T-Post rustler
The T-Post Rustler is a device that is mounted to an adapter plate, which is mounted to an ATV or UTV so that the Rustler can be pinned into work or transport position. When in transport position the ATV or UTV can move to its destinations were it will began to remove metal t-posts on fence rows or etc. When in position you will remove transport pins, then let the Rustler down so that metal foot touches the ground. Now release the winch cable so that the locking plate becomes free from the Rustler so that you can slid the locking plate over and down the metal t-post to the lowest point. Then you can began to winch the t-post out of the ground, once the t-post is out the ground then slid the locking plate off the t-post and then place locking plate back into transport position.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to being attached to a ATV or UTV vehicles so that it is more work towards the Rustler than it is towards the vehicle.
2. Description of Prior Art
Over a period of time farmers have dealt with fence repairs and over the years in which means farmers of cattle, horses and agriculture still use fence row's today. Most farmers have switched to metal T-Post in place of wood posts because the wood rots and is a little harder to replace then it would a metal T-Post.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of this invention is to provide a safe and easier way of doing fence repair. By using a winch mounted on an ATV or UTV the T-Post Rustler makes life a little easier than before. With this invention you don't have to worry about wear and damage on the vehicle. I have tried the invention over and over just to make sure of the quality and safety of this invention. We as the inventors found that almost all of the abuse went towards the invention. We the inventors also tested several winches and found that it would take at least a 2.5 or a 3.0 to do the job. About 99% of the invention is welded together.

Now (E) is the support leg which is fifth teen and half by one and half inch tubing. Now for letter (H) it is a piece of flat metal that has been rounded on all corners so there are no sharp edges and it is fourteen by eight inches and is welded to letter (E). Now for letter (I×3) is flat metal cut three times four by five inch at a fifty degree angle and is welded to letters (E) and (H) to give more support to the leg section. Now for letter (J×4) we have cut three pieces of fourteen by half inch solid square stock and one piece six by half inch solid stock which is welded to the bottom of letter (H). Now for letter (G×4) pieces of two by quarter inch flat stock which has to be cut different lengths to fit between left and right sides of letter (D×2) and all four are welded in place. Now for letter (F×2) which two pieces of flat stock are cut two by three inches long and are welded to letters (B) and (E) and (D×2).
Now for letter (L) we have cut a piece of flat stock two and half by one and half inches long and welded to letters (F×2) and (B). Now for letter (K×2) we have cut two pieces of flat stock two by three inches long and rounded off one side of each piece so there is no sharp edge and have welded them to letters (D×2) on left and right sides. Now for letter (C) it has been put into place welded to letters (B) and (L) and we have drilled three holes into letter (C) so that letter (N) can be adjusted to the right height of the ATV or UTV. Now for letter (N) we have used two pieces of flat stock to make the snatch block and sheave pulley which is letter (O) to be able to move further away so the winch cable is clear of the invention and letter (Q) is a metal pin with a cotter pin attached so you can remove letter (N) to adjust to any hole on letter (C).
Now for letter (M) we have cut a piece of flat stock six by one and half inches long and have bent letter (M) to fit over letter (O) and to fit to either side of letter (B) and then drilled a hole through (M) and (B) so letter (O) can be attached to letters (M) and (B) and they are all held together by letter (P) which is a solid roller pin. Now for letter (T) we used a piece of flat metal four and quarter by three and half inches and cut it in a triangle shape and then we cut a triangle shape slot out of the middle so the T-Post can slide up and down the T-Post to desired position to be pulled out of the ground. Now for letter (S) which is a threaded cleaves and it attaches to letter (T) and attaches to letter (R×3) which is a three link chain in which attaches to letter (U) which is the winch cable.

Now for (V) we used a large hook so that letter (T) can be hooked for transport to the next post. Now for letter (W) we used a three inch shaver pulley so that you can place the winch cable under the pulley to pick the T-Post Rustler off the ground. If and only the next T-Post is close. But if moving a long distance needs to be put in transport position which means both pins need to be put in letters (K). Now for letter (X) we have put a handle so that the invention can be easier lifted and put in transported.
Claims
1. A T-post puller that is pin able to a ATV UTV comprising of:
- (a) a frame
- (b) a pulley member that is horizontally welded to a said frame, said puller member is movable by said frame, by lowering operating position and where in winch cable is used to remove an object from the said earth surface and;
- (c ) bracing means pin able to said frame and configured side-by-side braces configured to raise or lower pulley member, said pulley member, fixed in lowered position when said bracing means is in engagement position with said pulley member; and,
- (d) a supporting member structurally welded to said frame and restrained for no movement between puller frame structure and braces that support said frame structure.
2. The T-post puller as claimed in claim 1, where in consist of metal placed in a said horizontal position there in are welded together as one.
3. The T-post Rustler as claimed in claim 1, where in said frame is mounted in said frame could be lowered or raised to said operating position where in said, that the foot would rest to the ground.
4. The T-post puller as claimed in claim 1, where in consist of two metal plates in a substantially side-by-side relationship to the said vertical position.
5. The T-post Rustler as claimed in claim 1, where in said by using a winch cable, the puller would there be able to abstract an object where in such as a metal t-post from said earths surface,

9. The T-post Rustler as claimed in claim 5, where in is by using said vertical structure that is resting on its foot or to the said earths surface, it would use a cable system to remove a said object,

13. The T-post Rustler as claimed in claim 9, where in said that when the puller is said resting onto the earths surface as said where in that a winch cable would then abstract an object where in straight up and is said vertical from the earths surface.
