Single mini clothesline
A single, mini clothesline with a free standing frame that supports a rope/clothesline, with decorative ends, from which baby bibs can be suspended to air dry after being washed and/or to display bibs.
Being a new mom, again, I have found that bibs can play an important part in the daily life of a baby/toddler. Taking care of the baby bibs is its own duty. All bibs need to be washed, but not all bibs can go in the clothes drying machine. Bibs with plastic will melt if you put them in the drying machine. I have considered that there is a need to create a system to maintain the care of baby bibs. I propose a single, mini clothesline that will suspend wet bibs, as they air-dry. I also have found that keeping the bibs together, while in the washing machine, proved to be a helpful idea. The same rope material that is used to suspend the bibs can be used to “lasso” the bibs together while being washed in a washing machine.
It is these issues that brought about the current invention.
SUMMARYThe present invention provides a single, mini clothesline specifically for air-drying and displaying baby bibs. It consists of a plastic or wooden frame. This frame provides a freestanding base for a clothesline rope to be attached. The actual clothesline is a cloth-type rope that adheres to the tops of the two vertical poles, in the frame, via Velcro. This creates a mini clothesline that can be used to suspend wet, baby bibs as they air-dry. The clothesline rope has two, decorative end pieces that have opposite Velcro textures so that they can come together and adhere to each other. This creates the “lasso” to which baby bibs can be linked, and stay together as they are washed.

Once the frame is assembled, the rope 40 can be attached and supported as shown in
The placement of the Velcro pieces is important. The Velcro on the underside of the decorative ends 42 need to correspond oppositely to each other. This is needed to be able to create a “lasso” to keep the bibs together while being washed as shown in
Claims
1. A single, mini clothesline supported by a free-standing frame used for suspending wet baby bibs to air dry.
2. A single, mini clothesline, according to claim 1, where the frame is made from durable plastic or wood material.
3. A single, mini clothesline, according to claim 1, where the rope is made of cloth material with decorative ends that adhere to the frame by means of Velcro.
4. A single, mini clothesline, according to claim 1, where the rope can detach from the frame and the decorative, end pieces can come together and adhere to each other via Velcro, thus creating a “lasso” to keep the bibs together while being washed in the washing machine.
5. A single, mini clothesline, according to claim 1, where the base of the frame has “gripper”/rubber material on the bottoms of the legs, to minimize sliding of assembled frame.
