wires for harder pad unit, and smaller steel wire for softer pad unit. Facing material of pad unit is reticular draught penetration material, making the mattress have good function of draught penetration and heat elimination.

During the process of use, user can choose several pad units with different rigidity according to personal requirement, and scrabble into inner pad, enclose and fix with enclosure.

Claims

1. A composite type of mattress, including enclosure and inner pad, the inner pad is situated inside enclosure which includes some strutting pieces and fastenings, the strutting pieces are linked together by fastenings.

2. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1, characterized by that the fastening mentioned is a slotware that can be mounted with strutting piece.

3. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 2, characterized by that the slotware mentioned is L-form slotware.

4. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 3, characterized by that the L-form mentioned includes one bottom plate and two L-form inside clamping plate and outside clamping plate standing erect on it, and the three pieces form an L-form slotware, with two right angle sides of the two L-form inside and outside clamping plates being equidistance.

5. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 3, characterized by that the slotware mentioned includes also straight slotware.

6. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1, characterized by that there is bottom plate in the inner pad mentioned.

7. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1 or 6, characterized by that there is face plate in the inner pad mentioned.

8. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1 or 6, characterized by that the inner pad mentioned is made from elastic material.

9. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 8, characterized by that the elastic material mentioned is metal elastic material.

10. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 9, characterized by that the metal elastic

material is made from steel wire of 1.3˜2.4 mm.

11. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 8, characterized by that the elasticity in different part of the inner pad mentioned is of variance.

12. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1 or 6, characterized by that the inner pad mentioned is consisted of a number of pieces.

13. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 12, characterized by that the number of inner pad mentioned is 10-20 pieces.

14. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 12, characterized by that the inner pads mentioned are of variance in elasticity.

15. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 1 or 6, characterized by that the inner pad mentioned includes also facing material.

16. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 15, characterized by that the facing material mentioned is reticular draught penetration material.

17. A composite type of mattress described based on claim 12, characterized by that there are separating board among a number of inner pads mentioned.
