VIBRATORY LASH BRUSH WITH FORWARD/BACKWARD ROTATION CONTROL
Disclosed is a vibratory lash brush with forward/backward rotation control. The lash brush has a handheld body containing therein a transmission motor and through the control of rotation provided by a reduction device coupled to an end of the motor, the lash brush can be put in rotation with a slow speed. An opposite end of the motor is structured to extend a spindle that carries an eccentric weight block, whereby when turned on, the lash brush induces vibration with the high speed rotation so that the brush stem provides a two-in-one novel lash brush structure that exhibits both vibration and rotation, and that is rotatable in a slow speed with a reduction device, together with high speed eccentric vibration induced in the opposite side of the motor, to realize assistance to uniform application by the lash brush, achieving a practical efficacy of eyelash curling and uniform makeup operation.
The present invention generally relates to a vibratory lash brush with forward/backward rotation control, which comprises a handheld body containing therein a two-in-on transmission motor featuring both rotation and vibration operations, together with a reduction device set at one end thereof to couple with a lower end of a brush stem with a connector, so that the brush stem may be rotated in a slow speed for performing makeup operation, and an opposite end being structured to extend a spindle carrying a weight block so that a high speed rotation automatically induces vibration on the brush and with the brush stem driving a brush to make slow speed curling and unique vibration, lash curling makeup operation can be effectively carried out and application of lash liquid is made efficient and uniform to achieve the economic effect and purposes of efficient makeup and material saving and application.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ARTA conventional lash brush shows a structure design as illustrated in
The present inventor is a professional makeup product manufacturer and has years' experience of manufacturing and sales of the product so that the present inventor is fully aware of the drawbacks of the known lash brush occurring in practical makeup operations. For the purposes of improving product quality and providing convenience of use, after conducting intensive study and research, the inventor creates a vibratory lash brush with forward/backward rotation control, wherein a lower end of a brush stem that is fit into a handheld body cooperates with a connector to couple with a reduction device provided at an output end of a transmission motor to achieve slow speed rotation and control of a brush. An opposite end of the transmission motor is structured to provide a spindle to which a weight block is mounted to allow the brush to simultaneously show rotation control and vibration for assistance for lash makeup operation of curling and cosmetic application so as to remarkably improve the drawbacks of inconvenience of applying and curling eyelashes and non-uniform application that occur in using the existing lash brush devices.
A primary objective of the present invention is that a handheld body contains therein a transmission motor for rotation, of which one end is coupled to a reduction device having an output end coupled to a lower end of a brush stem with a connector for causing the brush stem to rotate with a slow speed, an opposite end of the motor being structured to provide a spindle that carries a weight block, whereby the motor, when put in rotation, induces high speed vibration to allow uniform application of cosmetics when performing makeup operations and wherein the rotating brush stem also provides assistance for simple curling of eyelashes to make the lash makeup operation easy and ensure comfortableness and practicability of eyelash makeup operation.
The foregoing objective and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.
Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.
The following descriptions are exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
The present invention provides a vibratory lash brush with forward/backward rotation control. As shown in
As to the use and design of the vibratory lash brush that also features rotation of brush as provided by the present invention, the design of the transmission motor 13 can be made as a simple speed adjustable motor structure, which can be simply as illustrated in
As to the use of the whole lash brush, when not in use, it is deposited inside the container 20 exactly the same as the operation of a regular lash makeup set and no special skill of operation is needed. In use, the body 10 is hand held and the motor 13 is controlled through the actuation switch 19 for starting. With the reduction device 14, the rotational speed is reduced to low speed operation of 30-100 RPM, so as to make the brush stem 11 rotating in a low speed, whereby at the time when the brush 12 is put in contact with eyelashes for makeup operation, the liquid cosmetics may be uniformly applied and there is no need to worry about the liquid flying away due to centrifugal force and excessive vibration frequency and it can also help to curl the eyelash, allowing the eyelash makeup liquid cosmetics attached to the brush 12 to be efficiently conducted to and stay at tips of the brush hairs for continuous application, whereby a practical efficacy of uniformity and convenience of eyelash makeup operation is realized, remarkably improving the makeup quality of eyelash and simplifying the skill dependency of eyelash curling makeup and meeting the needs of safety and comfortableness of lash brush makeup operation. The overall structure depends on electrical rotation control assisted by vibration to provide a practical feature of making makeup operation easy, practical, and convenient, and it is actually an innovated product improvement for eyelash makeup tool.
To summarize, the vibratory lash brush with forward/backward control in accordance with the present invention directly couple a brush stem of a lash brush to a transmission reduction arranged inside the handheld body, together with an arrangement of weight block induced rotation controlled vibration on the opposite end, to allow the makeup operation with the brush to feature a practical efficacy of both eyelash curling and uniform and convenient liquid application, ensuring convenience of simple operation of makeup. In view of the practical efficacy of uniform application and simplification of eyelash makeup operation, the present invention surely provides a novel and initial creation of the lash brush.
While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
