The new system contains inventions for indoor/outdoor storage for residential and commercial applications. These new systems will allow for inexpensive storage space where previously no storage has occurred before. The new systems include enclosures made from aluminum, sheet metal, wire, or PVC, with palettes and size standardization to promote interchangeability and the new feature of locking mechanisms so that in the event of retail store or warehouse over stocking, stores may elect to place the new covered palettes with merchandise in indoor or outdoor locations with or without a fenced in enclosure. The new palettes for indoor and outdoor enclosures may contain a compartment for electronic security GPS tracking devices to prevent theft and tampering. Also invented is the usage of new material types in the construction of the new palette based storage containers, such as; the use of aluminum and stainless steel in palettes and/or enclosures, also the use of PVCs and recycled plastics in the construction sheds and storage enclosures, and the use of punched metals in palettes and enclosures, and the use of wire mesh enclosures for shelving and storage and kennel containers in conjunction with the standardization of palette based shelving, sub-containers, and covers, in order to make more interchangeable systems with less wasted space, in addition the standardization of the new storage container covers at 4′×4′×4′, the creation of new businesses connected with standardized return deposits on containers and monthly usage charges on items not directly sold originally and the regulation of companies associated with transporting any products associated with these patented products, and the invention of special semi trailers designed to carry the reusable fold down storage containers, palettes, and cubicle storage covers, also, the control of deposits and refunds with regards to the use of containers, concept of collecting damages for the misuse, and the concept of establishing rates of deposits for the various types and materials used in construction with the containers. PVC Sheds for Residential and Commercial with Palette Bases: The new sheds will require no poured concrete foundation slab. The new sheds will be more flood resistant having a 4″ to 6″ palette base that can be picked up by a fork lift and transported without disassembling or removing the contents of the shed. New larger sizes of PVC storage and tie down type PVC sheds with palette bases to avoid flooding without the necessity of constructing foundations for the shed. Ease of erection and transportation on the larger models will be accomplished by fold down or entire sides, top, and bottom, construction. These new construction methods will require less shipping space and packaging.
The reusability of the new sheds and palette covers will also reduce the cost of construction and reduce waste stream products associated with cardboard plastic wrap palette covers presently in use and creating environmental concerns.

The invention of machine punched or stamped lightened steel storage racks and covers for the purpose of metal conservation and reduced cost lightening of sheet metal.
The system consists of new types and improvements on existing storage and shelving systems. Also, the concept of decreasing the use of non-recyclable materials such as cardboard and plastic wraps presently used disposable palettes in commercial packaging systems that produce environmentally offensive problems when discarded or recycled. The new systems will allow outdoor storage for minimum and maximum security situations and improve warehouse overflow capabilities to encourage more efficient delivery truck loading, thereby, reducing transportation costs and improving trucking company profits and reducing retail cost to the consumer. Also, the new PVC sheds will produce a new market for persons attempting to obtain low on-site storage for household goods. The new sheds are larger than exiting PVC yard storage closets and benches yet smaller than the expensive permanently setup type factory stick built construction sheds now available from home improvement retailers. These new sheds will also be of a 6 and 7 piece fold down type or entire side quick construction type for renters who frequently move from location to location. Also, auger screw type hold downs will stop relatively light sheds from becoming air borne in heavy winds.
The new system will work together with existing truck freight semi tractor trailer systems and allow for single or double height flat bed or enclosed semi trailer loading, creating open or weather proof flat bed hauling capability. Also, stackable units will allow for double stacking of these palette based cubicles 4′×4′×4′ containers.
The new system will allow new inventory options for onsite storage for businesses new and established. Retail companies may now buy in larger volumes to reduce unit cost that can then be passed on to the consumer with expanded on sight storage capacities. The system will allow for lower transportation costs due to full capacity delivery truck loads as opposed to partially full truck loads. Stores may elect to use these indoor/outdoor increased storage capacities to effectively warehouse and distribute goods to their various individual city locations using one central terminal depot location located near major trucking or rail facilities They can choose these new economy warehouses to be used in conjunction with their existing enclosed store facilities or create new warehouses with no permanent building associated with their palette based storage location, or either an entire new business, or as a warehouse for distribution to their individual stores. The new PVC sheds will allow for rapid construction fold down kits to be quickly assembled for individual homes or businesses featuring nearly zero labor cost for construction and easy portability. The sheds can be easily moved whenever there is a need. Materials can also be delivered to construction site job locations with locked covers in order to prevent thefts of materials. Moving and storage companies can deliver these and pick them up at al later date for semi-valuable items. The new palette system can be used as a stacking kennel hotel for animals, taking up less floor space. The new punched metal container rack covers and rack systems will reduce the amount of metal used by ⅓ in these items producing recyclable metal and reducing the total metal usage by ⅓. This will result in lighter weight cheaper transportation of racks, skids, and covers. Claimed is the invention of deposit/returnable, rental or saleable new and improved system components including; storage racks for kennels, storage containers, autos, and RVs, and rigid and multi-piece breakdown sheds, and fold-down returnable containers and shelving and skid units, for storage, and transportation, and security devices, for the system including various usages constructed of various materials including indoor/outdoor components for commercial retail business industrial warehouse, rail, semi trailer, and cargo containers and transportation vehicles and usages. Also the invention of the storage rack only business method with cost saving temporary land usage and low overhead cost shed offices. This system is comprised of the following;
- (a) Referring to claim 1, a frozen and grocery, retail, or wholesale, quick change out individual product, deposit/refundable fold down or non-fold down sub-container usage in conjunction with existing store shelving.
