An exhibition apparatus includes a pair of side boards, a pair of back boards, a vertical board and at least a pair of bottom boards. The pair of back boards are respectively pivotally connected to each other and respectively pivotally connected to the pair of side boards. At least one among the pair of back boards has at least a first insertion portion. The vertical board is disposed between the pair of side boards. The pair of bottom boards are respectively pivotally connected to the two opposite surfaces of the vertical board and respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the pair of side boards facing the vertical board. At least one among the pair of bottom boards has a second insertion portion, and the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the priority benefit of Taiwan application serial no. 98207533, filed on May 4, 2009. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of specification.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Utility Model

The present invention generally relates to an exhibition apparatus, and more particularly, to an exhibition apparatus able to be quickly formed by assembling and installing.

2. Description of Related Art

Usually, the material of an exhibition apparatus has many various options, for example, paper material, plastic material or wooden material, and so on. Herein, the paper material is advantageous in recycle and reuse features to catch up with environment protection trend, so that the paper material has gradually played a major role in providing the material for fabricating exhibition apparatuses.

However, a conventional exhibition apparatus needs multifarious and complicated assembling and installing procedures, such as folding, buckling or inserting, on a plurality of cut-out and shaped paper boards for assembling and installing, so that considerable time is required to fabricate a conventional exhibition apparatus.

SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to an exhibition apparatus advantageous in quickly being formed by assembling.

The present invention is also directed to an exhibition apparatus for exhibiting commodities or products arranged in multi layers.

The present invention provides an exhibition apparatus, which includes a pair of side boards, a pair of back boards, a vertical board and at least a pair of bottom boards. The pair of back boards are pivotally connected to each other and respectively pivotally connected to the pair of side boards. At least one among the pair of back boards has at least a first insertion portion. The vertical board is disposed between the pair of side boards. The pair of bottom boards are respectively pivotally connected to the two opposite surfaces of the vertical board and respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the pair of side boards facing the vertical board. At least one among the pair of bottom boards has a second insertion portion, and the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned pair of side boards and pair of back boards are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned first insertion portion is a hole, the second insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes a connecting board, wherein the connecting board is pivotally connected between the pair of back boards and has at least a third insertion portion, the vertical board further has at least a fourth insertion portion, and the third insertion portion and the fourth insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned pair of side boards, pair of back boards and insertion portion are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned third insertion portion is a hole, the fourth insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned flange further has a folding board; wherein when the flange is locked in the hole, the folding board suits to be bended towards the back surface of at least one among the pair of back boards so as to keep the flange in the hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes at least a baffle-board, wherein the baffle-board is disposed on the pair of bottom boards and leans against a side edge of the vertical board far away from the pair of back boards, and the both ends opposite to each other of the baffle-board respectively extend until the pair of side boards.

In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the above-mentioned the bottom boards further has a fifth insertion portion, the baffle-board further has two sixth insertion portions, and the fifth insertion portions and the sixth insertion portions are inserted by each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned fifth insertion portions are adjacent to the side boards and the sixth insertion portions are adjacent to both ends opposite to each other of the baffle-board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the above-mentioned fifth insertion portions is a hole, each of the sixth insertion portions is a flange and the flanges suit to be locked in the holes.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes a pair of supporting boards, wherein the pair of supporting boards are pivotally connected to each other and are respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the pair of side boards, and the pair of supporting boards suit to swing relatively to each other so as to lean against a side edge of the vertical board far away from the pair of back boards and further to support the bottom surfaces of the pair of bottom boards.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are inserted by each other, the vertical board and the pair of bottom boards lean against the pair of back boards.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned vertical board further has a carrying hole adjacent to the upper edge of the vertical board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes an exhibition board, wherein the exhibition board has at least a holding portion. When the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are inserted by each other, the exhibition board suits to be inserted between the pair of back boards and the vertical board, and the holding portion grasps the upper edge of at least one among the pair of the pair of back boards.

The present invention also provides another exhibition apparatus, which includes a front board, a back board, a pair of side boards, at least a pair of vertical boards, at least a folding board and at least a case body. The back board has at least a first opening. The pair of side boards are respectively pivotally connected to the front board and the back board. The pair of vertical boards are located between the pair of side boards and respectively pivotally connected to the surface of the front board and the surface of the back board. The folding board is disposed at the edge of the first opening, wherein the folding board is suitable to pass through the first opening and be folded towards the space between the pair of vertical boards so as to make the pair of vertical boards substantially parallel to the gravity direction. The case body is disposed on the pair of vertical boards.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned front board, back board and pair of side boards are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, each of the above-mentioned vertical boards has a plurality of carrying portions, the carrying portions are in stepped figure for carrying the plurality of case bodies.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes a first connection board and at least a pair of second connection boards. The first connection board is pivotally connected between the pair of vertical boards and fixed at the back board. The first connection board has at least a second opening corresponding to the first opening, the folding board is suitable to pass through the first opening and the second opening, followed by being bended towards the space between the pair of vertical boards. The second connection board is pivotally connected between the pair of vertical boards and extends far away from the back board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the outline of the above-mentioned first opening is substantially coincident with the outline of the second opening.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned pair of vertical boards, first connection board and second connection board are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned case body includes a frame, a pair of first bottom walls, a second bottom wall and a third bottom wall. The frame includes a front wall, a rear wall and a pair of side walls. The pair of side walls is respectively pivotally connected to the front wall and the rear wall. The pair of first bottom walls is respectively pivotally connected to the pair of side walls. The second bottom wall is pivotally connected to the front wall, and the third bottom wall is pivotally connected to the rear wall. The second bottom wall herein is at least partially overlaid on the third bottom wall or the third bottom wall is at least partially overlaid on the second bottom wall.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned rear wall has at least a first insertion portion, the second bottom wall has at least a second insertion portion, and the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned first insertion portion is a hole, the second insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned frame, pair of first bottom walls, second bottom wall and third bottom wall are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned exhibition apparatus further includes an exhibition board, wherein the rear wall has at least a third insertion portion, the exhibition board has a fourth insertion portion, and the third insertion portion and the fourth insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned third insertion portion is a hole, the fourth insertion portion is a flange, and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned third insertion portion is a flange, the fourth insertion portion is a hole, and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

Based on the description above, the exhibition apparatus of the present invention is advantageous in simply and quickly assembling and installing, which further saves labour hours for assembling and installing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.

FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional diagram of an exhibition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 2 is a side view of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. I prior to being assembled and installed. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a exhibition apparatus 100 includes a pair of side boards 110 and 112, a pair of back boards 120 and 122, a vertical board 130 and at least a pair of bottom boards 140 and 142. The back board 120 and the back board 122 are pivotally connected to each other and respectively pivotally connected to the two side boards 110 and 112. In other words, the back board 120 is pivoted between the back board 122 and the side board 110, and the back board 122 is pivoted between the back board 120 and the side board 112.

In this regard, the back boards 120 and 122 can be folded against each other about the pivoting line serving as the center of the two boards or can be flat unfolded roughly into a same plane. In addition, in other embodiments, the above-mentioned side boards 110 and 112 and back boards 120 and 122 can be integrated formed by bending a paper board.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the exhibition apparatus 100 includes three pairs of bottom boards 140 and 142 for exhibiting commodities or products arranged in multi layers. In other embodiments however, the exhibition apparatus 100 can include a pair of bottom boards 140 and 142 only or appropriate pairs of bottom boards 140 and 142 depending on the practice requirement. For simplicity and better understanding of description, the following explanations are based on that one pair of bottom boards 140 and 142 are disposed on the top-most layer of the exhibition apparatus 100.

The exhibition apparatus 100 of the embodiment can further include a connecting board 150 pivotally connected between the two back boards 120 and 122, and the back boards 120 and 122 can be folded against each other about the connecting board 150 serving as the center. There are two folding lines F1 at the joining areas respectively between the connecting board 150 and the back board 120 and the connecting board 150 and the back board 122. In the embodiment, the two folding lines F1 are substantially parallel to each other. In addition, in the embodiment, the side boards 110 and 112, the back boards 120 and 122 and the connecting board 150 are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

The vertical board 130 is disposed between the side boards 110 and 112, and the vertical board 130 is roughly parallel to the side boards 110 and 112. The two bottom boards 140 and 142 are respectively pivotally connected to the two opposite surfaces of the vertical board 130 and respectively pivotally connected to the two surfaces of the two side boards 110 and 112 facing the vertical board 130. In more details, the bottom board 140 is pivotally connected between the vertical board 130 and the side board 110, while the bottom board 142 is pivotally connected between the vertical board 130 and the side board 112.

As a result, the two bottom boards 140 and 142 can be downwards folded against each other about the vertical board 130 serving as the center so as to be roughly superposed with each other or can be flat unfolded roughly into a same plane. In this way, the exhibition apparatus 100 prior to assembling and installing can be pressed down into a flat one by downwards folding the two bottom boards 140 and 142 against each other, which leads to transportation convenience due to a smaller volume.

In order to favour anyone skilled in the art for implementation referring to this patent specification, in the following, the method of assembling and installing the exhibition apparatus 100 is described in more details in association with the figures.

FIG. 3 is a three-dimensional diagram of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 1 during assembling and installing and FIG. 4 is a rear view of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 1 after assembling and installing. Referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, in the embodiment, the back board 120 has a first insertion portion 120a, and the back board 122 has another first insertion portion 122a. Besides, the bottom board 140 has a second insertion portion 140a corresponding to the first insertion portion 120a, and bottom board 142 has a second insertion portion 142a corresponding to the first insertion portion 122a.

The assembler is required to press down the vertical board 130 so that the first insertion portion 120a and the second insertion portion 140a are inserted by each other. and the first insertion portion 122a and the second insertion portion 142a are inserted by each other. At the point, the exhibition apparatus 100 is assembled and installed. In the embodiment, the first insertion portions 120a and 122a are, for example, holes, and the second insertion portions 140a and 142a are, for example, flanges. After the flanges are locked in the holes, the back board 120 and the bottom board 140 are inserted by each other, and the back board 122 and the bottom board 142 are inserted by each other.

In the prior art, a conventional exhibition apparatus needs a plurality of cut-out and shaped paper boards and then the exhibition apparatus is formed by conducting folding, buckling or inserting operations on the cut-out and shaped paper boards. In comparison with the prior art, the exhibition apparatus 100 of the present invention is formed by pressing down the vertical board 130 only, so that the first insertion portions 120a and 122a and the second insertion portions 140a and 142a are respectively inserted by each other. It can be seen that the exhibition apparatus 100 of the present invention is advantageous in simplicity and quickness in assembling and installing, which further saves the labor hours for assembling and installing. In addition, once the assembling and installing are finished and the first insertion portions 120a and 122a and the second insertion portions 140a and 142a are respectively inserted by each other, the vertical board 130 and the bottom board 140 lean against the back board 120, and the vertical board 130 and the bottom board 142 lean against the back board 122.

It should be noted that, in other embodiments, one of the back boards 120 and 122 can have the first insertion portion 120a, and one of the bottom boards 140 and 142 can have the second insertion portion 140a corresponding to the first insertion portion 120a. In other words, the present invention does not limit the quantity and the positions of the first insertion portion 120a and the second insertion portion 140a. In fact, they can be varied depending on the real situation and the design requirement.

In the embodiment, the connecting board 150 can have three third insertion portions 150a, the vertical board 130 can have three fourth insertion portions 130a, and the third insertion portions 150a and the fourth insertion portions 130a are inserted by each other. In the embodiment, the third insertion portions 150a are, for example, holes, the fourth insertion portions 130a can be, for example, flanges, and the flanges are locked in the holes. However in other unshown embodiments, the connecting board 150 can have only one third insertion portion 150a, and the vertical board 130 can have only one fourth insertion portion 130a corresponding to the third insertion portion 150a.

In order to achieve better fixing effect, in the embodiment, the fourth insertion portions 130a can have a folding board 132a. When the flange is locked in the hole, the folding board 132a can be bended towards the back surface of the back board 120 or the back board 122 so as to keep the flange in the hole.

FIG. 5 is a diagram of the baffle-board of a exhibition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 6 is a three-dimensional diagram of a exhibition apparatus during assembling and installing according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the exhibition apparatus 100 can include a baffle-board 160, which is disposed on the bottom boards 140 and 142 and lean against a side edge 132 of the vertical board 130 far away from the back boards 120 and 122, and the both opposite ends of the baffle-board 160 respectively extend until the side boards 110 and 112. In other words, the baffle-board 160 is disposed at a side of the bottom boards 140 and 142 adjacent to the consumer, so that during exhibiting commodities or products by the exhibition apparatus 100, the baffle-board 160 is able to prevent the commodities or products from falling down.

In more details, the bottom boards 140 and 142 can respectively have a fifth insertion portion 140b and the baffle-board 160 can have two sixth insertion portions 160a and 160b. The two fifth insertion portions 140b are respectively disposed at the bottom boards 140 and 142 and respectively adjacent to the side boards 110 and 112. The two sixth insertion portions 160a and 160b are respectively adjacent to the both opposite ends of the baffle-board 160, and the two fifth insertion portions 140b and the two sixth insertion portions 160a and 160b are respectively inserted by each other so as to keep the baffle-board 160 on the bottom boards 140 and 142. In the embodiment, the fifth insertion portions 140b are, for example, holes, the sixth insertion portions 160a and 160b are, for example, flanges, and the flanges suit to be locked in the hole.

Continuing to FIGS. 1 and 2, the exhibition apparatus 100 can further include a pair of supporting boards 170 and 172. The supporting boards 170 and 172 are pivotally connected to each other and respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the side boards 110 and 112. In other words, the supporting board 170 can be pivoted between the supporting board 172 and the surface of the side board 110, while the supporting board 172 can be pivoted between the supporting board 170 and the surface of the side board 112. It should be noted that the supporting boards 170 and 172 can swing relatively to each other so as to lean against the side edge 132 of the vertical board 130 far away from the back boards 120 and 122 and further respectively support the bottom surfaces of the bottom boards 140 and 142. In addition, the vertical board 130 can have a carrying hole 134 adjacent to the upper edge of the vertical board 130 for conveniently moving the exhibition apparatus 100.

FIG. 7 is a three-dimensional diagram of an exhibition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 7, the exhibition apparatus 100 of the embodiment can further include an exhibition board 180 and the exhibition board 180 has two holding portions 182. After the exhibition apparatus 100 is assembled and installed, the first insertion portions 120a and 122a and the second insertion portions 140a and 142a are inserted by each other, and at the time, the exhibition board 180 can be plugged between the back boards 120 and 122 and the vertical board 130 for exhibiting the plane advertisements of the sell commodities or products. In the embodiment, the holding portions 182 can simultaneously grasp the upper edges of the back boards 120 and 122. In other embodiments, the holding portions 182 can grasp the upper edge of one of the back boards 120 and 122 as well.

FIG. 8 is a three-dimensional diagram of an exhibition apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a three-dimensional diagram of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 8 wherein the case body is unshown for simplicity and FIG. 10 is a rear view of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 8. Referring to FIGS. 8, 9 and 10, the present invention further provides another exhibition apparatus 200, which includes a front board 210, a back board 220, a pair of side boards 230 and 232, at least a pair of vertical boards 240 and 242, at least a folding board 250 and at least a case body 260 disposed on the vertical boards 240 and 242.

In real applications, the exhibition apparatus 200 can include a case body 260 or a plurality of case bodies 260 for exhibiting a plurality of commodities or products in a single layer or in multi layers. However, for more clearly showing and simplicity/better understanding of description, in the exhibition apparatus 200 of FIG. 9, the case body 260 is omitted and only the internal structure of the exhibition apparatus 200 is described in details.

The side boards 230 and 232 are respectively pivotally connected to the front board 210 and the back board 220. The vertical boards 240 and 242 are located between the side boards 230 and 232 and respectively pivotally connected to the surface of the front board 210 and the surface of the back board 220. The back board 220 has at least a first opening 222, the folding board 250 is disposed at the edge of the first opening 222, and the folding board 250 suitably passes through the first opening 222 and is bended towards the space between the vertical boards 240 and 242 so as to make the vertical boards 240 and 242 substantially parallel to the gravity direction.

In more details, after the folding board 250 is bended towards the space between the vertical boards 240 and 242, the folding board 250 can be locked between the vertical boards 240 and 242. In this way, the distance between the vertical boards 240 and 242 maintains unchanged to be roughly equal to the width of the folding board 250.

FIG. 11 is a side view of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 8 prior to being assembled and installed and FIG. 12 is a side view of the exhibition apparatus of FIG. 11 wherein the case body is unshown for simplicity. Referring to FIGS. 8, 9, 11 and 12, the side board 230 can be folded about the pivoting line serving as the center of the side board 230 and the front board 210, and the side board 232 can be folded about the pivoting line serving as the center of the side board 232 and the back board 220. On the other hand, the side board 230 can be flat unfolded roughly into a same plane about the pivoting line serving as the center of the side board 230 and the back board 220, and the side board 232 can be flat unfolded roughly into a same plane about the pivoting line serving as the center of the side board 232 and the front board 210.

As a result, the exhibition apparatus 200 prior to assembling and installing can be pressed down into the one with flat shape by swinging the side boards 230 and 232 relatively to the front board 210 and the back board 220, which is advantageous in transportation convenience with a minified volume thereof. Besides, in the embodiment, the front board 210, the back board 220 and the side boards 230 and 232 can be integrated formed by bending a paper board.

In the embodiment, the vertical board 240 can have a plurality of carrying portions 240a and 240b and the vertical board 242 can have a plurality of carrying portions 242a and 242b. The carrying portions 240a and 240b have an almost same height, and the carrying portions 242a and 242b have an almost same height as well. In this way, the carrying portions 240a and 242a and the carrying portions 240b and 242b can be respectively in stepped figures for carrying the case bodies 260 in different layers.

Continuing to FIGS. 9, 10 and 11, in the embodiment, the exhibition apparatus 200 can further include a first connection board 270 and at least a second connection board 280. The first connection board 270 is pivotally connected between the vertical boards 240 and 242 and fixed at the back board 220. The second connection board 280 is pivotally connected between the vertical boards 240 and 242 but far away from the back board 220. In this way, the second connection board 280 can be folded about the pivoting line serving as the center of the second connection board 280 and the vertical board 240, and can be also flat unfolded roughly into a same plane about the pivoting line serving as the center of the second connection board 280 and the vertical board 242. The second connection board 280 thereby is able to swing relatively to the vertical boards 240 and 242 and further is roughly and partially overlapped with the first connection board 270. In the embodiment, the vertical boards 240 and 242, the first connection board 270 and the second connection board 280 can be integrated formed by bending a paper board. [0076] It should be noted that the first connection board 270 can have at least a second opening 272 corresponding to the first opening 222. The folding board 250 suits to pass through the first opening 222 and the second opening 272 and be bended towards the space between the pair of vertical boards 240 and 242. In the embodiment, the outline of the first opening 222 is substantially coincident with that of the second opening 272, so that the folding board 250 can easily pass through the first opening 222 and the second opening 272.

FIG. 13 is a top view of the case body of an exhibition apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 8, 11 and 13, in the embodiment, the case body 260 includes a frame 261, a pair of first bottom walls 262 and 263, a second bottom wall 264 and a third bottom wall 265. The frame 261, the first bottom walls 262 and 263, the second bottom wall 264 and the third bottom wall 265 can be integrated formed by bending a paper board. However, for more clearly showing and simplicity/better understanding of description, in the following, the description focuses on the case body 260 disposed on the upper-most layer of the exhibition apparatus 200.

In the embodiment, the frame 261 can include a front wall 261a, a rear wall 261b and a pair of side walls 261c and 261d, wherein the side walls 261c and 261d are respectively pivotally connected to the front wall 261a and the rear wall 261b. In this way, the front wall 261a can be folded about the pivoting line serving as the center of the front wall 261a and the side wall 261c, and the rear wall 261b can be folded about the pivoting line serving as the center of the rear wall 261b and the side wall 261d.

On the other hand, the front wall 261a can be also flat unfolded roughly into a same plane about the pivoting line serving as the center of the front wall 261a and the side wall 261d; the rear wall 261b can be also flat unfolded roughly into a same plane about the pivoting line serving as the center of the rear wall 261b and the side wall 261c. In this way, the frame 261 prior to assembling and installing can be pressed down into a flat one by swinging the front wall 261a and the rear wall 261b relatively to the side walls 261c and 261d, which leads to transportation convenience due to a smaller volume.

In the embodiment, the first bottom walls 262 and 263 are respectively pivotally connected to the side walls 261c and 261d. The second bottom wall 264 is pivotally connected to the front wall 261a and the third bottom wall 265 is pivotally connected to the rear wall 261b. During assembling and installing, the assembler is needed to respectively outwards open the front walls 261a and 261b and the side walls 261c and 261d, so that the front wall 261a is roughly perpendicular to the side wall 261cand the rear wall 261b is roughly perpendicular to the side wall 261d. In comparison with the prior art, the case body 260 of the exhibition apparatus 200 in the invention is more simple and convenient for assembling without multifarious and complicated assembling and installing procedures.

It should be noted that, at the time, at least a part of the second bottom wall 264 is overlapped on the third bottom wall 265, or at least a part of the third bottom wall 265 is overlapped on the second bottom wall 264. Moreover, the second bottom wall 264 can have two first insertion portions E1, the rear wall 261b can have two second insertion portions E2 corresponding to the first insertion portions E1, and the first insertion portions E1 and the second insertion portions E2 suit to be inserted by each other. For example, in the embodiment, the first insertion portions E1 are, for example, flanges, the second insertion portions E2 are, for example, holes and the flanges suit to be locked in the holes.

FIG. 14 is a three-dimensional diagram of an exhibition apparatus according to further an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 14, in order to make the exhibition more attract the attentions of consumers, in the embodiment, the exhibition apparatus 200 can further include an exhibition board 290, which has two third insertion portions E3, the rear wall 261b can have two fourth insertion portions E4, and the third insertion portions E3 and the fourth insertion portions E4 are inserted by each other.

In the embodiment, the third insertion portion E3 is, for example a hole and the fourth insertion portion E4 is, for example, a flange. The exhibition board 290 and the rear wall 261b are inserted by each other by locking the flanges in the holes.

In other embodiments, the third insertion portion E3 can be a flange and the fourth insertion portion E4 can be a hole as well. The present invention does not define the quantities and the positions of the third insertion portions E3 and the fourth insertion portions E4. In fact, they can be varied depending on the practical situation and the design requirement.

In summary, the exhibition apparatus of the present invention is advantageous in simplicity and quickness for assembling and installing, which benefits saving the labor hours of assembling and installing. In addition, the exhibition apparatus is integrated formed by bending a paper board, and the exhibition apparatus prior to assembling and installing can be pressed down into a flat one, which leads to transportation convenience due to a smaller volume. The exhibition apparatus further has a carrying hole facilitates moving the exhibition apparatus. Moreover, the exhibition apparatus can include a pair of supporting boards or carrying boards to enhance the supporting strength.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the present invention without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention. In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present invention cover modifications and variations of this invention provided they fall within the scope of the following claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. An exhibition apparatus, comprising:

a pair of side boards;
a pair of back boards, pivotally connected to each other and respectively pivotally connected to the pair of side boards, wherein at least one among the pair of back boards has at least a first insertion portion;
a vertical board, disposed between the pair of side boards; and
at least a pair of bottom boards, respectively pivotally connected to the two opposite surfaces of the vertical board and respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the pair of side boards facing the vertical board, wherein at least one among the pair of bottom boards has a second insertion portion, and the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are inserted by each other.

2. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pair of side boards and the pair of back boards are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

3. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first insertion portion is a hole, the second insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

4. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a connecting board, wherein the connecting board is pivotally connected between the pair of back boards and has at least a third insertion portion, the vertical board further has at least a fourth insertion portion, and the third insertion portion and the fourth insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

5. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pair of side boards, the pair of back boards and the connecting board are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

6. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the third insertion portion is a hole, the fourth insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

7. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the flange further has a folding board; wherein when the flange is locked in the hole, the folding board suits to be bended towards the back surface of at least one among the pair of back boards so as to keep the flange in the hole.

8. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least a baffle-board, wherein the baffle-board is disposed on the pair of bottom boards and leans against a side edge of the vertical board far away from the pair of back boards, and the both ends opposite to each other of the baffle-board respectively extend until the pair of side boards.

9. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein each of the bottom boards further has a fifth insertion portion, the baffle-board further has two sixth insertion portions, and the fifth insertion portions and the sixth insertion portions are inserted by each other.

10. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fifth insertion portions are adjacent to the side boards and the sixth insertion portions are adjacent to both ends opposite to each other of the baffle-board.

11. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein each of the fifth insertion portions is a hole, each of the sixth insertion portions is a flange and the flanges suit to be locked in the holes.

12. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pair of supporting boards, wherein the pair of supporting boards are pivotally connected to each other and are respectively pivotally connected to the surfaces of the pair of side boards, and the pair of supporting boards suit to swing relatively to each other so as to lean against a side edge of the vertical board far away from the pair of back boards and further to support the bottom surfaces of the pair of bottom boards.

13. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are inserted by each other, the vertical board and the pair of bottom boards lean against the pair of back boards.

14. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical board further has a carrying hole adjacent to the upper edge of the vertical board.

15. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an exhibition board, wherein the exhibition board has at least a holding portion; when the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are inserted by each other, the exhibition board suits to be plugged between the pair of back boards and the vertical board, and the holding portion grasps the upper edge of at least one among the pair of the pair of back boards.

16. An exhibition apparatus, comprising:

a front board;
a back board, having at least a first opening;
a pair of side boards, respectively pivotally connected to the front board and the back board;
at least a pair of vertical boards, located between the pair of side boards and respectively pivotally connected to the surface of the front board and the surface of the back board;
at least a folding board, disposed at the edge of the first opening, wherein the folding board is suitable to pass through the first opening and be folded towards the space between the pair of vertical boards so as to make the pair of vertical boards substantially parallel to the gravity direction; and
at least a case body, disposed on the pair of vertical boards.

17. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein the front board, the back board and the pair of side boards are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

18. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein each of the vertical boards has a plurality of carrying portions, the carrying portions are in stepped figure for carrying the plurality of case bodies.

19. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 16, further comprising:

a first connection board, pivotally connected between the pair of vertical boards and fixed at the back board, wherein the first connection board has at least a second opening corresponding to the first opening, the folding board is suitable to pass through the first opening and the second opening, followed by being bended towards the space between the pair of vertical boards; and
at least a second connection board, pivotally connected between the pair of vertical boards and extending far away from the back board.

20. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 19, wherein the outline of the first opening is substantially coincident with the outline of the second opening.

21. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 19, wherein the pair of vertical boards, the first connection board and the second connection board are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

22. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein the case body comprises:

a frame, comprising: a front wall; a rear wall; and a pair of side walls, respectively pivotally connected to the front wall and the rear wall; a pair of first bottom walls, respectively pivotally connected to the pair of side walls; a second bottom wall, pivotally connected to the front wall; and a third bottom wall, pivotally connected to the rear wall, wherein the second bottom wall is at least partially overlaid on the third bottom wall or the third bottom wall is at least partially overlaid on the second bottom wall.

23. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 22, wherein the rear wall has at least a first insertion portion, the second bottom wall has at least a second insertion portion, and the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

24. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 23, wherein the first insertion portion is a hole, the second insertion portion is a flange and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

25. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 22, wherein the frame, the pair of first bottom walls, the second bottom wall and the third bottom wall are integrated formed by bending a paper board.

26. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 16, further comprising an exhibition board, wherein the rear wall has at least a third insertion portion, the exhibition board has a fourth insertion portion, and the third insertion portion and the fourth insertion portion suit to be inserted by each other.

27. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 26, wherein the third insertion portion is a hole, the fourth insertion portion is a flange, and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.

28. The exhibition apparatus as claimed in claim 26, wherein the third insertion portion is a flange, the fourth insertion portion is a hole, and the flange suits to be locked in the hole.
