GOLF CLUB USING MOVING BALL

A golf club using moving ball includes a shaft with which a moving passage is formed in a direction of length inside or outside of said shaft, a grip, which is installed along a top portion of the shaft, for gripping with hands, a head which is installed at a bottom portion of the shaft, for hitting the ball and at least one moving ball which is movable inside along the moving passage as it is inside or outside of the moving passage of the shaft.

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention is concerning about the golf club using moving ball.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, golf swing posture is divided as addressback swingtop of the back swingdownswingimpact follow through finish.

Especially, in the case of sending the golf ball to long distance with either drive shot or tee shot, the golf club has to move over the shoulder with back swing and hit the golf ball hard with rotating action.

At that time, even though the driving distance of the golf ball depends on speed and power of rotating action of golf club, basically, it depends on distance of backswing. so in case of sending the golf ball far, the posture of backswing and speed is very important.

As the equipment to correct backswing posture and backswing speed, the backswing stature informing equipment (Korea registered family patent No. No. 10-0293018) is released which informs of golf club stature with hitting sound of sliding ball by wearing golf glove or wrist brace.

However, since the above mentioned equipment has to be worn on either golf glove or brace, with hitting sound, the stature of golf club only has to be found as moving distance of sliding ball is short.

In addition, with shoulders as an axile, as sliding ball is moving from shoulder to wrist, movement of sliding ball is not accurate due to shortage of radius. Namely, it is very difficult for golf beginner to practice backswing since moving distance of sliding ball is short.

Also, without golf glove or brace, backswing can not be practiced.

To improve theses kind of problems, the ‘golf swing practice equipment installed with air resistance plate has been introduced (Korea registered family patent No. 10-0618514).

However, the above mentioned equipment can not hit the ball directly so that it can not be used for real practice.

Also, as the weight and center gravity are different from the golf club used in the real game, at backswing, the swing posture and speed could be different.

At the patent of new device No. 376169, the equipment by the hitting sound causes from metal balls in the shaft to correct swing posture and speed has been released.

However, since the above mentioned device had problems which were either metal balls can not be hit each other or at the section where two metal balls are not hit, practice had to be depended on impact of two metal balls so that swing speed could not be recognised.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

This invention, ‘The golf club for backswing practice’ does not need to prepare other things to resolve these above mentioned problems and the purpose of this invention is to provide the golf club for backswing without difference between the weight and center of gravity.

Since additional equipments are not needed other than golf club and its additional purpose is to improve the effectiveness of practice by hitting golf ball directly.

When moving ball is installed at the shaft, with hitting sound and vibration occurred on the shaft, since moving distance of moving ball is far, the backswing posture and speed could be corrected easily.

If more than one partition is installed in each section of golf club shaft, the vibration of moving ball created in the shaft and hitting sound from partitions could correct backswing posture and speed.

Technical Solution

To solve the above mentioned matters, ‘the golf club for backswing practice’

has a shaft (10) with moving passage (11), where is located on the direction of length inside or outside, with regular width, grip (30), which a user can hold with hands (80), installed on the top of the shaft (10), a head (20), which is located at the bottom of shaft (10) to hit the golf ball (90) and moving ball (40), which can be moved through moving passage (11) in the shaft (10).

Also, inside moving passage shaft is characterized by making of light materials such as stainless, titanium or aluminium.

On the outside of shaft (10), a hole to see inside of moving passage (11) and rumples through direction of length of shaft (10), rumples are characterized by making on many sides either left and right or top and bottom of length direction.

On the outside of shaft (10), to see moving passage (11), inside checking hole (12) made of transparent plastic material, glass or metal material has to be installed.

Moving ball (40) is characterized by making of nightglow or luminant materials.

Based on this invention, the golf club for backswing practice, which does not have difference of weight and center of gravity of the golf club used in real can be given to.

Moving passage can be made with regular width to internal and external length direction getting out from existing shape of shaft.

Since additional equipments are not needed except a golf club, effectiveness of practice can be improved as the ball is hit with golf club of this invention directly.

Also, as moving distance of moving ball is longer, with not only hitting sound but also vibration causing from moving ball, backswing posture and speed can be corrected.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

The component of this invention is moving passage (11) formed inside or outside to the direction of length with regular width, a shaft (10), which has partitions (60) dividing one section to more than one, a grip (30) installed on the top of shaft (10) to hold by hands (80), a head (20) installed at the bottom of shaft (10) to hit the golf ball (90) and moving ball (40) movable inside installed inside or outside of shaft (10) through moving passage (11).

Above the mentioned component not only has advantages of making sound continuously such as tick, tick, tick sound of which moving ball (40) made by partitions (60) but also give vibration when moving ball (40) is moving at the shaft (10).

MODE FOR THE INVENTION

With drawing with technology of this invention, the detailed explanation of invention is as follows.

Execution Example 1

Execution Example 1 of golf club has a shaft (10) with moving passage (11), where is located on the direction of length inside or outside, with regular width, grip (30), which a user can hold with hands (80), installed on the top of the shaft (10), a head (20), which is located at the bottom of shaft (10) to hit the golf ball (90) and moving ball (40), which can be moved through moving passage (11) in the shaft (10) as it is installed inside and outside of moving passage (11).

In this composition, the shaft (10) moving passage (11) is formed to internal direction of length.

It is highly recommended that the shaft (10) has to be made of light material with the same material and weight like normal shaft (10) of golf club. But it is recommended that the inside shaft (10) has to be made of light material such as stainless, titanium or aluminium.

Since common shaft (10) has different type that thickness is regular from the upper to bottom and getting thinner as going down, for the both of them, it is recommended that the moving passage (11) of shaft (10) should have regular width.

That is because the material moving inside has to be movable smooth with regular in the moving passage (11).

However, even though the shaft (10) can only be made with moving passage (11), through moving passage (11) on the wall, to see moving material, the wall hole and rumple can be formed.

Without making a hole on the wall, through moving passage (11), the inside can be checked by installing the inside checking hole (12) making of transparent plastic.

Top and bottom of moving passage (11) formed inside of shaft (10), which is connected with head (20), which is explained later, are blocked both.

At this time, to put materials into moving passage (11) easily, at the top of shaft (10), a plug could be fitted. Through this plug, can put into or draw out materials inside or outside of moving passage

Grip (30) can be fitted on the top of shaft (10) and a user can hold it by hands (80).

Grip (30) can be fitted with ordinary one, which can be used for the shaft (10) in general.

Head (20) can be fitted at the bottom of shaft (10) and it can be used for hitting the golf ball (90).

Head (20) can be fitted at the bottom of shaft (10) with ordinary one like grip(30).

The way head (20) is fitted to the shaft (10) can be welded or bonded after inputting head (20) into slot as like existing way, which is made at the bottom of shaft (10).

This invention can be fitted like the head (20) is fitted at the bottom of shaft (10)

As explained before, moving ball has to be input into moving passage (11) of shaft (10) before head (20) is fitted by bonding or welding.

At this time, to put the material which is inserted in moving passage (11) out or put in easily and to disassemble the head (20) and shaft (10) easily, the thread of a screw can be made and types of partitions and internal moving passage can be input into shaft (10).

The moving ball (40) can be installed in the inside of moving passage (11) of above mentioned shaft (10) and moved in the inside of moving passage (11).

It is recommend that the moving ball (40) can be made of various circular type materials such as glass, plastic or metal marble.

However, if the sectional type of internal moving passage (11) in the shaft (10) is not circular one, the moving ball (40) has to be shaped to fit for moving passage (11) section of shaft(10)

When the status that moving ball (40) is input into and assembled into moving passage (11) of shaft (10) is looked through drawing,

The drawing 2 indicates the moving ball (40) is located at the bottom of shaft (10) by the gravity and as it can be seen at the drawing 2 or 6, based on swing of the golfer, the location can be changed at the moving passage (11).

As mentioned above, the action of golf club can be explained as follows through drawing 2 or 6.

Drawing 2 shows the address posture using golf club of this invention.

Shaft (10) can be placed vertically on the ground and moving ball (40) can be placed at the bottom of moving passage (11) of shaft(10).

Drawing 6 shows the top at the time of correct backswing, fast backswing and over swing.

Drawing 3 shows at the time of correct backswing using golf club of this invention, that shaft (10) is moving parallel on the ground.

Namely, it shows that angle of the shaft (10) is over 90 degrees from perpendicularity of ground.

Normally, when backswing slowly is made, as it can be seen at drawing 4, the moving ball (40) is moving from the end of moving passage (11) to the grip (30) with regular speed.

On the contrary, when backswing with high speed as shown on the drawing 5, based on centrifugal force, the moving ball (40) is not moving from the end of moving passage (11) to grip (30) so that the over swing can be made.

And so, like drawing 3, when correct backswing is made, the moving ball (40) rolling sound can be heard as shaft (10) is moving parallel on the ground. However, if the drawing 5 backswing is made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) is not moved so that allows the golfer to correct his backswing posture by discriminating the difference.

Drawing 4 shows the top posture of correct backswing using golf club of this invention.

When the backswing is made slowly with regular speed, the moving ball (40) is moving through moving passage (11) to grip (30) as the drawing 3 to drawing 4. Hitting sound such as ‘tick’ can be heard.

Also, when partition is placed at each section, at the time of backswing, continuous hitting sound such as tick, tick, tick sound can be heard and at the time of downswing, single hitting sound such as tick can be created.

This process can be made slowly when the shaft (10) is going through ground in parallel.

On the contrary, when backswing is made with a high speed, until the posture in drawing 5 reaches the backswing top in drawing 6, the moving ball (40) is moving through moving passage (11) to the grip (30) slowly after reaching backswing top perfectly with a low speed, as the moving ball (40) is placed at the end side of moving passage (11) to the end of head (20). If the over swing is made, the moving ball can be stopped at the end of moving passage (11).

In the end, golfer can learn how to do backswing with regular speed by recognizing difference through sound and vibration.

On the contrary, using golf club of this invention, when doing downswing with a high speed reasonably at the top of backswing, the moving ball (40) is moving to head (20) of moving passage (11) of shaft (10) based on the centrifugal force. At the time of downswing on the process of impact, as the moving ball reaches to the end of moving passage (11) at the head (20), and the single hitting sound such as tick can be heard.

Especially, when downswing is made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) is moving toward opposite side of head (20) of moving passage (11) of shaft (10) in a short. However, if not, during downswing, as the moving ball (40) rolling sound and vibration can be heard so that golfer learn the feeling of correct downswing.

Also, when fast swing is made, feeling that is stopped at the top of backswing for a short period can not be felt so that the principle of regular backswing can not be found.

Execution Example 2

Execution example 2 is formed as the execution example 1 and as the moving passage (11) has regular width on the outside of shaft, and the moving ball (40) has the shape of a ring so that it can move through outside of shaft.

Grip (30) and head (20) can be formed as the execution example 1.

At this time, moving ball (40) has shape of a ring and it can be installed on the outside of shaft (10) and it can be movable along with the outside of shaft (10).

For this composition, the first moving ball (40) is placed at the bottom of shaft (10) based on gravity and the location, so that can see the location can be changed variously according to swing of golfer.

As looking into the action, with address posture, the shaft (10) is placed vertically on the ground and the moving ball (40) is placed at the end of outside of shaft (10).

At the time of desirable backswing, as the angle of shaft (10) is over 90 degrees from the surface and rectangular side, and the moving ball (40) slowly moves from the end of shaft (10) to the grip (30) if do backswing normally and continuously.

On the contrary, as the backswing is made with a high speed, based on centrifugal force, the moving ball (40) does not move from the end of shaft to the grip (30).

Also, due to fast backswing, the head (20) can be shaken from left to right of target, that is overswing.

When desirable backswing is made, the moving ball (40) rolling sound is made as shaft (10) is going through ground in parallel. But when the backswing is made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) does not move so that allows the golfer to discriminate this sound and correct the backswing posture.

When desirable top posture of backswing is reached, the single hitting sound such as ‘tack’ can be heard as the moving ball (40) moves to the end of grip (30)

This kind of process can be made constantly as the shaft (10) is going through the ground in parallel.

On the contrary, when the backswing is made in a high speed, the moving ball (40) stays at the head (20) at the end of moving passage (11) until reach to the top of backswing. And then, after top of backswing is reached, it moves to the grip (30) slowly.

In the end, as the golfer recognizes the differences between normal swing, fast swing and over swing through sound and vibration, he or she can learn how to do backswing slowly with regular speed.

On the other hand, if the downswing is made with fast speed from the top of backswing using a golf club of this invention, the moving ball (40) moves to the head (20) of shaft (10) by the centrifugal force and on the process of impact when downswing, as it reaches to the end of head (20), and the single hitting sound such as ‘tack’ can be made.

Especially, as downswing is made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) moves to the opposite site of head (20) of shaft (10) in a while. But if the downswing is not made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) rolling sound and vibration can be made so that the golfer can have the feeling of correct downswing.

Execution Example 3

Execution example 3 is formed as execution example 1 or 2 and one or more than partition (60) can be installed at the moving passage (11). The moving ball (40) can be installed at each section divided by partition (60)

Like this, in the way partition (60) is installed, to allow user to can input moving material easily into moving passage (11), on the top of shaft (10), plug can be fitted to put the material in the moving passage(11) or put it out through plug.

Also, the inside of moving passage shaft can be applied to all equipments for practice moving not only left and right but also many directions.

Shaft (10) can be made with many pieces to assemble and at the assembled parts, the partitions (60) can be input to control location of partitions (60).

At the piece of shaft (10), inside of shaft, one thread of a screw is made and at other piece, as the inside ) and outside (10a) thread of a screw is made, the outside thread of a screw can be used to connect piece of shaft (10) with bolt and at inside thread of a screw, the partition (60) can be input and it can be move through inside thread of a screw (10b).

At the partition (60) hole (61) can be made. if hole (61) is made in the center, sympathetic sound can be bigger to the user as whole moving passage (11) is connected to one and resonance phenomenon is enforced,

For this composition, when user doing backswing slowly in a regular speed, can make continuous hitting sound such as ‘tick, tick, tick’ sound as moving ball (40) moves to the end of each section of moving passage (11) to the grip (30).

This kind of process can be made regularly as shaft (10) moves on the ground in parallel.

On the contrary, when backswing is made with a high speed, until the top of backswing, the moving ball (40) stays at the end of moving passage (11) to the head (20). After top of backswing is reached completely, it moves to the grip (30) slowly.

By the sound and vibration, the golfer can recognize the difference and learn how to do backswing with slow and regular speed.

On the contrary if the downswing is made with a high speed from the top of backswing using a golf club of this invention, the moving ball (40) moves to the head (20) of moving passage (11) to shaft (10) by the centrifugal force and on the process of impact when doing downswing, as it reaches to the end of head (20) of moving passage(11), the single hitting sound such as ‘tack’ sound can be made and golfer can acknowledge.

Especially, as downswing is made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) moves to the opposite site of head (20) of moving passage(11) to shaft (10) in a while. But if the downswing is not made with a high speed, the moving ball (40) rolling sound and vibration can be made during downswing so that the golfer can learn the feeling of right downswing.

At this time, even though the length of each section can be made randomly, as length of section can be longer and shorter in sequence, at the time of swing, from the top to bottom or from down to up of shaft (10), the sound such as tack, tack, tack can be made in sequence so that trace of swing and speed can be recognized easier than before.

Execution Example 4

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 3 and at the both end of moving passage (11) or one side, and it is characterized by the fact that elastic material (50) has to be fitted.

The role of elastic material (50) is to provide the vibration with sound such as ‘tack’ sound when the moving ball (40) reaches at the end of moving passage (11) by gravity or user's swing so that a user can recognize the location of moving ball (40) under circumstance that location of moving ball can not be checked by a user only with sound.

In addition, the plate panel can be fitted at the end of elastic material (50) so that the sound can be made easily as the moving ball (40) reaches to the end.

Execution Example 5

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 4 and the moving passage (11) and moving ball (40) or moving ball (40) and elastic material (50) can be made of materials such as iron and magnet or magnet and iron. In this case, the movement of moving ball (40) can be subtly recognizable to the user.

Also, the metal material can be fitted at the end of elastic material (50) to respond to magnetic moving ball (40) with magnetism.

Also, as the partition (60) is made of magnet or metal responding to magnet, at each moving passage (11) divided by partition (60), the moving ball (40) can be installed so that such swing feeling can be improved.

Execution Example 6

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 5 and removable secondary shaft (70) is fitted on the shaft (10). The moving passage (11) is installed at secondary shaft (70).

For detailed example, the golf club consists of secondary shaft (70), which is made in a shape of pole, installed at the shaft (10) of golf club, the grip (30) which is installed at the top of secondary shaft (70), a user can hold with hands, the head (20), which is installed at bottom of secondary shaft (70), ball can be hit and moving ball (40), which is moving up and down of outside of secondary shaft (70), with the shape of ring.

Namely, one example for secondary shaft (70) is fitted on the existing golf club to allow moving ball (40) is to move along with outside of secondary shaft (70)

It is recommended that the secondary shaft (70) can be fitted on the shaft (10) as shown in the drawing but not limited in this. However, it can be attached on the side of shaft (10)

Also, when moving passage (11) is made in the shaft, in the shaft, secondary shaft (70) having moving passage (11) is installed and with a way of bolting, can be used to be disassemble shaft and secondary shaft (70) easily.

Execution Example 7

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 6. In the moving passage (11), on the center of axile to the direction length of moving passage (11), the moving ball support (12) is installed and moving ball (40) is characterized by having a hole penetrating with moving ball support (12) so that it can be moved with a moving ball support (12) in the moving passage (11).

On the contrary, it is recommended that the hole made in the middle of moving ball (40) in order to move easily with a moving ball support (12) has to be bigger than external diameter of moving ball support (12).

And so, the moving ball (40) can be made as a disk or hole manufactured spherical form in the middle and partition can be installed one or more at each section.

Above mentioned formation is that not only moving ball (40) moves through moving ball support (12) but also the moving ball (40) is shaking toward right angle of direction of length of moving ball support (12). Repetitive contact and disconnection between moving ball (40) and moving ball support (12) can give vibration and the moving speed of moving ball (40) depends on swing speed and angle of moving passage (11).

Especially, when moving ball support (12) is made of material with elasticity such as rope or stripe, steel wire or wire in vertical with direction of length, as the moving ball support (12) is shaking toward the right angle of direction of length, not only contact between moving ball (40) and moving ball support (12) but also moving ball (40) hits inside wall of moving passage (40), the sound and vibration is made.

Execution Example 8

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 7. The moving ball (40) is characterized by one of material choose from sphere, disk, material with a hole in the middle, spring or liquid.

In this time, a sphere is generally recommended and if either moving ball support (12) is installed or it is moved along with outside of shaft, the disk with hole in the middle is recommended.

When the spring is installed, as it has an elasticity and dynamic stability, depends on pressure in moving passage (11), power and swing of a user as expansion and shrinkage can be made by spring itself, it is moved into the moving passage (11) with expansion and shrinkage.

Especially, during the movement, as outside of large number of springs hit to inside of moving passage (11), soft or rough frictional sound is made by swing speed As it moves smoothly depending on swing speed of a user or rough sound such as buzz sound is made so that a user can detect the change of swing.

Also, on the outside of shaft, the spring can be fitted in perpendicular.

And so, one or more spring can be fitted on the top and bottom.

Liquid material can be used for moving ball.

Such liquid material (40) is characterized by creating wavelength depends on change of location energy.

That is, it is easy to say that the slopping can be happened. If the accelerating force in regular is given continuously, the liquid material (40) is moved to the back at a time. If the medium speed is changed, as the wavelength is created, the inside of moving passage (11), vibration and sound are created.

Especially, during movement, as the liquid material (40) is hitting inside of moving passage (11), the frictional sound such as frick sound is created. The frictional sound is made or not and moved smoothly depending on the swing speed, so based on that sound, a user can detect the change of swing.

On the contrary, in the liquid material (40), crashing sound creating material (41), which can created noise touching with the inside of moving passage (11) can be input one or more to maximize sound effect.

Also one or more partitions can be installed.

Execution Example

It is formed as the execution example 1 or 8. The moving passage (11) is formed in the shaft and at the wall of shaft (10), hole and rumple which can check the inside of moving passage(11) are formed on the direction of length of shaft (10). Rumple can be formed not only up, down, right and left but also many-sides.

With this formation, it is possible to check the way moving ball (40) moves through hole.

Also, if the rumple (62) is made on right angle of direction length of shaft (10), as it can be seen on the drawing, without partition, the moving passage can be divided into many sections with easy.

If the rumple (62) is formed to direction of length of shaft (10), even though up and down of width of shaft is different, the moving passage can be formed to have regular width.

Namely, depending on formation of rumple, at the existing shaft which width is not regular and partition is not created, the moving passage or partition with regular width can be made.

Execution Example 10

Shape which can check movement of moving ball (40), for example, if there is a hole to check inside, the moving ball (40) can be made of nightglow or luminant material as the moving ball (40) is moving outside of shaft.

In this kind of formation, the way moving ball (40) moves can be checked by color.

The content and principle of moving ball applied in the inter can be also applied to the outside of shaft with the same way.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

If the golf club of this invention as above mentioned composition is used for practice, the outstanding effect can be expected and unless it is against golf rule, it can be used for the real game.

Claims

1. A golf club using moving ball comprising:

a shaft with which a moving passage is formed in a direction of length inside or outside of said shaft;
a grip, which is installed along a top portion of the shaft, for gripping with hands;
a head which is installed at a bottom portion of the shaft, for hitting the ball; and
at least one moving ball which is movable inside along the moving passage as it is inside or outside of the moving passage of the shaft.

2. The golf club as recited in claim 1, wherein the moving passage has a regular width.

3. The golf club as recited in claim 1, further comprising at least one partition associated with the moving passage of the shaft, which can divide into more sections and the above moving ball is installed in each section.

4. The golf club as recited in claim 3, further comprising a hole in the partition wholly or partially.

5. The golf club as recited in claim 3, the golf club using moving ball characterized by controlling location by partition.

6. The golf club as recited in claim 3, the golf club using moving ball characterized by having different length of sections divided by partitions.

7. The golf club as recited in claim 1, the golf club using moving ball characterized by being installed elastic material on both side or one side of moving passage.

8. The golf club as recited in claim 1, the golf club using moving ball characterized by being installed magnet on both side or one side of moving passage.

9. The golf club as recited in claim 1, the golf club using moving ball characterized by being installed removable secondary shaft on the shaft and moving passage on secondary shaft.
