OSCILLATING RACKET FRAME
An oscillating racket frame includes a main frame formed as a closed annular ring with an inner circumference and an outer circumference, and a net weaved inside the inner circumference with strings. A hole is bored in the frame from the outer circumference through the inner circumference, used to accommodate an oscillating device provided with a main body having two ends pivotally combined with an inner wall of the hole, so that the body can swing in the hole against the axial line. Moreover, bored through the body are plural net holes for the strings to pass through.
1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a racket frame, particularly to one able to swing so as to absorb vibration to prevent a user's hand from hurt.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Commonly, in order to achieve a robust rigidity, a conventional racket frame has always been integrally made to shape as a close annular ring, with a plurality of holes bored around it for strings to pass through to extend longitudinally or transversely. However, as the strings are immovably fastened with the racket frame, their activity and coefficient of restitution is restrictively limited to enable the racket to heavily vibrate, resulting in heavily burdening the muscle of a hand, even possible to harm a user's wrist or elbow.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of this invention is to offer an oscillating racket frame.
The oscillating racket frame includes a main frame formed as a closed annular ring with an inner circumference and an outer circumference, and a net weaved inside the inner circumference with strings. A rectangular hole is bored in the main frame from the outer circumference through the inner circumference, used to accommodate an oscillating device, which is provided with a body having two ends pivotally combined with an inner wall of the hole, so that the body can swing in the hole against the axial line. Moreover, bored through the main body are plural net holes for the strings to pass through. In using, when the racket hits a ball, the oscillating device can be dragged by the strings to swing backward in a certain angle to enable the strings to increase activity and coefficient of restitution, so that the impact of the ball can be lowered to weaken the vibration so as to prevent a user's hand from hurt. Moreover, even if only some of the strings are stricken, the oscillating device is still able to drive other strings to concurrently work together to create a stronger bouncing-back force.
This invention is better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
As shown in
The main frame 10 is formed as a closed annular ring, provided with an outer circumference 11, an inner circumference 12 internally assembled with the net 20, a rectangular hole 13 cut in a top to keep the outer circumference 11 communicating with the inner circumference 12, and a U-shaped groove 14 formed next to each of two lateral sides 131 of the rectangular hole 13 respectively. Each of the U-shaped grooves 14 has an opening 141 outwardly facing to the outer circumference 11.
The net 20 is formed by alternately weaving strings 21 in the longitudinal and latitudinal direction.
The oscillating device 30 is installed in the rectangular hole 13, provided with a rectangular main body 31 and a column 32 extended outward from two short sides respectively to correspondingly fit in the U-shaped groove 14 of main frame 10. With a gap of 2˜3 mm existing between two longitudinal sides 132 of the rectangular hole 13 and the main body 31, the main body 31 can thus reciprocate in the rectangular hole 13 against the axial line. Furthermore, the oscillating device 30 is also provided with plural net holes 33 that are bored through vertically from the outer circumference 11 to the inner circumference 11 and spaced apart equidistantly, for the strings 21 to pass through.
In using, as shown in
As shown in
While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
