BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The Chaise Lounge Repair Kit is designed to solve or prevent the problem of sagging straps or other material, on outdoor or indoor furniture patio chair, chaise lounge or other kind of chairs.

The sun is hard in summer time and the vinyl straps and other material become uncomfortable and unsecure after certain period of time. The repair kit will prevent or replace the straps or others to recover the comfort and the security on your chaise or chair.

The repair or prevent kit, consists of a frame (see page 5 of 5), to which six (6) or four (4) support brackets are bolted. This complete assembly is placed on top of the vinyl straps or other material, supported by the brackets to reinforce or replace the existing seat.

The brackets (see page 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5 and 4 of 5) are each fully adjustable, to accommodate chaise lounge between 20 inches and 28 inches and patio chair between 14¼ inches and 21 inches with a smaller platform. Some swing chair or others chairs can have more than one platform side by side and attached together, with multiply brackets to solve the problem.

Once adjusted to the width, the brackets are attached to the frame using stainless screws and stainless nylox nuts, tightened with the screwdriver and pliers.

The repair kit will not be displaced or fall off when the chaise lounge, patio chair or others kind of chair is moved. But it is easily removed for use on a different piece of furniture.

The platform is constructed of 16 gauge steel, precision laser cut to provide a “spring” action. There are no sharp edges. Then it is “powder coated” to prevent rusting.

The brackets are made of 6061 aluminum bars, ⅛″×1¼″, precision punched and precision bent to fit on either round or square furniture frames.
