PACKAGER WITH IRON BELT CLAMPING MECHANISM
A packager with iron belt clamping mechanism is provided with a front side and a rear side opposite to which standard tablets are provided. One side of the standard tablet is formed close to one opposite side of the iron belt. A through hole is formed on each of the standard tablets. The positioning part passes through the hole on the standard tablet to fix the standard tablet onto the packager. The right and left sides of the standard tablet are respectively defined to a first stopper portion and a second stopper portion. The intervals of distance from the thru hole to the first stopper portion and to the second stopper portion are not equal. The standard tablet may be adjusted to make the first stopper portion or the second stopper portion oppositely stop one side of the iron belt.

This invention relates to a packager with iron belt clamping mechanism.

Although one side of the conventional packager may be positioned with the positioning parts 8, because the positioning parts 8 are fixed with screws into the positioning grooves 7 of the pedestal 1 and cannot be precisely fixed with the screws 9, the positioning part 8 cannot properly function depending on the width of each of the different steel belts A.
Consequently, because of the technical defects of described above, the applicant keeps on carving unflaggingly through wholehearted experience and research to develop the present invention, which can effectively improve the defects described above.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONA packager with iron belt clamping mechanism according to this invention is provided with a front side and a rear side opposite to which standard tablets are provided. One side of the standard tablet is formed that may be close to one opposite side of the iron belt, which makes the iron belt position. A through hole is formed on each of the standard tablets. The positioning part passes through the hole on the standard tablet to fix the standard tablet onto the packager. Further, the right and left sides of the standard tablet are respectively defined to a first stopper portion and a second stopper portion. The intervals of distance from the thru hole to the first stopper portion and to the second stopper portion are not equal.
Thus, the standard tablet may be adjusted to make the first stopper portion or the second stopper portion oppositely stop one side of the iron belt, which further make the position of iron belt that is stopped change and next position an iron belt of a different size for achievement of easy use.
Now, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following embodiments. It is to be noted that the following descriptions of preferred embodiments of this invention are presented herein for purpose of illustration and description only; it is not intended to be exhaustive or to be limited to the precise form disclosed.

A pressure groove 11 is formed on one side of the pedestal 10. A carved block 12 is formed in the middle of pressure groove 11. A thru hole 13 passing through the pedestal 10 is formed at the side of carved block 12 that transversally stretches. Further, a front side of the pedestal 10 stretches forwards and is formed with a pivot-joint block 14. A screw hole (not shown) is formed at the other side of the pivot-joint block 14 opposite to the pedestal 10.
The engraved cut unit 20 is provided on the pedestal 10 and comprises a holder 21, a draw rod 22, an engraved cut member 23, and a hook belt 24.
A shield 211 is provided above the holder 21. A joint lump 212 is formed at the back of holder 21. A capacity notch 213 lengthways passing through is formed in the middle of holder 21. A joint hole 214 is formed at each of the two sides of an upper section of the capacity notch 213 of the holder 21. Besides, a prop block 215 is arranged pivoting between the capacity notch 213 and the joint lump 212. Further, a thru notch 216 communicating with the capacity notch 213 is formed in the front of bottom side of the holder 21. A screw hole 217 is formed at the same side of thru notch 216 of the holder 21.
The draw rod 22 is arranged inside the capacity notch 213 and pivotally joins to the joint holes 214 and comprises a rod 221 and a linking piece 222. A convex prop edge 2211 is formed at the front end of rod 221. A pivot-joint hole 2212 is formed in the middle of the convex prop edge 2211. A side of the pivot-joint hole 2212 axially stretches outwards and is formed with a wedge prop block 2213. The linking piece 222 is arranged at the side of pivot-joint hole 2212, may be driven by the wedge prop block 2213, and is formed with a linking wedge hole 2221 and a pivot hole 2222 that are arranged up and down. The linking wedge hole 2221 is set around the wedge prop block 2213. Further, a shaft 223 passes through the joint holes 214, the pivot-joint hole 2212, and the linking wedge hole 2221 for pivot joint.
The engraved cut member 23 is arranged in the capacity notch 213 and below the draw rod 22 and comprises an engraved cut body 231. The side of engraved cut body 231 stretches forwards and is formed with a pivot-joint part 232 passing through the thru notch 216. The free end of pivot-joint part 232 stretches downwards and is formed with two pivot-joint ears 2321 opposite to each other. The pivot-joint ear 2321 joints to the pivot-joint block 14 of the pedestal 10. Further, two opposite pivot ears 233 are formed on the engraved cut body 231. A roller 234 is provided between the pivot ears 233 and a pivot-joint rod 235 passes through the pivot ears 233, the roller 234, and the pivot hole 2222 of linking piece 222 to form an included angle 2311 at a side of the pedestal 10 opposite to the engraved cut body 231. Next, a cutting blade 236 is formed lengthways at one side of the rear of engraved cut body 231. Further, two marking lumps 237 spaced with each other are formed below the engraved cut body 231, and the marking lumps 237 are opposite to the carved block 12.
The hook belt 24 is provided beside and works with the engraved cut body 23 and is provided with a linking-up hole 241, a stopper pin 242, and a hook block 243 below the linking-up hole 241. The stopper pin 242 passes through the linking-up hole 241. The stopper pin 242 is further inserted into a side of the engraved cut body 231. The hook block 243 stretches to a nearby portion below the marking lump 237 and is arranged in the thru hole 13 of pedestal 10.
The pressure release unit 30 is connected to the engraved cut unit 20. An accommodation space 31 is even defined among the pressure release unit 30, the engraved cut unit 20, and the pedestal 10. The capacity chamber 31 is transversally defined a placed side 311 and a blocking side 312 opposite to the placed side 311. Further, the pressure release unit 30 comprises a pressure release body 32. Two joint ears 33 are formed at the front end of the pressure release body 32. The joint ears 33 pivot to the joint lump 212 of the holder 21 and may sway to and fro around the joint lump 212 as an axis. Besides, the pressure release body 32 stretches backwards and is formed with a grip 34. Further, a pivot hole 35 is formed in the middle of pressure release body 32. A hollow groove 36 is formed at one side of the pivot hole 35 opposite to the capacity chamber 31. A pressure pulley 37 is even provided in the hollow groove 36. A flange 371 is formed around the inside of pressure pulley 37. At the side of pressure pulley 37, a pull tablet 38 connected to the prop block 215 so that the grip 34 of pressure release body 32 may be raised to synchronously pull one side of prop block 215.
The belt-rolling unit 40 is provided at and pivots to the pressure release body 32, and comprises a belt rolling bar 41. A thru hole 411 is formed at the front end of belt rolling bar 41. A unilateral bearing 412 is provided in the thru hole 411. Besides, a pivot rod 42 of the belt rolling bar 41 is used to pass through the unilateral bearing 412 and through the pivot hole 35 of pressure release body 32. The pivot rod 42 further stretches axially and is formed with a pivot shaft 421 opposite to the pressure pulley 37. On the pivot shaft 421, a lug 422 is provided matching with a cave 371 of the pressure pulley 37.

While the invention has been described in terms of what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention needs not be limited to the disclosed embodiment. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.
Claims
1. A packager with iron belt clamping mechanism, being provided with a front side and a rear side opposite to which standard tablets are formed, in which one side of the standard tablet is formed that is close to one opposite side of the iron belt, which makes the iron belt position, at least one through hole is formed on each of the standard tablets, the positioning part passes through the hole on the standard tablet to fix the standard tablet onto the packager, the right and left sides of the standard tablet are respectively defined to a first stopper portion and a second stopper portion, and the intervals of distance from the thru hole to the first stopper portion and to the second stopper portion are not equal.

The packager with iron belt clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the thru hole is fixed to the shift-limiting part and the opposite front and rear sides of the packager that are opposite to another thru hole of the standard tablet are respectively formed with a shift-limiting flange, which makes the shift-limiting flange pass through the corresponding thru hole.
3. The packager with iron belt clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the shift-limiting part is a screw bolt and the packager is formed with screw holes opposite to each other.
4. The packager with iron belt clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein an auxiliary ID is formed at a determined location of the surface of each of the standard tablets.

The packager with iron belt clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the thru holes of standard tablet is not equal to that of upper and lower sides of standard tablet and the lower sections of second stopper portions further stretch outwards to form extensive portions.
