DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Refer now to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, wherein a chair adapted to adjust according to person's sitting-posture vertebral curve (1) in accordance with the present invention is shown, basically comprising a seat cushion 1 and a back cushion 2, which seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 being installed therein with at least one set of raising-lowering apparatus 10, in which the raising-lowering apparatus 10 consists of:

a baseboard 3, with a sideboard 31 extending upward from the both ends of the baseboard 3 and a plurality of supporting brackets 32 extending upward from the top side of the baseboard 3, in which the supporting bracket 32 is equivalently elevated as the sideboard 31, an elevation sensor 33 is installed on the sideboard 31 and a power generating device 34 is fixedly installed at the center of the baseboard 3, and in which the power generating device 34 consists of a power output shaft 341, and the power output shaft 341 may be a screw rod, while the power generating device 34 may be a motor, a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder etc.;

a moveable base 4, with a positioning trough 41 being installed on the moveable base 4 and a screw hole (not shown) being installed at the center of the positioning trough 41, in which a plurality of elastic bodies 42 is arranged on the positioning trough 41 at an interval of equal distance, which sensing rod 43 being combined inside the elastic body 42, the top end of the sensing rod 43 being fixedly connected with top end of the elastic body 42, and also a through hole or an opening (not shown) corresponding to the sensing rod 43 is installed at the bottom side of the moveable base 4 such that the bottom end of the sensing rod 43 is allowed to penetrate the through hole or opening out of the bottom side of the moveable base 4; in which the screw hole in the moveable base 4 is screwed for connection with the power output shaft 341 of the power generating device 34 such that the moveable base 4 is located at the top of the baseboard 3 and supported by the sideboard 31 and the supporting bracket 32, and the moveable base 4 can make upward/downward movements as being driven by the power output shaft 341 of the power generating device 34;

a control circuit 5, which is electrically coupled to the elevation sensor 33 on the baseboard 3 and the power generating device 34, and upon reception of an elevation sensing signal from the elevation sensor 33, drives the power generating device 34 in each set of raising-lowering apparatus 10 inside the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 to operate according to the received signal, thereby allowing the power output shaft 341 of the power generating device 34 to bring the moveable base 4 to move upwardly or downwardly.

Refer next to FIGS. 3A and 3B, wherein diagrams for the embodiment of the present invention are shown, in which, when the user 6 takes a seat in the chair, the elastic body 42 of the plural raising-lowering apparatus 10 inside the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 will be lowered to various elevations due to different weights in each portion of the body, causing the sensing rod 43 to move down such that the elevation sensor 33 can detect the elevation of the sensing rod 43 and transfer the detection result to the control circuit 5 for determinations. The control circuit 5 accordingly determines the person's sitting-posture vertebral curve and drives the power generating device 34 of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 corresponding to the vertebral curve determined by the control circuit 5 to move the moveable base 4 to the required elevation, so as to adjust the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 to the most natural vertebral curve fitting with the user's body, thus providing active supports to the sitting-posture vertebral curve of the user 6 and allowing the user 6 to feel cozy and comfortable in relaxation as sitting in the chair.

Furthermore, the control circuit 5 may be coupled to an input interface, e.g., a remote controller, such that, when the user 6 sits in the chair equipped with the raising-lowering apparatus 10, it is possible to adjust the elevation operation in each raising-lowering apparatus 10 of the user's proper accord, thereby providing active supports to the sitting-posture vertebral curve of the user 6 and allowing the user 6 to feel cozy and comfortable in relaxation as sitting in the chair.

In addition, upon purchasing the chair, the user 6 may also directly set up the elevation operation for each set of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 and have the elevation operation of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 memorized in the control circuit 5 in order to acquire and hold the sitting-posture vertebral curve of the user 6. When later on someone sits in the chair having completed the above-said memorization process, the control circuit 5 in the chair will determine whether the person currently sitting in the chair is the original user or not based on the lowered elevation of the elastic body 42 in each set of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 inside the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2; if yes, the power generating device 34 of each raising-lowering apparatus 10 inside the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 will be driven to bring the moveable base 4 to the required elevation so as to adjust the seat cushion 1 and the back cushion 2 to the most natural vertebral curve of human body for providing active supports to the sitting-posture of the user 6, thus allowing the user 6 to feel cozy and comfortable in relaxation as sitting in the chair.

In the aforementioned embodiment, once the user stands up and leaves the chair, the elastic body 42 of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 will restore; after restoration of the elastic body 42, the power generating device 34 of the raising-lowering apparatus 10 will return the moveable base 4 in the original position.

The chair adapted to adjust according to person's sitting-posture vertebral curve (1) according to the present invention, in comparison with prior art, provides the following advantages:

1. since a plurality of raising-lowering apparatus is installed in the seat cushion and the back cushion of the chair thereby that the user is allowed to, upon purchasing the chair, set up the position of the raising-lowering apparatus in advance, or otherwise to adjust the position of the raising-lowering apparatus as sitting or lying in the chair, so as to actively support the human sitting-posture vertebral curve such that the user may sit or lay in the chair comfortably;

2. the present invention provides advantages such as convenient operability, easy assemblage and high feasibility and the like.

The aforementioned detailed descriptions are directed to concrete illustrations of the embodiments according to the present invention, but such embodiments are by no means to limit the scope of the present invention. All effectively equivalent practices or modifications made thereto without departing from the spirit of the present invention are deemed as being included within the scope of the present invention.
