Description
BACKGROUND

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to Christmas decorations, and more particularly to a decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking, which is of excellent safety, convenient for users' usage, storage, and transportation.

2. Description of the Related Art

For increasing atmosphere of Christmas, Christmas stockings are often hung besides fireplaces according to traditional customs, for facilitating adults placing toys of children's preferred into the stockings to increase festival atmosphere.

Most of conventional decorating structures for hanging Christmas stocking include an ornamental positioning base at an end, and a hook of fixed shape at the other end. A rigid lug pole is disposed between the positioning base and the hook, for facilitating the positioning base being placed on a high platform, such as beside a fireplace, a top face of a wardrobe, a wall still, a top face of a beside cupboard, or other places with platform. For being limited by the positioning base of fixed shape, the positioning base needs to be placed at an edge of the platform, with the hook extending downwardly, for facilitating the user hanging the Christmas stocking on the hook.

There are still shortcomings in structure design of the decorating structure for hanging the Christmas stocking. Because the lug pole is of rigid and unable bending structure, accordingly, in actual use, the positioning box of the decorating structure must be placed at the edge but could not be placed at a medial side of the platform, therefore, when the hook hangs an article, the positioning box may readily topple or slide off due to gravity centre offset, causing a safety unsteady, and the lug pole of the decorating structure is unable to be folded and stored, resulting the volume of the decorating structure can not be decreased and will need a package of large volume, inducing a troublesome needed to be improved urgently in transportation and storage, and causing a waste of occupation space.

BRIEF SUMMARY

For the conventional decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking still having shorting comings in actual use, such as safety unsteady, occupying large volume in storage and transportation, and unconvention to be used, inventors design out the present invention.

The present invention provides a decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking, which can be placed to appropriate positions according to users' requirement by means of the application of a flexible sheet, and meanwhile is of excellent safety, convenient for storage, transportation, and users' usage.

The present decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking includes a main body suitable of being placed on a platform, the main body has a positioning box, and a decoration is disposed on a top surface of the positioning box. A flexible sheet is fixed to the positioning box. An end of the flexible sheet is fixed to the positioning box, and the other end of the flexible sheet has a hook.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking includes a main body 10, an antiskid pad 20 and a flexible sheet 30.

The main body 10 has a positioning box 11. A bottom cover 14 is enclosed in and screwed to the positioning box 11. A decoration 12 is disposed on a top surface of the positioning box 11. The decoration 12 may be disposed to appropriate configurations according to user's requirement, and the positioning box 11 has an indentation 13.

The antiskid pad 20 is disposed on a bottom surface of the bottom cover 14, and the antiskid pad 20 may be of foam net with antiskid capability.

The flexible sheet 30 is screwed to the positioning box 11 and the flexible sheet 30 is a cloth sheet. The flexible sheet 30 may be charpie, or with decorations such as glitter powder or paillette. The flexible sheet 30 is folded in half from end to end and screwed inside the positioning box 11, with the flexible sheet 30 traversing through the positioning box 11 from the indentation 13. A hook 31 is attached to the flexible sheet 30 with a portion of the hook 31 being embedded in the flexible sheet 30, and the hook 31 may be formed from continuously bending a wire. By means of the foregoing structures, the decorating structure of the present invention, which is capable of hanging the Christmas stockings and is of home decorating effect, is obtained.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, in actual use, due to the flexible sheet 30 is of flexible material, and according to user's requirement, the positioning box 11 is placed on a platform 40, and the antiskid pad 20 attaches to a top surface of the platform 40 for increasing frictions formed between the positioning box 11 and the platform 40, and incorporating with user's requirement, the main body 10 is placed to a medial side of the platform 40 as shown in FIG. 3, for increasing a distance between the main body 10 and an outer edge of the platform 40, therefore increasing a safety buffer space for the decorating structure. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, when there is no safety consideration, the main body 10 may be placed at the outer edge of the platform 40, and the flexible sheet 30 may naturally hanging due to its gravity, and a Christmas stocking 41 may be hung by the hook 31, serving as a decorating structure for hanging Christmas stocking.

FIGS. 5 and 6 cooperatively show another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the positioning box 11 may be of a hollow box, and a matching block 15 is disposed in the positioning box 11, for lowering gravity center of the positioning box 11, facilitating the main body 10 to be positioned on the platform 40 (shown in FIG. 3), increasing the stability of the main body 10, and incorporating the bottom cover 14 being enclosed in the positioning box 11, the matching block 15 may be accommodated in the positioning box 11, and meanwhile may be screwed in the positioning box 11.

FIGS. 7 and 8 cooperatively show a further embodiment of the present invention, wherein the flexible sheet 32 may be an elongate rectangular sheet. An end of the flexible sheet 32 is screwed in the positioning box 11, and the other end of the flexible sheet 32 has a Velcro tape (not labeled). The Velcro tape has a hook surface 33 with a plurality of minute hooks formed at a terminal end of the flexible sheet 32, and a pile surface 34 with a plurality of uncut piles disposed adjacent to the hook surface 33, so that the flexible sheet 32 is able to pass through the hook 35 with the flexible sheet 32 being folded to stick the hook surface 33 to the pile surface 34, therefore, the hook 35 is fixed by the flexible sheet 32. In this embodiment, the length of the flexible sheet 32 can be adjusted by means of adjusting the positions of the hook surface 33 and the pile surface 34 of the Velcro tape.

FIG. 9 shows a yet another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the positioning box 17 of the main body 16 may be configured to different shapes according to user's requirement or to match the configuration of the decoration 18, such as the round shape in FIG. 9, or rectangular shape, or star shape, or triangular shape, or etc., for increasing shape design variations of the main body 16, and the hook 36 may be a flake shape in this embodiment.

The above description is given by way of example, and not limitation. Given the above disclosure, one skilled in the art could devise variations that are within the scope and spirit of the invention disclosed herein, including configurations ways of the recessed portions and materials and/or designs of the attaching structures. Further, the various features of the embodiments disclosed herein can be used alone, or in varying combinations with each other and are not intended to be limited to the specific combination described herein. Thus, the scope of the claims is not to be limited by the illustrated embodiments.
