A document accommodation case is provided. The document accommodation case includes two case members, a buckling member disposed between free ends of the two case members, and an accommodating member disposed between the two inner surfaces of the two case members. The accommodating member includes a plurality of consecutively connected interlayer bags. When the two case members are opened one relative to another, the interlayer bags are also opened one relative to another. When the two case members are closed and buckled each other, the interlayer bags are squeezed to stack one to another.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a document accommodation case, and more particularly, to an accommodation case for accommodating a variety of documents, e.g., name cards, credit cards, an easy card, or a driver's license, therein.

2. The Prior Arts

In the current electronic era, there are many cards being widely used for electronically consuming or identification purpose. For example, a credit card can be used for shopping goods, or booking a hotel, while an easy card can be used for riding a public transit. Such cards may also include a cash card granted by a convenient store, parking permit provided by a parking lot, a member card distributed by a department store, or even personal name cards. As such, it is very often that an ordinary person holds a lot of cards at the same time. However, not everyone could always effectively reserve and manage all of his/her cards. When a person goes out, he may have to bring many cards with him, and put all of these cards in different pockets. When he comes back to home, he may randomly put the cards at his convenience. Therefore, the cards are very likely to be lost or cannot be found out in time as needed. As such, an accommodation case adapted for sorting the cards for accommodation is desired for effectively managing and reserving the cards.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A primary objective of the present invention is to provide a document accommodation case, which is capable of simultaneously accommodating a plurality of cards or documents.

According to the present invention, a document accommodation case is provided. The document accommodation case has a plurality of interlayer bags, for accommodating different kinds of documents or cards into different bags as sorted. In such a way, the present invention provides a solution for effectively managing the cards and/or documents as desired.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the document accommodation case includes two case members. Each of the two case members has a connection end and a free end. The connection ends of the two case members are connected one to another such that the free ends of the two case members can be opened and closed one relative to another. The document accommodation case further includes a buckling member disposed between the free ends of the two case members. When the free ends of the two case members are closed, the buckling member is adapted for buckling the two free ends, so as to secure the two case members one to another and maintain the two case members being closed. Each of the two case members has an inner surface and an outer surface. When the two case members are closed, the inner surfaces of the two case members are enclosed, and the outer surfaces of the two case members are exposed outwardly. The document accommodation case further includes an accommodating member between the two inner surfaces of the two case members. The accommodating member includes a plurality of consecutively connected interlayer bags. When the two case members are opened one relative to another, the interlayer bags are also opened one relative to another. When the two case members are closed and buckled each other, the interlayer bags are squeezed to stack one to another.

Such a document accommodation case is light, thin, small, convenient for carrying, and the interlayer bags are be used for accommodating sorted cards and documents. Accordingly, the present invention provides a practical tool for the user to manage cards and documents.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention, and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a document accommodation case according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the document accommodation case according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a document accommodation case. The document accommodation case includes two case members 1, a buckling member 2, and an accommodating member 3.

Each of the two case members 1 has a connection end and a free end. The connection ends of the two case members 1 are connected one to another such that the free ends of the two case members 1 can be opened and closed one relative to another. The buckling member 2 is disposed between the free ends of the two case members 1. Preferably, the buckling member 2 is fixedly attached to an edge of the free end of one of the two case members 1. FIG. 6 is a partial cutting-away view illustrating the buckling member of the document accommodation case. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 6, the edge is configured with a first hook 21 having an oblique plane 211. The first hook 21 is upward hook shaped. The edge further includes a fiddling member 22 having a top corner 221 configured with a downward hook shape. When the fiddling member 22 is downwardly driven, the top corner 221 of the fiddling member 22 rises up so as to interfere against a bottom of the first hook 21.

The bucking member 2 further includes a second hook 23 attached to the edge of the free end of another case member 1. The second hook 23 is downward hook shaped. The second hook 23 is configured with a thickness for allowing the second hook 23 to be inserted into a gap between the first hook 21 and the fiddling member 22.

FIG. 3 is an expanded plane view illustrating an accommodating member when expanded into a flat surface. FIG. 4 is a schematic view illustrating the process of folding the flat surface into the accommodating member. FIG. 5 is a schematic view illustrating the configuration of the interlayer bags of the accommodating member. Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the accommodating member 3 is preferably fabricated from a flexible plastic sheet. In preparing the accommodating member 3, the plastic sheet is cut to obtain a predetermined configuration as shown in FIG. 3. Then, a folding part A as shown in FIG. 3 is folded toward a backside of a folding part B along line a. Then, the folding part B is further folded toward an upper side of a folding part C along line b. Then, the folding part C′ and the folding part B′ as shown in FIG. 3 are folded back to backsides of a folding part B″ and a folding part C″, respectively. In this case, an interlayer bag 31 has been obtained. In a similar manner, the consecutive interlayer bags 31 as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained finally by folding the plastic sheet. The first folding part and the last folding part A can be taken as two outermost surfaces of the accommodating member 3, and are fixed to the inner surfaces of the two case members 1, respectively. In such a way, the accommodating member 3 is disposed between the two inner surfaces of the two case members, respectively. Therefore, when the two case members 1 are opened one relative to another, the interlayer bags 31 are also opened one relative to another, and when the two case members 1 are closed and buckled each other, the interlayer bags 31 are squeezed to stack one to another.

As the two case members 2 are open one relative to another and the interlayer bags 31 are correspondingly opened, cards and documents can be sorted and accommodated in different interlayer bags as sorted. FIG. 6 is a partial cutting-away view illustrating the buckling member of the document accommodation case. Referring to FIG. 6, to close the two case members 1, the two case members are applied with a force for pushing the second hook 23 into the gap between the first hook and the fiddling member 22. The second hook 23 then hooks to hold with the first hook 21, so as to maintain the two case members 1 being well closed. The two case members 1 can be conveniently opened by downwardly pressing the fiddling member 22 to drive the top corner 221 to interfere the second hook 23 which is hooked to the first hook 21. The second hook 23 is then released from the first hook 21, and thus the two case members 1 are opened.

When the free ends of the two case members are closed, the buckling member is adapted for buckling the two free ends, so as to secure the two case members as closed. Each of the two case members has an inside and an outside. When the two case members are closed, the insides of the two case members are enclosed, and the outsides of the two case members are exposed outwardly. The document accommodation case further includes an accommodating member between the two insides of the two case members. The accommodating member includes a plurality of consecutively connected interlayer bags. When the two case members are opened one relative to another, the interlayer bags are also opened one relative to another. When the two case members are closed and buckled each other, the interlayer bags are squeezed to stack one to another.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A document accommodation case, comprising:

two case members, each of which having a connection end and a free end, wherein the connection ends of the two case members are connected one to another such that the free ends of the two case members can be opened and closed one relative to another;
a buckling member, disposed between the free ends of the two case members for securing the two case members one to another and maintaining the two case members being closed; and
an accommodating member disposed between two inner surfaces of the two case members, wherein the accommodating member comprises a plurality of consecutively connected interlayer bags, and when the two case members are opened one relative to another, the interlayer bags are also opened one relative to another, and when the two case members are closed and buckled each other, the interlayer bags are squeezed to stack one to another.

2. The document accommodation case according to claim 1, wherein the buckling member comprises:

a first hook, having an oblique plane, the first hook being disposed at an edge of a free end of one of the two case members;
a fiddling member, pivotally coupled to the edge of the free end, the fiddling member comprising a top corner accessible to the first hook; and
a second hook, disposed at an edge of a free end of another one of the two case members.

3. The document accommodation case according to claim 1, wherein the consecutively connected interlayer bags are fabricated by folding a flexible plastic sheet.
