SAFE, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENERGY-SAVING TYPE OIL-FILLING DEVICE

The present invention provides a safe, environmental protection, energy-saving type oil-filling device which at least consists of a double-wall oil-storage tank. The separating explosion-proof materials are respectively filled in the tank inner cavity and the tank wall interlayer. The oil outlet pipe of the oil-storage tank is connected with the oil-filling machine. A skid body is set up under the oil-storage tank and the oil-filling machine. A hood body is set up on the skid body. The oil-filling machine is a split type oil-filling machine, which consists of a digital electronic display, an oil pump case body and a filling gun. The digital electronic display and the filling gun are set up on the outer side of hood body wall. The oil pump case body is set up in the space formed by inside of the hood body and outside of the oil-storage tank and fixed on the skid body. The oil outlet pipe of the oil-storage tank is connected on the oil pump case body. The oil outlet hose on the oil pump case body is connected to the filling gun through the wall hole of the hood body. An oil gas recovery device is set up on the oil-storage tank, which consists of a breather valve set up on the oil-storage tank and connected with the oil-storage tank through a breather valve pipeline. A triple valve is mounted on the breather valve pipeline. One end of the triple valve is connected with the oil gas recovery hose. During the process of filling oil from the tank car to the oil-storage tank, the filler neck of the oil gas recovery hose is connected with the joint of the oil gas recovery hose of tank car. In the double-wall oil-storage tank of present invention, split type oil-filling machine is fixed on the skid body, and separating explosion-proof materials are filled in the tank wall interlayer and in the inner cavity, so that the floor area is greatly reduced and the intrinsic safety of oil-storage tank is guaranteed. The hood body on the skid body may be designed in diversified moldings and patterns according to the requirements of peripheral environment, so as to enhance the sense of safety. Since the arrangement of the oil gas recovery device the process of filling oil may achieve the enclosed recovery of oil gas, avoid the volatilization of oil gas in oil-storage tank and effectively reduce the contamination and damage to the atmosphere and saving the energy, thus the invention indeed realize the object of safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and decreasing of energy consumption.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an oil-filling device and especially relates to a safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device which is removable oil-filling equipment used to fill gasoline or diesel oil to the oil tank of automobile.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

At present, in domestic gasoline filling stations, the oil tanks are buried underground for long term. Being exposed to underground erosion, leakage or leakiness of oil and/or gases frequently occurs on tank walls, thus brings about severe contamination and damage to the soil in the periphery of gasoline filling station. Especially the destruction to the underground water resources is irretrievable. Meanwhile, considerable part of these underground gasoline filling stations are established in cities, and even some of them are distributed in downtown areas. With the urbanization progress speeding up, the newly-built high buildings and large mansions as well as inhabitant communities have gradually swallowed the surroundings in the periphery of gasoline filling stations, so that the safe distances to the gasoline filling stations do not conform to the relevant provisions of engineering and construction specification for gasoline/gas filling station. As a result, some gasoline filling stations are confronted with the troubles of closedown and relocation. On the other hand, it is still necessary to keep on building new gasoline filling stations to meet the requirement for the development of cities. However, for building new gasoline filling stations, it will be confronted with a series of contradictions such as relocation, acquisition and lack of land in cities. Therefore, it has become a hot potato to reduce the area covered by gasoline filling station.

In addition, the oil tanks in the present gasoline filling stations are seldom equipped with oil gas recovery devices. Even if few gasoline filling stations have adopted measures to recover oil gas, most of them have failed to produce ideal effect. In the process when tank cars filling oil to oil-storage tanks, a great lot of oil gases are volatilized to the atmosphere, resulting in severe contamination to the environment and damages to physical and mental health.

According to the search, a portable gasoline filling station is available on the market. In the station an oil-storage tank is set up on the ground, which is an improvement over the underground tank. However, the oil-filling machine and the oil-storage tank are mutually separated in layout, and usually a definite distance is kept between them. At the same time, the gasoline filling station is also equipped with independent operation building or control room etc. Thus it takes a large floor area, high difficulty in construction work and high expenses to the gasoline filling station. Therefore, it still exists the room for making improvement on the gasoline filling station.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The first object of the present invention is to provide a safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device aiming at overcoming the deficiency of prior art. The double-wall storage tank and oil-filling machine set up in this device form an integral part fixed on a skid body. The separating explosion-proof materials are filled in the storage tank and in the double-wall interlayer, so as to guarantee the intrinsic safety of the oil-storage tank. A split oil-filling machine is fixed on the hood body of skid body, so that the floor area is slashed. The hood body may adopt diversified moldings and patterns according to the requirement of peripheral environment, thus enhancing the safety effect visually. This oil-filling device may be hoisted as an integral part, which makes facile relocation and movement, short station construction period, low expense, simple and convenient operation and maintenance. The device is designed in standardized and modular manner and is applicable to various oil servicing environments.

The second object of the present invention is to provide a safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device aiming at overcoming the deficiency of prior art. On the basis of dissolving the problems of intrinsic safety and explosion protection of the oil-storage tank, this oil-filling device is equipped with an oil gas recovery device to achieve the enclosed recovery of oil gas during the process of oil filling, so as to effectively avoid the volatilization of oil gas in the oil-storage tank, reduce the pollution and destruction to the atmosphere and conserve the energy, and realizing the effects of environmental protection, energy-saving and decreasing energy consumption indeed.

The objects of present invention are achieved through the following technical solutions:

A safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device at least consists of an oil-storage tank; an oil outlet pipe of oil-storage tank connected with an oil-filling machine. The oil-storage tank is a double walled tank. The separating explosion-proof materials are respectively filled in the inner cavity of the oil-storage tank and in the interlayer formed by two-layer tank walls. A skid body is set up under the oil-storage tank and the oil-filling machine. A hood body is set up on the skid body. The skid body is fixed on the collision prevention foundation with bolts so as to form a removable gasoline filling station. The oil-filling machine is a split type oil-filling machine, which includes a digital electronic display, an oil pump case body and a filling gun. The digital electronic console and the filling gun are set up on the outer side of hood body wall; The oil pump case body is set up in the space formed by inside of the hood body and outside of the oil-storage tank and fixed on the skid body; A bracket used to support the filling gun is also set up on the outer wall of the hood body. The bracket of filling gun is mounted under the digital electronic display. An oil outlet pipe of the oil-storage tank is connected on the oil pump case body. An oil outlet hose on the oil pump case body is connected on the filling gun through the wall hole of hood body. An oil gas recovery device is set up on said oil-storage tank. This oil gas recovery device consists of a breather valve set up on the oil-storage tank. A triple valve is mounted on the pipeline connected with the oil-storage tank through breather valve, and the other end of the triple valve is connected with an oil gas recovery hose. The filler neck of this oil gas recovery hose is connected with the joint of the oil gas recovery hose of the tank car during the process of filling oil from the tank car to the oil-storage tank.

In general cases, the skid body is a rectangle framework constructed by channel steels. To increase the strength of the framework, strengthening ribs interlacing in vertical and horizontal directions are provided in the middle of the framework. The hood body consists of four walls on its front, back, left and right sides, each of which is a multi-cellular framework welded by square steels. An aluminum-plastic composite panel is fixed on the upper part of the framework, and a shutter is set up on the lower part of the framework. The digital electronic display is provided with the digital electronic display screen showing the values of liter, the amount and the unit price as well as the operational keyboard and the display with liquid level meter. In order to meet the requirement of uses, one or more filling guns may be provided to match the oil-filling machine, and the bracket of the filling guns and the filling guns are setup correspondingly. The oil inlet pipe set up on the oil pump case body is connected with the oil-storage tank. For the purpose of safety, an emergency shut-off valve is provided on the front end of the oil inlet pipe. At the same time, a detection device to prevent the leakage and volatilization of oil gas is set up in the oil pump case body, which may give an alarm in time upon detection of the leakage of oil gas. To provide conveniences for the operating staffs, a suncover is extending outward from the top of hood body. The suncover is set up on the position corresponding to the position where the digital electronic display is located. Furthermore, the working table for operating staffs extends from the skid body and locates under the suncover. In addition, the bulkheads are setup in the inner cavity of the oil-storage tank, by which the space of tank body is divided into more than one enclosed cavities that are used to store different kinds of oil products in the same oil-storage tank.

In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the present invention include the following aspects:

1. In the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving oil-filling device provided by the present invention, split type oil-filling machine fixed on the skid body as well as the inner cavity and interlayer of double-wall oil-storage tank are filled with separating explosion-proof materials, which may effectively prevent the explosion accidents caused by naked fire, static electricity, welding, gunshot, collision and faulty operation and thus guarantee the safety of oil-storage tank object while greatly reducing the floor area.

2. The hood body on the skid body may be designed in diversified styles according to the requirements of peripheral environment of specific place and may adopt various moldings and patterns, so as to achieve the integral harmony with the environment and visually improve the safety effect; The structure and dimension of oil-storage tank as well as the specification for oil-filling machine may be designed and manufactured according to user's requirements;

3. This device is extensively applicable to various fixed and temporary oil-filling locations in urban centers, inhabitant communities, large scale parking lots, speedways, towns and rural districts. This oil-filling device may be hoisted as an integral part, which makes facile relocation and movement, short station construction period, low expense, simple and convenient operation and maintenance. The device is designed in standardized and modular manner and is applicable to various oil servicing environments;

4. On the basis of dissolving the problems of intrinsic safety and explosion protection of the oil shortage tank, the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of the present invention is equipped with an oil gas recovery device to achieve the enclosed recovery of oil gas during the process of oil filling, so as to effectively avoid the volatilization of oil gas in the oil shortage tank, reduce the pollution and damage to the atmosphere and prevent the waste of energy source, realizing the effects of environmental protection, energy-saving and decreasing energy consumption indeed.

Further detailed description of the technical proposals of the present invention will be given in combination with attached drawings and specific embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIG. 1 is the schematic diagram of the integral structure of safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is the vertical view of FIG. 1 of the present invention. As can be known from FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device which at least consists of an oil-storage tank 1. The oil outlet pipe 11 of the oil-storage tank 1 is connected with the oil-filling machine 2. A bracket 10 is set up at the bottom of the oil-storage tank 1; The oil-storage tank 1 is a double walled tank; Furthermore, the separating explosion-proof materials are respectively filled in the inner cavity of oil-storage tank 1 and in the interlayer formed by two-layer tank walls. A skid body 3 is set up under the oil-storage tank 1. which is fixed on the collision prevention foundation with bolts, so as to form a removable, safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device; A hood body 5 is set up on the skid body 3. In general cases, the skid 3 is a rectangle framework welded by channel steels. To enhance firmness, strengthening ribs interlacing in vertical and horizontal directions are provided in the middle of the framework. At the same time, the riffled sheets are paved on the framework and are provided discharge groove; the framework is fixed on the collision prevention foundation 4 through underground bolts. To guarantee the safety of the oil-filling device, the foundation 4 is provided with static electricity and lightning protection network. Whenever it is required to relocate this device, since the oil-storage tank 1, oil-filling machine 2 and oil pipelines etc are located at the skid body 3, integral hoisting of this device may be performed so long as the bolts connected with foundation are removed. Therefore, the relocation of the device is very convenient. In this way, the gasoline filling station established by using the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device provided by the present invention has the advantages of short period for station construction, quick and convenient operation and high efficiency, thus being applicable to various oil servicing environments. In addition, since the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device is set up on the ground, it may greatly save the floor area and civil work construction cost as compared with the underground gasoline filling station. For example, it is merely required to cover land area of 40 M3 to build an oil-filling device with oil-storage tank being 25 M3. As compared with the underground gasoline filling station with identical tank volume, the land area may be greatly saved. The floor area of this oil-filling device is mainly designed based on the floor area of skid body 3.

The primary function of the hood body 5 fixed on the skid body 3 is to protect the oil-storage tank 1 from bump and damage caused by unexpected accidents. In addition, for the gasoline filling stations established on downtown areas, it is also feasible to fabricate various warm and sweet advertisements on the wall of the hood body 5, so as to eliminate the fear for inflammable and explosive dangerous chemical products and play an active role in creating harmonious atmosphere. Under the general conditions, the hood body 5 is constructed by 4 walls on the front, back, left and right sides, each of which is a multi-cellular framework 51 welded by square steels. An aluminum-plastic composite panel 52 is fixed on the upper part of the framework. Different color of aluminum-plastic composite panel 52 can be chosen according to the requirements of specific location, and the molding of the panel may be designed in diversified styles, so as to achieve harmonious and unified integrated environment. For example, the hood body 5 may be designed as rectangular solid, circular cylinder or other irregular shapes. A shutter 53 may be set up on the lower part of the framework 51, so as to improve the air circulation in the hood body. In case of leakage of oil or gas in the pipeline or cushion, it is possible to effectively avoid the aggregation of oil gas and eliminate hidden troubles by means of the air circulation. An oil/gas leakage detection device may be setup to provide automatic warning, to adopt measures in time and to guarantee safety. The lifting rings (not shown in the Figure) are respectively set up on the corresponding positions of front and back sides of the framework for the purpose of integral hoisting.

FIG. 3 is the side view of FIG. 1 of present invention. As can be known from FIG. 3 in combination with FIGS. 1 and 2, the oil-filling machine 2 is a split type oil-filling machine which consists of a digital electronic display 21, an oil pump case body 22 and a filling gun 23. The digital electronic display 21 and filling gun 23 are set up on the outside wall of the hood body 5, and the oil pump case body 22 is set up on the skid body located in the space formed by inside of the hood body 5 and outside of the oil-storage tank 1. To guarantee the safety, a detection device to prevent the leakage of flammable gas (mainly refers to the light fuel gas in the present invention) is set up in the oil pump case body 22. Upon collection of the leaky oil products, the detection device will provide automatic warning in order to adopt measures and to guarantee safety. The oil outlet hose 25 connected on the oil pump case body 22 is connected with the filling gun 23 through the hood wall hole set up on the hood body 5; The bracket 24 used to support the filling gun is fixed on the outer wall of the hood body 5 and located under the digital electronic display 21. The quantity of the filling guns 23(may be one or more) corresponds to the designed oil transfer pump. In this embodiment, the quantity of filling guns 23 is 2, that is to say, the two-pumps and two-filling guns type oil-filling machine is adopted. A distribution box 26 of the oil-filling device is set up in the middle of the brackets 24 for two filling guns. A gear oil pump of oil-filling machine, a filter and a flowmeter are set up in the oil pump case body 22. The gear oil pump may be a G.P03 gear pump in compliance with the international measurement standard OIMLR117/118, which is designed in the technologies of fixed-spindle inner gearing circular tooth gear drive and compulsory guide type gas-oil separation, The gear oil pump is featured by uniformity of operation, low noise, strong ability for gas-oil separation and oil absorption as well as long life or permanence. The flowmeter may be a LLJ05 flowmeter complying with international measurement standard OIMLR117/118, which is designed using the technologies of crank connecting link fixed stroke control and soft piston built-in spring sealing etc. The flowmeter product may achieve zero accident for 5 million liters and operating life as high as 10 million liters, and can still perform normal operation under the low temperature of minus 45° C.

According to the requirements for use, the digital electronic display 21 is provided with a digital electronic display screen 27 showing the values of liter, an amount and a unit price as well as the operational keyboard 28. The control circuit board and the electronic components are set up in the digital electronic display 21 on which the display 29 with liquid level meter is also provided so as to monitor the parameters of high/low liquid level of oil products in the oil-storage tank 1 at any moment.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a suncover 54 extends outward on the top of the hood body 5, which is set up on the position corresponding to the position where the digital electronic display is located. Furthermore, the working table 31 of operating staffs extends on the skid body 3 on the corresponding lower part of the suncover 54. The suncover 54 is a rectangle ladder welded with square steels. A sun board is paved on the ladder, and an explosion-proof light 55 is installed in the middle of the suncover 54.

FIG. 4 is the layout schematic diagram of oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe of the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of present invention. As known from FIG. 4, during the process of filling oil to the oil-storage tank 1, the gasoline enters the inlet valve 121 Passing through the filter 122 for filtrating the foreign matters so as to guarantee the purity of oil product, the triple valve 123 and the flowmeter 124 by way of the oil pipeline, and the oil pump 125 and the check valve 126, entering the oil-storage tank 1 from the oil inlet pipe 12. To guarantee the safety, a detection device to prevent oil/gas leakage is set up on the position of the oil pump 125. Upon detection of oil/gas leakage in oil pipeline, it will give an automatic warning to adopt measures to ensure safety. During the process of filling oil, gasoline is output from the oil outlet pipe 11, transported in the oil pipeline by way of delivery valve 111, and by way of the ball valve 112 and emergency shut-off valve 113 sent into the oil pump case body 22. A high-temperature automatic oil cut-off protection valve is set up on the oil inlet pipe of oil pump case body 22. Under the action of oil pump case body 22, the gasoline is output from the filling gun 23 by way of the oil outlet hose 25.

As shown in FIG. 1, in order to prevent the direct discharge of oil gas to atmosphere, in the process of filling oil to the oil-storage tank 1, which may cause contamination to the air, an oil gas recovery device 6 is set up on the oil-storage tank 1. The oil gas recovery device 6 consists of a breather valve which is connected with the oil-storage tank 1 through the breather valve pipeline 64. A triple valve 63 is mounted on the breather valve pipeline 64. An oil gas recovery hose 61 is connected with one end of the triple valve 63. The filler neck of the oil gas recovery hose 61 is connected with the joint of the oil gas recovery hose of the tank car. During the process of filling oil to the oil-storage tank 1, the triple valve 63 is under manual controlled, the oil gas recovery hose 61 is opened, the breather valve 62 is closed, and the oil and gas stored in the oil-storage tank 1 are recovered to the oil-storage tank of the tank car through the oil gas recovery hose 61 (expiration). During the process of filling oil to the automobile through the oil-filling machine, the oil gas recovery hose 61 is closed, the breather valve 62 is opened, and oil-storage tank 1 “inspires” through the breather valve 62. Therefore, the enclosed oil discharge may be achieved through the oil gas recovery device, so that the oil gas may not be volatilized to the air, thus generating no contamination to atmosphere and realizing the purpose of safety and environmental protection. At the same time, in order to further improve safety, an oil leak detector tube 14 and an oil leak detection valve 141 are connected in the interlayer of oil-storage tank 1. Once oil leak on the tank wall of oil-storage tank 1 is found, the repairing operation will carry out at any time.

In the skid mounted gasoline filling station of prior art, the oil-filling machine and the oil-storage tank are separately set up, and a safe distance is kept between them (As shown in FIG. 3), thus the floor area of gasoline filling station is relatively expanded in this way. Since the safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device provided by the present invention adopts the novel design of split type oil-filling machine, the parts exposed on the outside of the hood body 5 merely include the digital electronic display 21, the filling gun 23, the filling gun bracket 24, as well as the opening door of the distribution box 26, the oil outlet hose 25 connected on the oil pump case body 22 being connected to the filling gun 23 through the hood wall hole opened on the hood body 5. For this reason, the concept of “Zero distance” between the oil-filling machine and the oil-storage tank may only be realized in the use of separating explosion protection oil-storage tank of present invention, and then so called concept “oil-filling island” may be canceled.

The oil-storage tank 1 adopted by the present invention is a separating explosion protection oil-storage tank which is a double walled tank. The separating explosion-proof materials are respectively filled in the oil-storage tank and the interlayer of two-layer tank walls. The separating explosion-proof material is produced by special alloy material, which is made into reticular form or spheroid form with laminated construction through a tense machine. The material filled in the oil-storage tank may effectively prevent the explosion accidents initiated by naked fire, static electricity, welding, gunshot and collision, thus realize the intrinsic safety. For the more detailed information regarding the separating explosion-proof materials, it is advisable to refer to the application of patent invention titled “Separating explosion-proof material” (Application number: CN200510067976.1) or the application of patent invention titled “Separating explosion-proof material unit body” (Application number: CN200510066233.2). Meanwhile, a vertical well and a decontamination tunnel are installed in the oil-storage tank 1, and the blow-off lines are connected at the bottom of the tank, so that the operating staffs may conveniently maintain the oil-storage tank and conduct cleaning and blowdown treatment on the separating explosion-proof material in the tank. For the detailed relevant content of its embodiment as well as its function and effects, it is advisable to refer to patent invention titled “Separating and explosion protection underground oil storage tank capable of cleaning and maintenance” (patent number: ZL01144635.8). A liquid level meter with high/low level alarm functions is set up in the oil-storage tank 1, and an emergent pressure relief device and an overflow-proof device etc are set up on the top of the oil-storage tank. A detection device used to prevent oil gas from leakage is set up in the interlayer of the tank walls. This detection device is an inflammable gas detector (Mode QJ-T) produced by Tianjin Dongli Warning Device Factory. Upon detection the leak of oil products, the detector will send an automatic warning, in order to adopt measures and to avoid contamination to the underground water resources.

The working principle of the separating explosion protection is as follows: according to the heat transfer theory and the basic conditions for the formation of combustion and/or explosion, it utilizes the high pore space of the reticular materials filled in the oil-storage tank to prevent the rapid spread of flame and the instant release of energy; and at the same time, it utilizes the surface effect of metallic materials to destroy the conditions for combustion medias to aggregate energy and form explosion, so as to prevent combustion and explosion and achieve intrinsic safety. The separating explosion-proof material has the function to suppress the volatilization of oil gas. After the underground oil-storage tanks of gasoline filling station have been transformed by the separating explosion protection technology, the losses of oil products as well as the pollution of oil gas to atmospheric environment may be effectively reduced. For example, for a middle-scale gasoline filling station with annual turnover of 5000 tons, after implementing the separating explosion protection technology, the losses of oil products may be reduced by about 13 tons and fund of over 70,000 Yuan may be saved annually.

Therefore, the requirement of “Zero distance” may only be actualized by changing the structural layout between the oil-filling machine and the oil-storage tank on the basis of achieving intrinsic safety after implementing the separating explosion protection technology on the oil-storage tank.

Where an oil-storage tank with large volume is required to store multiple kinds of oil products, it is also feasible to set up one or more of bulkheads in the tank body of oil-storage tank so as to divide the volume of tank body into two or more relatively independent cabins. The arrangement of the bulkheads enhances the intensity of the tank body of oil tank on the one hand, and on the other hand the arrangement divides the oil tank into independent cabins, so that the oil tank can contain two or more gasoline products with different labels such as 90#, 93# and 97# etc, thus meeting the requirement that multiple kinds of oil products may be stored in a same oil tank. It is necessary to note that, it is also required to set up a decontamination channel and a corresponding blow-down valve in each cabin so as to conduct decontamination and blowdown in time.

In the end, it must be mentioned as follows: above embodiments are merely used to describe rather than limit the present invention. Although detailed description of present invention is provided with reference to the preferred embodiments, the common technical personnel of this field should understand that any should be included within the scope of claims of present invention.

Claims

1. A safe, environmental protection, energy-saving type oil-filling device at least includes an oil-storage tank which is a double walled tank the outlet pipe of oil-storage tank connected with the oil-filling machine; the separating explosion-proof materials respectively filled in the inner cavity of oil-storage tank and in the interlayer formed by two-layer tank walls; a skid body set up under the oil-storage tank and oil-filling machine, which is fixed on the collision prevention foundation to form a removable gasoline filling station; a hood body set up on the skid body; characterized in that

said oil-filling machine is a split type oil-filling machine, which includes a digital electronic display, an oil pump case body and a filling gun; the digital electronic console and the filling gun being set up on the outer wall of hood body; the oil pump case body being set up in the space formed by inside of the hood body and outside of the oil-storage tank and fixed on the skid body; the bracket used to support the filling gun as well as the digital electronic display of oil-filling machine being set up on the outer wall of hood body; the bracket of the filling gun being mounted under the digital electronic display; the oil outlet pipe of oil-storage tank being connected on the oil pump case body; the oil outlet hose of oil pump case body being connected on the filling gun through the wall hole of hood body;
an oil gas recovery device being set up on said oil-storage tank, which consists of a breather valve set up on the oil-storage tank; a triple valve being mounted on the pipeline connected with the oil-storage tank through the breather valve, and an end of the triple valve being connected with an oil gas recovery hose; the filler neck of this oil gas recovery hose being connected with the joint of the oil gas recovery hose of the tank car during the process of filling oil from the tank car to the oil-storage tank.

The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1, characterized in that said skid body is a rectangle framework composed of the channel steels, and the strengthening ribs interlacing in vertical and horizontal directions are provided in the middle of the framework.

The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1, characterized in that said hood body consists of four wall bodies on its front, back, left and right sides, each of which is a multi-cellular framework welded by square steels; an aluminum-plastic composite panel being fixed on the upper part of the framework, and a shutter being set up on the lower part of the framework.

The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1, characterized in that said digital electronic display is provided with the digital electronic display screen showing the values of liter, amount and unit price as well as the operational keyboard and the display with liquid level meter.

5. The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1, characterized in that there are one or more filling guns and the brackets of filling guns and filling guns are set up correspondingly.

6. The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1, characterized in that the oil inlet pipe and the oil-storage tank are connected in said oil pump case body, and an emergency shut-off valve is set up on the front end of the oil inlet pipe.

7. The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1 or 6, characterized in that a detection device used to prevent oil gas leakage is set up in said oil pump case body.

8. The safe, environmental protection and energy-saving type oil-filling device of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that a suncover extends outward on the top of said hood body; which is set up on the position corresponding to the position where the digital electronic display is located; furthermore, the working table of operating staffs extends on the skid body on the corresponding lower part of the suncover.

9. The safe and environmental protection type underground oil tank of claim 1, characterized in that some of the bulkheads are setup in the inner cavity of the oil-storage tank, by which the space of the tank body is divided into more than one enclosed cavities that are used to store different kinds of oil products in the same oil-storage tank.
