Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to dust collection, and particularly to a dust collecting cover assembly capable of being covered upon a blade, which is suitable for blades of different shapes so as to have the effect of dust collection.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In one prior art dust collecting blades, the blades are installed to a spindle of a dust collector. The blades rotate by using a motor so as to generate wind. The wind will absorb dusts in the air. The blades are formed on a rotary disk. Each blade has a cambered shape. The arc of the blade has the effect of controlling of the absorption of wind.

In another prior art, a portable dust collector is provided. The dust collector includes a base, a dust collecting device, an upper cover, a dust cover and a lower cover. The lower cover has a brush for collecting dust into a dust absorption opening. A fan will generates an upward absorption force so that dust will be absorbed into a space for dust collecting. The fan will exhaust air for air convection and thus the dust will be filtered through a filter. The structure of this prior art is simple and the battery thereof can be updated by users themselves.

The above mentioned dust collecting device must be used with special used components. They cannot be used with other elements not specific. Thus, it is inconvenient and the user must buy the specific components for updating. Thereby they are not practical.

Although fan used in home or working places can drive air to flow, but the dust in the air cannot be cleaned. Thus air cleaner must be prepared, while this is inconvenient and extra fee generates, for example filters must be updated or cleaned.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a dust collecting cover for covering upon with a fan device. The dust collection cover can match with blades with various shapes. Only the fan is drive by a motor so as to generate absorption force for suction of air. The dust collecting cover adhered to a blade can collect dusts or bacteria in the air so as to have the effect of air-cleaning. The present invention makes the prior fan have the effect of an air filter without needing to buy a further air filter. The dust collecting cover of the present invention can be updated periodically or cleaned based on the need of users. Furthermore, the dust collecting cover can cover upon a blade completely or only covers a part of a blade. In the present invention, the dust collecting cover can be arranged on blades of any kind with power driving device, such as electric fans, turbines, industrial fans, heat dissipating fans, suction fans, exhausting fans, etc.

To achieve above object, the present invention provides a dust collecting cover assembly capable of being covered upon a blade, comprising: a rotary disk having an axial hole for connecting with other elements; at least one blade set having at least one blade which is extended from the rotary disk; a rotary shaft having one end pivotally to the axial hole of the rotary disk for pivotally connecting with other driving elements; a driving device connected to another end of the rotary shaft directly or indirectly for driving the rotary shaft to rotate so that the blades also rotate; and at least one dust collection cover being covered or adhered to the blade.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1A is a schematic view about the first embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 1B is schematic view showing the driving structure of the present invention.

FIG. 1C is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view about the second embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 3A is a front view about the blade and dust collecting cover before gluing.

FIG. 3B is a front view about the blade and dust collecting cover after gluing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

A rotary disk 1 has an axial hole 10 for connecting with other elements.

At least one blade set 2 has at least one blade which is extended from the rotary disk 1.

A rotary shaft 3 has one end pivotally to the axial hole 10 of the rotary disk 1 for pivotally connecting with other driving elements.

A motor 4 is connected to another end of the rotary shaft 3 directly or indirectly for driving the rotary shaft 3 to rotate so that the blades also rotate.

At least one dust collection cover 5 can be covered or adhered to the blade. The dust collection cover 5 can be glued to the blade and thus at this case, the dust collection cover 5 is adhered with adhesive.

With referring to FIG. 2, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. At this embodiment, the blade set 20 is directly attached to the rotary shaft 30. No rotary disk 10 is used at this embodiment. In this embodiment, the following elements are included.

A rotary shaft 30 serves for driving other elements.

At least one blade set 20 has at least one blade which extends from the rotary shaft 30.

A motor 40 is connected to another end of the rotary shaft 30 directly or indirectly for driving the rotary shaft 30 to rotate and thus the blade set 20 also rotates.

At least one dust collection cover 50 can be covered or adhered to the blade. The dust collection cover 50 can be glued to the blade and thus at this case, the dust collection cover 50 is adhered with adhesive. The shape of the dust collection cover 50 has a wide range. It is only needed that the dust collection cover 50 can be adhered to the blade. For example, as illustrated in FIGS. 3(A) and 3(B), the dust collection cover can only covers upon a part of a blade.

In the present invention, the dust collection cover can match with blades with various shapes.

In the present invention, the driving components can be selected from motors or engines. The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
